The Vampire Diaries | Season 7 Episode 18 - "One Way or Another"

I think I must start this post with How amazing have been this last couple of episodes! Seriously, this last 2 episodes (this one and the previous one) might be some of the best episodes of the series, which might be a good or a bad thing, since we are almost sure that Season 8 will be TVD's last season.

Yeah, that's right, there's a rumor around that Season 8 will be the last one, because Ian said that he was leaving TVD next season. We still don't know if it will be the end of the series, but that's more likely what's going to happen... Still, let's have hope and, besides, that's not what I'm here to talk about, I'm here to talk about this amazing episode, so let's get on to it!

This episode was the return of Dalaric, which I really missed!

Damon is determined to get Stefan back to his own body so he 'convinces' Alaric to go with him to Memphis to get Ambrose so Valerie can switch Stefan to his actual body and, consequently, put Ambrose in Marty's body.

Let's just say that Alaric is not really happy to be back to this 'supernatural life' and he makes it really clear to Damon. He also tells Damon what has been his life in this last three years, makes us, the fans, also aware of what happened.

As you can imagine, Ambrose doesn't really want to give up on his new body so he tries to make a deal with Damon, he will give Stefan's body and put himself in another vampire's body if Damon killed Rayna. So, that's what Damon does, he goes after Rayna so he can kill her (with Alaric's help, of course). What they don't know is that Enzo is also after Rayna and he ends up getting her first, and he's not willing to give her up.

Meanwhile, Bonnie is back to the picture!

In this episode we finally find out (more) about Bonnie's story, about what happened to her in this last 3 years.

So, it seems like The Armory got her but, somehow, Enzo and her fell in love, so Enzo got to free her and, to keep her safe, Bonnie checked herself in a mental institution, while Enzo kept stealing those Armory pills for her to take so The Armory couldn't do a tracking spell on her.

What they found out in the previous episodes, and we got to dig deeper into it in this episode, is that those pills not just make Bonnie not being able to access her magic, but also make her sick, just like Mary Louise was in a few episodes ago.

That's why Enzo is after Rayna, to get the effect of those pills reverse. Unfortunatelly, Rayna doesn't know anything about that, which makes us, and everyone else, think that might not be a cure for them.

We also find out in this episode that Bonnie have been changing the pills of another patient in the mental institution to sugar pills. She ends up finding out about that and we end up finding out that, that patient, called Virginia, is part of the St. John familly (Enzo's family) and that her sister is the one in charge of The Armory.

Later in the episode we also find out that they want Bonnie because there's a Volt in Armory's basemant that was locked by a Bennet witch and only a Bennet witch can un-do the spell. What we didn't find out was what is inside that volt, which I'm dying to know.

And, of course, with such a big Bonnie storyline, we had to have a few Bonenzo moments, which was pretty nice!

Well, back to the main storyline of the episode...

Ambrose was not that happy about the fact that Damon didn't get to kill Rayna, so he kills everyone in that fraternity party and then goes after Stefan.

Damon and Alaric got just in time to save Stefan and Valerie ended up doing the spell and everything ended up 'fine'... Kind of.

There was a moment when Valerie was doind the 'switch' spell when she got inside Stefan's head and I really thought she was going to die, and I was pretty sad about it, because I was really starting to like their relationship. She ended up not dying but she left and left Stefan all alone, which was pretty sad to me as well.

And that was basically how the episode ended. I don't really remember what the previous for next showed but I'm really excited to know more about The Armory storyline, because, to be honest, that Rayna storyline is starting to be pretty boring.

The Vampire Diaries | Season 7 Episode 17 - "I Went to the Woods"

Ok, I think I should start this rant by saying that this was probably the best episode of this season and one of TVD's best episodes of all time!

This episode was so intense and it made me feel all the feels! Besides, Paul Wesley did amazing in this episode, it made me realize why he has always been my favourite and why I love Stefan so much! 

So, after last weeks episode, and after Nora and Mary Louise destroyed the Phoenix stone, everyone was wondering how Stefan was going to get back, because we knew that Stefan couldn't just be dead. We then find out that, because the stone was destroyed, every single vampire that was inside that stone got back to life, but with a twist, they weren't in their own bodies. Instead, they could end up in anyones body (as long as they were dead, I think) and so, as you can imagine, things didn't get well for Stefan. Stefan ended up in an human body and a serial killer vampire ended up inside Stefan's actual body.

But, Stefan didn't get inside any human body, he got inside the body of a drunk guy and that had just caused a massive car accident and so, he ends up running from the Police. Besides that, just like Jo, since Stefan wasn't inside his own body, he would start dying and he basically just had 3 days to get back to his own body, the thing is, the vampire that was inside Stefan's body, was enjoying it too much and I guess he just wasn't going to give up on that body (I still don't really know how that body thing works so I might have some things messed up, I'm sorry about that) so, when Damon was going to get Stefan back, the vampire that was inside Stefan's body just ran away and they find out later in the episode that he got back to the place were he used to kill before he was turned a vampire.

The best part of the episode, and the worst, was seeing Stefan struggle inside the human body. Besides being chased by the police, he was also hurt and he ended up stuck in a roadway while it was snowing but like heavly snowing. He was basically dying and seeing him so hurt was killing me, I felt so bad for him. And then, when Damon finally got to him it was also pretty sad and, as much as I'm linking this brother storyline, it hurts me to see them like that, mad at each other.

So, yeah, the episode was basically that. I kind of miss Bonnie in this last couple of episodes and, since we found out that Kat is leaving TVD in the end of Season 8... I wish we had more scenes with her. But I've seen some pictures and we are going to have some Bonenzo in the next episode! I seriously can't wait for that!

And, since I just can't not talk about The Originals (I hope you guys don't mind me talking a few bits about The Originals on TVD rants), here's a few things that I loved in this weeks episode; Well, it was basically everything! Just like TVD's episode, this week's The Originals episode was also pretty intense and I'm loving this new Lucien storyline. I mean, it has been his storyline since the beggining, from what we found out in this episode, but now it's more about him and I'm loving it! I Love Lucien and I just don't care that I might be the only one! Also, Kolvina was pretty cute in this episode and even thought it was kind of messy I'm loving the fact that it's not all 'rainbows and butterflies', I like me some drama!

Ok, that's it guys! I seriously can't wait for the next episodes and I just can't believe that the season is almost ending!

The Vampire Diaries | Season 7 Episode 15 - "I Would for You"

Hello! I know... I'm a little bit late with this update but, since there won't be a new episode in the next 3 weeks (which is pretty sad) I thought there wouldn't be a problem with updating a little bit later. I also know that you might want to know my opinion about the episode as soon as it airs but, for that, I live tweet every Friday so, if you want to keep up with my thoughts in real time, you should follow me on Twitter @danixinhahhh and live tweet with me, I would love to live tweet with you and share opinions!

Anyway, so... Unfortunatelly, this wasn't another crossover (I'm still going to mention The Originals in the end of the post, because I can't cointain myself) but it was still a pretty good episode and I feel like it's going to be even better from now on, but about that, I'll talk later.

This episode was all about trying to stop Rayna. Obviously, Stefan couldn't do it so instead, Valerie and him went after more of those herbs that Freya gave him because the ones that he had were finished already.

Meanwhile, Damon tries to kill Rayna, but with no luck, she just kept going back to life. That's when Bonnie tells Damon that the armory was keeping the eight people that gave their life so that Rayna could live longer and that just 3 of those people were still 'alive', if we can say that.

Right in that moment, Damon kills Rayna one and another time. Now, he just had to kill her one last time and she would be dead for good and Stefan would be 'free'. Well, that's when things got tricky. 

Enzo than informs Bonnie that Damon can't kill Rayna 'for good' because if he does, everyone that is marked with the X will die also, and that includes Stefan.

To be honest, I just hated that 'storyline'. Seriously, now that Stefan was free from Klaus, they make him 'linked' to Rayna. They just can't leave him alone, can't they?!

Anyways... Of course Damon doesn't kill her and Stefan just keeps on the run. He talks with Caroline asking her about going away with him but, as we expected, she doesn't want to leave Ric and the babies so Stefan just moves on with his life and, well... I guess that's how he ends up with Valerie.

We still don't know much about how Caroline ended up married to Alaric or how Stefan got back with Valerie, but I guess we'll find out in the next episode... In 3 weeks!

Also, a big part of this episode was Matt and that we figured it out! How he ended up 'working' with Rayna. So, Matt kind of expels Stefan and every vampire in Mystic Falls. 

Oh, and let's not forget about Damon shutting himself in a coffin and, of course, the scene betweetn him and Bonnie, which was super duper cute! I mean, it was kind of sad, it actually made me cry but... it was cute at the same time.

And, from that, we go to the flashforward!

Basically we see every flashforward that was presented to us in the previous episodes. We see Matt kidnapping Stefan for Rayna, we see Damon going after Rayna, we basically see everything and now everything makes sense. Also, we see Rayna telling Stefan that he doesn't want to kill him and that he can pass the mark to someone else, but that someone else must be Damon because that's him who deserves it. Of course, Stefan tells her no but that's when Damon shows up and tells him it was his idea, and that's basically how the episode ends.

I'm guessing what we are going to see from now on are already after the 3 years time, even thought I'm still super curious to know how Bonnie and Enzo are going to end up together. I guess we'll see some flashbacks, then. You see, this is why I said it's going to be even better from now on. We are going to see how everything turned out to be like it is now and this storyline between Damon is Stefan is so much more interesting! I seriously can't wait for the next episode!

And, like I said before, I had to mention a bit of The Originals, because this episode was also amazing! First of all, we got to understand why Caroline didn't find Klaus in New Orleans in three years time (or well, I think I understood... They might make a plot twist) and besides that... lots of Kolvina moments! Ok, I'm going to stop here because if I start talking about Kolvina and Kol I might not stop! I'm just going to say this, I'm so glad Nathaniel Buzolic is back! Ok, That's it!

So, I hope you guys liked this rant and again, I'm sorry about the delay.

The Vampire Diaries | Season 7 Episode 14 - "Moonlight on the Bayou"

So, after three seasons we finally got the The Vampire Diaries/The Originals crossover that we always wanted! And, I have to say, this were probably the best two episodes that we've ever had, on both series!

In the first part of the crossover, the TVD part, we see Caroline move to Dalls with Alaric. Of course they don't plan it to be permanent, at least, not the part where Caroline stays, but we all know that is going to happen eventually and this is only the beginning.

Meanwhile, Stefan is still on the run, because of Rayna Cruz, so Valerie locates an anti-magic bar, and guess where? In New Orleans! And, that's when we finally have that Klefan reencounter.

I never knew I missed them so much together until this scene happened! I sure missed Klaus on TVD but I never was a big 'fan' of Klaus and Stefan together. I sure enjoyed their dynamics, but it was just now that I really felt like this was missing and that I really liked it.

Of course, they chat up and Stefan tells Klaus about what have been happening in Mystic Falls, apart from Rayna Cruz. Eventually, Klaus finds out, obviously, and gets pretty mad and demands him to leave. Stefan goes but forgets his phone there and... that's when Klaroline happened! Sure, it wasn't a face-to-face thing but it was enough to makes us Klaroline shippers happy! And, because Klaus isn't still over Caroline, he agrees to help Stefan. It's safe to say that he only did that because of Caroline. Seriously, I doubt there's someone who doesn't ship Klaroline. They're just perfect together and I still hope they get together in the end (like in the very end of both series).

While all this is happening in New Orleans, in Mystic Falls, Damon and Bonnie are still trying to help Stefan and trying to 'kill' Rayna Cruz. That's when Enzo shows up and tells them about 'The Armory'. This part of the episode was just too confusing for me and I might have to re-watched because of that (and because it was so good that I just want to watch it again). But, apparently, this Armory have been after Rayna for years and Enzo have been working for them this whole time, and just because he want to know where his family is and all that.

And, what this Armory wants is Stefan location, so they can make him bait and catch Rayna Cruz. Of course Damon wouldn't give them that, and mostly not after being warned by Valerie about this organization's dubious past.

Of course Enzo gets 'mad' and so, tranquilizes Damon and knocks out Bonnie, giving her something that stops her from doing magic, which we find out when she wakes up. Let's just take a moment to realize that Bonenzo is very close! With all this happening, with all of this interactions, is obvious that it's going to happen soon, I still don't know how, because after this, Bonnie was pretty angry with Enzo, even thought one part of this scene between them was really cute, when Enzo basically admits that he's jelous of Damon. That was really cute!

Even thought Bonnie wasn't like 'locked up', the same didn't happen to Damon. It turns out that Enzo locked Damon up and... with Tyler! The good part is that we got a little more of Tyler in this episode, which is always good, but the bad part is that it was full moon and, well... Tyler is a werewolf. We get what was going to happen.

This is when a lot happens. Bonnie cuts Enzo's hand to free Damon, but then Damon doesn't want to be free because if he's free Tyler is as well and he would probably hurt Bonnie and... That's what eventually happens in the end. Bonnie gets kind of in a coma, because, even thought Damon tried to give her vampire blood, she still had that 'anti-magic' thing that Enzo gave her, so it didn't work.

And, in that moment, in the hospital with Bonnie, Damon 'tells her' that he's tired of all his loved ones getting hurt because of him and that's going to end. And that it is going to end tomorrow.

In terms of flashbacks, we didn't see muc but we see something that made us really worried. So Caroline goes, with her twins, to the same bar where Klaus and Stefan where in this episde, to meet Klaus, just to find out that Klaus wasn't there and that he hasn't been seen in 3 years! Like, what the hell happened?!

That last part really got me worried but, overall, it was such a good episode! And... It wasn't over yet! Because... This was a crossover afterall and the end is in The Original's episode! This means, a special The Originals rant here on the blog! I'm still going to post it today so... Keep an eye here on the blog!

The Vampire Diaries | Season 7 Episode 13 - "This Woman's Work"

Here I am, up and early (well, kind of) with a brand new TVD rant.

I think I should start by saying that this episode wasn't as exciting as the previous one but still, was a good episode.

This episode was basically all about Rayna Cruz. We got see more of her past in some flashbacks, and how she became an huntress. Well, turns out the producers are recycling again and they brought up the brotherhood of the five again.

The truth is, I don't remember much of that anymore, I just remember that when they came up with that storyline, it wa extremely boring and after a few episodes I was already tired of it. I don't know how they're going to 'play' with this 'new' storyline now, but I just hope it won't be as boring as the previous one.

Also, another big point of the episode were 'Caroline's babies'. Has we saw in the last episode, things weren't going great for Caroline, as the babies were siphoning her vampire magic. So, in this episode, they try to get the babies out. It turns out, they don't want to come out because they're enjoying all the magic that Caroline is 'giving' them. So, to make them 'want' to come out, Stefan asks for Valerie and the other heretics help so there's also magic in the 'outside' and the babies would be drawn to that.

Everything ends up well in the end (at least, in terms of the babies and Caroline), and that was one of the most beautiful moments in the episode, seeing Alaric with the babies was so cute! 

Meanwhile, back to Rayna Cruz... 

Enzo kind of blackmails Damon to give him Rayna Cruz's sword, with the whole 'You killed Elena story.'.

In the end, we learn that Enzo was 'played' by Rayna and he was in fact tied to a chair (with vervain ropes, of course). Something that I found quite funny was that Enzo stayed in that chair for the whole episode! While a lot more stuff happened, he was there... Until, eventually, in the very end of the episode, Damon comes to him and that's when Enzo tells him that he didn't kill Elena. That he teamed up with Tyler (which I found quite odd) and they showed him an empty coffin.

So, it looks like everything was fine in the end... Well, wrong!

It turns out that, before that last Enzo and Damon scene, Rayna got the sword and went after the heretics, which were all in the hospital helping Caroline. They end up leaving her, remaining just Valerie with her, but it doesn't work out anyways. Rayna ends up killing Bo, and heads up, after that, to the hospital, and that's when Damon arrives there and tries to stop her. Obviously, he can't, and that's when Stefan comes to his rescue and, as you may have already guess, that's when things go wrong.

The sword gets to Stefan and, even though it doesn't kill him (or puts him back in that stone) he's marked and that means that Rayna will go after him so... He has to run away, living Caroline.

And that's basically it. The only good thing about all of this is that next week will be crossover episode!

I'm seriously so excited about that! And also, that means that there will be a special The Originals' rant here next week, which is also very exciting to me!

And guys, I know this isn't a The Originals' rant but... Can I just say... How cute was Kolvina last night! Right?! I ship them so hard and I can't wait to see them actually together! And Nate Buzzolic?! On point!

Ok, I'm going to stop now because this is a TVD rant and not a The Originals' one. But... I just needed to get this out of my chest, hope you don't mind.

The Vampire Diaries | Season 7 Episode 12 - "Postcards from the Edge"

Guys, I'm so happy about this episode!

I'm sorry about starting this rant just like that but... It's the truth!

I feel like the last couple of episodes were kind of boring and I was starting to loose interest and be more excited about The Originals. But this episode was just amazing and I'm so happy that the kind of episodes that I used to love on TVD are back!

I so prefer the 'dark vibe' episodes and this one was one of those, just really dark and that actually reminded me of Season 1, one of my favourites.

In this episode we find out that 'Caroline's babies' are siphoners, which have been siphoning Caroline's vampirism. She ends up on the hospital because of that and that's when they, Carolina, Stefan and Valerie, find out that Caroline's starting to desiccate. 

The best part of this episode, besides the one that I'm going to talk later, was Damon. We got Season 1 Damon back! The dark Damon, which I kind of missed.

Just now I realized that I actually really liked dark Damon. But, I guess with all the changed in his character, I started disliking him. I so prefer the Damon without Elena.

And so, with dark Damon back, of course we had some kind of fight, this time Damon vs Julian. 

I have to say, that was a pretty good scene and I so wish Damon would've killed Julian.

Luckily, later in the episode, Stefan got the hang of it and it was him who killed Julian! And, this shows why Stefan is my favourite Salvatore!

And, before you wonder (if you haven't seen the episode already), yeah, Damon tells Stefan about killing Elena and well... Stefan gets really angry, but then he just comes to his senses and that's when he kills Julian.

But, the best part of the episode was for sure Nora, Bonnie and Mary Lou (and later Enzo).

So, the 'girl gang' goes after that Huntress and find out that she's just an old lady and, Bonnie being the kind hearted girl that she his, believes that she's just an old lady and that she can't be after them. Well, of course she is wrong and whe they are alone, the Huntress, which her real name is Rayna Cruz, almost kills. And... That's when Enzo comes to the rescue!

My Bonenzo heart just melted! It was super cute and I really missed Michael Malarkey in the last few episodes, so it was really nice to see him back again.

Later, we see Enzo burning The Huntress' body but, instead of ashes, what's left is the real form of Rayna Cruz. I can see that there's something connecting Enzo and The Huntress so, I'm really curious to find out what it is.

In the Flashforwards we see Matt again, this time vervaining Stefan. And then, we see Rayna looking through a glass, at Damon who is tied to a chair.

To be honest, I'm really curious how all of this is going to tie up, because, even thought Stefan and Damon were 'killed' by that sword, which makes them some of The Huntress target, it doesn't really make sense, since in the present, she's after the heretics.

But, well, let's see what happens.

The Vampire Diaries | Season 7 Episode 11 - "Things We Lost in the Fire"

I'm sorry I'm a little bit late with this TVD rant but, as you know, I now watch the episodes live and then I was busy on the weekend so I couldn't update. But I'm here today with the rant and, I think I should start this rant saying that, honestly, I was expecting more about this episode. 

I thought this was going to be a really powerfull episode but, apart from what happened in the end, it was kind of boring. Please, tell me I wasn't the only one that felt that, because everyone that was live tweeting during the episode seemed to really enjoy it... In my opinion, The Originals has been so much more exciting but well, this is a TVD rant and not a TO one so, let's go one with TVD...

Of course the Mystic Falls gang didn't die, it was obvious that they wouldn't die. So, after seeing what he did, Damon fed Bonnie and Matt with his blood and that was when Caroline striked and got Damon unconscious. They lock Damon so he can come back to his senses withouth killing anyone.

And then that's when we see some parts of Stefan's hell. 

One of the good parts of the episode was knowing more about how was Stefan's hell, because in the previous episode we saw a lot of Damon's hell but we barely knew anything about Stefan's, so it was nice to know more about it, even thought we already what it was about.

Anyways, back to present, Damon tell Stefan that he's fine and that Stefan can unchain him. After a while, Stefan finally does that and take Damon to the town. That's when we find out that Julian took over the town. To be honest, I think that storyline is getting really boring. I know that this is necessary for what comes next, which we find out about later in the episode. 

Turns out that whoever is after the Salvatore Brothers in the flashforwards is someone called 'The Huntress', which means, a woman.

We still don't know who that woman is, and that's probably the only thing exciting right now, the curiosity to find out who that woman is and what she wants, because the whole heretics storyline is getting pretty boring, at least, in my opinion.

Something else really exciting about this episode is that Tyler was back! And not just in flashforwards, in real time. That was one of the good things about the episode. I kind of missed Tyler, even thought he wasn't really one of my favourites.

We also see a little more of Caroline's pregnancy and her relationship with Alaric. I'm really curious how are they gonna end up together so, that's something else to look forward to.

Also, I kind of missed Enzo. He wasn't in either this last two episodes so... Hopefully he will be in the next one.

Back to Damon, it turns out that he isn't fine at all, and neither is Stefan, who thought he already got over the effects from the Phoenix Stone. We later find out that, in order to get over those effects, Damon has to let go of Elena and Stefan has to let go of Damon.

Something that happened in this episode and that I wasn't excepting at all, was Matt getting arrested and, after that, kind of bonding with the lady cop.

We also find out later, in the flashforwards that something changed in Matt and I didn't like that change!

To keep going with the Damon crazyness, he forces Tyler to take him to Elena, thinking that he would feel better. Turns out, he hallucinates again and ends up burning Elena's body! That was like the big thing happening in that episode. Seriously, I was so shocked when I saw that!

In the end, the episode had some big things happening, such as finally knowing about The Huntress and having Tyler back, at least, for this episode, but it wasn't enough for me. Hopefully the next one will have more 'action'.

The Vampire Diaries | Season 7 Episode 10 - "Hell Is Other People"

Spoiler Alert!

After a huge hiatus, my favourite series is back and with an hell of an episode, literally.

This episode was just basically about Damon's personal hell. 

We know that both brothers got stuck inside the Phoenix stone so this episode follows that, the Mystic Falls 'gang' trying to rescue them and we also see what is it like 'inside' the stone.

I have to say that this episode got me really confused, and if you followed my live tweeting you know that (and if you haven't, I'm going to be live tweeting from now on so, follow me on twitter @danixinhahhh if you wanna live tweet with me), because as soon as I thought Damon was out of the stone, we realize that he isn't and then everything starts again, and it gets to a point that you don't know what is real anymore, what is actually happening and what is part of Damon's hell.

After half of the episode, we then realize that Bonnie got Stefan out of the stone first and she's still trying to get Damon out. I mean, I think that is what is really happening, because after the end of the episode I got a little bit confused again.

Turns out that Damon gets out of the stone (I think) and he just 'kills' everyone, thinking that he is still inside the stone. I don't know what really happened and if that is really true or if he's still inside the stone because the others can's just die!

Seriously, I don't know what else to say about this episode, just that it was really nice even thought it got me really confused. Also, for the first time, I really enjoyed Damon, which I never do so, that's also a plus! This was for sure one of the best episodes of the season, because we got to know more about Damon and everything, but I still feel like they should get going with the storyline because all of this is starting to get boring. I just want to know what's going to happen that make all those changes that we see in the flash forwards.

Oh, and talking about falshforwards... We didn't get any in this episode, which made me a little bit sad, hopefully we will have more in the next episode.

The Vampire Diaries | Season 7 Episode 9 - "Cold As Ice"

With the Holidays coming, this week most of the series decided to make a 'christmassy' episode and, of course, The Vampire Diaries was one of those, and what an episode!

In this episode, Stefan and Damon continued with their chase after Julian to kill him. With the death of their mother they now want, more than ever, go after Julian and kill him (Stefan more than Damon, but still) so that's what they do. They make Bonnie do a locator spell on him (Julian) and they go to a town they never heard of and they find out later that's all basically a trap. Not that Jullian planned it, I think, but it was still a trap. Fortunately, Bonnie have their backs and inform them that it's a trap. Even though it was a little bit late, they still managed to run from Julian, but Stefan doesn't give up and teams up with Valerie and well, their plan doesn't really work out.

But, before that, some other stuff happen. Something really surprising in this episode was a 'friendship' between Bonnie and Nora. Seriously, I wasn't expecting that at all and, to be honest, I kind of enjoyed it. It was different, and it was nice too see. Bonnie even made Nora end her relationship with Mary Louise for good. Well, not really for good, that's when the things went wrong. That was the moment when Stefan and Valeries plan didn't work out. 

The thing is, they kind of kidnapped Mary Louise to make Julian 'meet' them, but they forgot about Nora and, well... Julian told Nora and you can imagine. They relationship wasn't really over, they still loved each other so, of course, Nora went after Mary Louise and that's when everything went down.

But, before I go into the end of the episode (and the best/worst part of it) we have to talk about Caroline. 

So, in this episode, Caroline deals with her pregnancy and everything and things aren't that great with her too. It seems like the pregnancy is messing with her and she's been kind of crazy. I think that's a good storyline because it would be kind of weird if she was just pregnant and everything was ok. 

And ok, I'm not going to make you wait any longer. Let's talk about the end of the episode.

So, everything went down and Julian did meet them, Well, he met Damon but, the thing was, Damon didn't know about Stefan and Valerie's plan so he didn't know anything that Julian was talking about. He soon realized so he went along. You know how Damon is, right?! Meanwhile, Nora distracted Valerie, who was keeping Mary Louise, and got her girlfriend out of there with a cloacking spell.

In the Salvatore house, Stefan finally got there to 'help' Damon and they tried to take Julian down but, as you can probably think, it didn't go well, at all! 

Julian got that sword with the Phoenix stone and staked it on Damon. You know what that sword does, right?! (In case you don't, it 'traps' a vampire inside the stone and punishes him while in there) So, it was a shock for me when that happened! I kind of saw it comming but... I was hoping it wouldn't happen. What I sure wasn't expecting was what happened next!

After Julian leaving, Caroline comes and sees Stefan knealed on Damon's side and tells him that he's gonna make it, they're going to get him out of there. Of course they are, they have Bonnie but... Then, out of nowhere (well, out of a cloacking spell), Nora appears and stakes Stefan aswell and... The episode ends!

Like, WTF?!

A Christmas episode ending like this! And now, I have to until until 29th of January to see whats going to happen next! It's going to be torture!

Oh, and I forgot to tell you about the flashfoward. I didn't like it! I didn't like it at all! Valerie and Stefan are together... Even thought I don't ship Steroline, I don't like Stefan with Valerie either so... I didn't like it... I don't want it to happen! This episode just proved me that basically all heretics are awful and they can't change! The only one that I liked was Oscar! That's it!

Anyways, I just want it to be January already because I need a new episode! 

Well, this concludes this weeks rant and there won't be more TVD rants until the end of January, when the episodes come back.

The Vampire Diaries | Season 7 Episode 8 - "Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me, Kill Me"

After an agonizing week without an episode, The Vampire Diaries came back with an amazing and exciting episode.

I have to say that this episode had all kinds of emotions! It got me exicted, surprised, astonished, scared and even sad.

First of all, that beggining scene just got me like WTF?! Those flashforward scenes always get me really excited and surprised but this one was just wow! But then, when the ending scene (which this time was also a flashforward scene) 'happened' I got back to my senses and realized that it was all a 'lie'. 

Turns out that first, they made us think that it was Lily who was after Stefan and Damon, but turns out it is someone else, that we still don't know about, who is after them. I was kind of happy it wasn't her, to be honest, because I was expecting to be someone more... exciting.

Anyways, when the 'proper' episode started, it started where the last one ended, the Salvatore Brothers plan to kill Julian. 

The last episode's end got me really excited for this one so I was really looking forward to it. What I wasn't expecting was that they would try to kill Julian right in this one. I thought the rest of the season, or at least, part of it, would be them trying to kill him, but turns out, it basically ended in this episode.

Something that I thought was really cute in the episode was, once again, Mary-Louise and Nora. I started the season not liking them, at all, but after that Halloween episode, I started to like them more, mostly as a couple and, right now, and with this episode, I'm really liking them. I still think they are kind of bitchy but... They're getting better.

The Caroline/Stefan/Valerie/Alaric storyline also was 'touched' in this episode, but not mainly. I think that storyline will be more important in the next few episodes because, the truth is, there wasn't really 'room' for the storyline in this episode. A lot of stuff happened so it's understandable why they haven't talked much about Alaric's twins.

Well, basically, the whole episode was their plan to kill Julian, which wasn't that 'exciting' but the big moment came almost in the end of the episode. It was really a schocking and sad moment. You know that Lily and Julian where linked and they were trying to break the link... Well, it's TVD so, something went wrong and Julian got to Damon and Valerie and he made Lily choose between the both of them. Thinking that she was still linked to Julian, she decided to not choose either of them and... kill herself. So, yeah, turns out she wasn't linked to Julian anymore and... Yeah, you can guess... She killed herself and not Julian. 

This was a really sad moment. I had a lump in my throat, trying not to cry. I felt so sad for all of them, even for Julian. You could see in his eyes that he actually loved her and that made me feel really sorry for him. Even for Nora, Mary-Louise and all of the heretics. I also felt really sad because I actually really liked Annie Wersching and I don't want her out of the series. And, the moment that really schocked me was the reacting of Damon to her mum dying. He was so damn rude! I couldn't really believed it! 

Another storyline that was really important in this episode was Enzo's. Something really weird happened between him and Matt and... It really got me confused. I don't really know what to say about it because I'm that confused. I think that storyline will also be amazing and I can't wait to see more of it!

And, just to end the episode, I would like to state that I kind of missed Bonnie in all of this episode and I found myself always waiting for her to pop out of somewhere.

The Vampire Diaries | Season 7 Episode 7 - "Mommie Dearest"

Last night a new episode of The Vampire Diaries aired you don't even know how this episode made me feel. This episode got me so damn excited!

I seriously really want to talk about this because I feel like, from now on, the episodes are going to get better and better!

First, let's talk about those flashbacks with fetus Damon and Stefan. I always really like to see more of their childhood because I feel like, even thought the shows as been going on for 6 years, we don't know enought about their childhood, and mostly now with their mum back.

I felt really sorry about baby Damon in all those flashbacks. Their dad was really awful and I've never noticed that in previous episodes. Sure, I heard them talking about how bad he was and how the first thing Stefan did when he became a vampire was kill their dad but just now I realized how bad of a father he was and I totally understand why Stefan killed him.

We also found out more about Lily, which is always nice, since, as with Damon and Stefan, we don't know much about her past and mostly about how she was as a mother and before all of them became vampires. 

With this episode I started to like Lily back. And know, you wonder, 'With all she did to them when they were kids you started to like her?'. Well, we saw her fragile side and, in the end, we also saw why she did what she did so... Yeah, I started to like her back!

Another thing that I really enjoyed in this episode was the duel between Enzo and Julian and, of course, I was rooting for Enzo, even thought I don't really want to see him with Lily. Also, I'm glad that duel didn't go that well because now Enzo decided to stop chasing Lily and he is starting to get closer to Bonnie, which I'm really enjoying to see happening. I sure ship him with Caroline and I sure ship(ed) Bonnie with Kai but now, that I'm starting to see Benzo happening, I'm liking it more and more with each episode and I'm so excited to see them getting together.

I feel like I now talk about Benzo in each rant but, the truth is, I'm getting so excited to see this ship happen that I can not not mention it. Oh, and the fact that they have a scene together in every episode also helps.

The baby thing was also a huge part of this episode. Even thought they kept mentioning that Caroline wasn't pregnant I knew that she had to be. How otherwise would she be pregnant in the series? Or how would she 'hide' the fact that she's pregnant in real life? Because her belly is really big right now and, as far as I know of, they are still shooting so... She had to be pregnant in the series.

And well, the end of the episode got me so excited for the next one! Lily team up with her actual sons is going to be amazing! Can't wait to see more of that interatcion!

The Vampire Diaries | Season 7 Episode 6 - "Best Served Cold"

I'm sorry for being a little late with this rant but what matters is that it is already here and that I have a lot to talk to you about.

When I thought this series couldn't get better the producers hit me with this episode.

One of my ways to know if an episode is really good is if it makes me cry, and this episode sure made me cry, but we'll talk about that later in the post.

I think I should start with the flashforward. In this episode's flashforward we see a little bit more of that scene between Damon and Ric that they showed us in a previous episode and, OMG. I hope I didn't get this wrong but, Is Ric's Caroline fiancé?! Because, that's what I understood from that scene. And, in a way, it kind of makes sense, from what we found out next in this weeks episode (which I will talk about later).

Next, we have the whole Julian thing. I think his storyline is interesting but... I don't know. It still doesn't bring much to the series. Sure, it is a big deal what he did to Valerie and I understand completely why Stefan is so mad with him, and I think this storyline between the Salvatore brothers and Julian is going to be a big part of this season's storyline but, to be honest, I think there's other storylines that are more interesting than this one, for example, what we (kind of) found out that is going on at the school.

First, let me just say this, I miss that school so damn much! For me, that I'm a fan of this show from the beggining, that school is huge and we haven't been seeing much from it, afterall, the characters are in college, which is understandable, but still... I missed it so much, so it was good to have a little scene in it. Now that I mentioned this, let's talk about what Matt and Bonnie found out at the school. I'm super curious about that storyline! I seriously don't understand why those kinds are in there and who did that to them. It's just a mess, but I'm stoked to find out more about it.

Even though I liked that they brought this new storyline, which seemed pretty interesting to me, I also feel like they are mixed too many storylines. We have the flashforwards, we have the heretics, Julian, the Phoenix stone, this new storyline... This seems like too many storylines for me. Not that I don't like them, but I would prefer they closed a storyline before starting a new one.

Oh, and talking about storylines, I really enjoyed that scene between Bonnie and Enzo. I shiped Kai and Bonnie so hard (and I still do) but I also ship Bonnie with Enzo now and I feel like, from now on, he are going to see a lot of scenes between both of them, which is cool for me. I'm really curious to know how are they going to end up together so, can't wait for more Benzo scenes.

And, now on to the last scene of the episode. Caroline has Ric's babies! I new it, I new it, I new it!

If you read my previous TVD rant you know that I had that theory, that was Caroline who was 'pregnant' with Ric's babies, because Candice is pregnant in real life so, for me, that was the only way they could put her pregnant in the storyline. I also said that they could make a twist and say that now vampires could have babies but... I was right about Caroline and Ric's babies! I sure should be a writer for that show. Just kidding, but the fact that I was right about that made me extrememly happy. This just shows how much I love this show and that I'm onto every single detail.

Now, let's just see how this story goes, because I'm super curious about it.

The Vampire Diaries | Season 7 Episode 5 - "Live Through This"

Finally the moment that we all ware waiting for arrived. Episode 5 of The Vampire Diaries aired on Thursday and this was, probably, the episode that I most excited to see, because the producers and the actors have been teasing us about Bonnie's love interest and that we would find out in this episode and what the hell?!

I seriously have to start with this because, besides being the beggining of the episode, I just couldn't stop thinking about this scene during the whole episode.

Just like the other episodes, this one started with a flashforward and this time it was about Bonnie. Michael Malarkey said that this week we would see a flashforward about him, so I was also really excited to see that flashforward. When I saw that it was about Bonnie, I got a little bit disappointed, but excited at the same time, because I really wanted to see what's going to happen to her in three years from now. 

So, the flashforward began with her, Bonnie, in a mental institution talking about something that happened to her in the past. And, from that scene, it moves to a scene where she is entering her room in the institution ans sees someone. That someone is Enzo. And, what happened next never would cross my mind. They kissed! She literally ran to his arms and they freaking kissed! Like, WTF?! So, does this means that Bonnie's love interest will be Enzo?! Not that I'm totally against it... I would prefer Carenzo but, Benzo would be cool too. I knew that Damon wouldn't be Bonnie's love interest, it wouldn't make sense. To be honest, I was expecting it to be Matt, but then it would be too predictable so... I guess Enzo was a good choice afterall... Now, I just wonder who's Caroline fiancé because we saw in one of those flashforwards that it isn't Stefan so... I'm curious about that.

Now, onto the present day.

In this episode we found out more about the Phoenix stone. Apparently it is filled with Vampire's souls and it looks like the person inside Oscar and Jo isn't themselves. I don't know how it really works like, how do the vampire's souls keep traped in the stone? Because, in the end of the episode, we saw that the heretics got to bring Julian back so, how does the stone work? How was Julian's soul trapped in the stone and Oscar's wasn't? Unless I missed something, it doesn't really make sense... If I missed something, please tell me in the comments, because I'm kind of confused.

Something else that we saw in this episode was Stefan finally talking with Valerie and finally finding out about the baby. We could see that he was really hurt about the baby part. Not hurt with Valerie, but hurt with the fact that he could have had a child and now that isn't ever going to happen... Or, will it? 

We know that Candice is pregnant in real life and that they're still filming so... How are they going to make things work with her being pregnant but being a vampire in the series, which means she can't be pregnant. I know the producers and the writers can make a twist, because they've done it before with the whole vampires with magic thing, now known as the heretics. So, they might make some plot twist and allow vampires to be pregnant. I don't know how they are going to make it happen but... We'll see. 

A theory that just crossed my mind is that, we saw in a previous flashforward that Alaric has his twins back so, what if Jo (or the person inside Jo) dies and they somehow 'transfer' the babies to Caroline?! I know, it's a silly theory but, with The Vampire Diaries, we never know.

I also really liked the friendship between Bonnie and Damon in this episode. That last scene with them at the bar was just perfect! And, to be honest, I can't wait to see that plan of Damon's. I know it's going to be a huge part of the next episodes, the whole Julian thing, so I'm super curious to see Damon and Julian's interaction and how he's going to break his mums heart.

Overall, this episode was ok. Not the biggest one but for sure it surprised me a lot in the beggining. Can't wait to see more of that relationship and how it is going to grow.

The Vampire Diaries | Season 7 Episode 4 - "I Carry Your Heart with Me"

When I thought TVD was losing it's 'power' the producers surprise us with this amazing episode!

It didn't really feel like an Halloween episode, apart from the Halloween party, of course, but overall, it seemed like a normal TVD episode to me, except that it wasn't normal at all.

First of all, I'm so glad that Oscar is back. Sure he is a little messed up but I can't wait to see more of him. He seemed like a pretty chilled character and, even though we saw in this episode that, with tons of blood, he looses his chill, I'm sure when he comes back to his normal self he will be one of the funniest characters on TVD.

Something else that I quite enjoyed was the relation ship between Nora and Mary Louise. You know that I don't like those girls a tiny bit, but in this episode I enjoyed their story. I have to tell you, I got really caught up in their drama and I started to like them a little bit more. I don't love them, but I can see that they are amazing characters and, besides, they just look really cute together, even though I didn't think that in the beggining. 

I was a little bit sad that they didn't show anything else from Julian, because I was really curious to know more about him, but I suppose we will see more of him in the next episode, since Valerie and Enzo are now teamed up to stop Julian to come back to Lily's life.

And, of course, we have to talk about the flash forward and how the episode ended. First of all, they twins are alive! I mean, they will be alive in three years from now, but... Anyway... I saw a couple of days ago someone say a theory that Alaric would have to choose between getting Jo back or gettin the Twins back and, since we saw in the end of episode that Bonnie and Alaric got to bring Jo to life, and we saw that the twins are alive in the flash forward, but no Jo, I assume Alaric will choose to get the twins?! Or that, or something happens to Jo and he is left with just the twins. I just wonder if, now that Jo is back, are the twins back too?! Or Alaric just get the twins after Jo dies again or something? I'm really confused about that but, one thing we know for sure, Alaric will get the twins, which is super cool!

Oh, and we also got an special apperance from Michael Trevino again, which is just amazing! We might not get Nina Dobrev back, but we still see Michael in some of the episodes. It might be just for a couple of minutes, but it is better than nothing, right?!

And, well, Damon is starting to write on a journel... I can't remember if he used to. I know Stafan used to write on journals, but I can't remember if Damon did but, anyways, it is cool to see Damon writing to Elena on a journal, it brings the show's name to life again. Afterall, the show is called The Vampire Diaries and, in the last seasons, we didn't get to see anyone write on journals/diaries so, it's good to get that back too.

So, in the end, I'm super happy with this episode and I can't wait to see more flash forwards and, I feel like next episode is going to be huge because 1. Michael Malarkey said that we are going to see some flash forwards of him in that episode and 2. Kat Graham said that we are going to see who's her love interest in that episode so... I'm looking forward to that!

The Vampire Diaries | Season 7 Episode 3 - "Age of Innocence"

This season of The Vampire Diaries is getting better and better! This episode was just amazing, my favourite so far! I don't even know what to start with...

What about the flash forward?! 

That flash forward made me feel all kinds of feels. First, getting a special participation of Michael Trevino made me so happy! He has always been a big part of TVD and I already kind of missed him. On the other hand, seeing Stefan getting his car on fire just got me really sad. Stefan's car is probably the thing that Stefan cares the most (probably more than Caroline) and seeing him destroying his care just made me feel so sad. But, that also means that something big is going to happen, so that got me really curious about whats going to happen next!

Then, the major part of this episode, Valerie's storyline. I still don't know how I feel about Valerie. I know she's the only heretic that I don't hate but I don't particularly like her. Her story also made me feel both those emotions. At one time I liked her, at other I hated her. I kind of liked to see old Stefan again, reminded me of the Katherine ages, which I kind of miss. But, in the end, it was interesting to know all their story together and, mostly, to find out that she was the first heretic to exist! I'm really excited to find out more about Julian, because he seems like a quite interesting character and he might be the big villain of this season. Just a guess! 

Also really liked Oscar! Like, seriously, that dude seemed so cool and, by far, my favourite heretic. So sad that Valerie had to kill him in the end. That made me hate her quite a bit. 

The interection between Bonnie, Damon and Ric was really cool too in this episode. I'm so curious about this Phoenix stone! We've already seen that it does bring people from the dead, but I feel like there's more behind it, that must be! Afterall, Lily is also after that stone, so there must be something really big behind that stone. I really want that stone to work out, to be honest, not just because I want Jo back, but also because, if Ric manages to bring Jo back, there's a chance they can bring Kai back to. I don't know who would want him back, though, but it would be so damn cool to have Kai back. It's obvious that in every episode I try to find something to bring Kai back, but truth is that Kai was my all time favourite character from TVD, so obviously I'm always going to find an excuse to bring him back.

Something that I missed in this episode (or should I say, someone) was Michael Malarkey aka Enzo. I know he's not a major character, I mean, he is in the main cast, but he doesn't have like a major role in the story line, but he's one of my favourite characters and of course I'm going to miss him when he isn't in an episode.

And yeah, I think that's it for todays rant. Overall, it was an amazing episode and it got me so excited to the next one.

The Vampire Diaries | Season 7 Episode 2 - "Never Let Me Go"

Sorry I took a little bit longer with this episode but this last week has been crazy and didn't have time to watch this new episode. But anyways, let's just start with the rant because you're not here to read why I didn't updated earlier.

So, this episode was just amazing! I don't know if it was because it was Brian Young who wrote it but I feel like this episode was way better than the first one, which is odd, because usually the first episodes of the seasons are always the best ones but I didn't feel it this time. 

This episode got me a lot more in the storyline and I'm just loving what they are doing with this two storylines, the heretics one and the stone one. For me, the stone storyline seems more interesting, even though I think the two storylines are connected. I don't know why, but I feel it.

Something else that I also really liked was the beggining. I miss Kai so damn much and the fact that they still bring some clips of him in the beggining of the episode makes me so happy. 

On the other hand, the heretics are starting to really piss me off. Their storyline is somehow interesting but... I don't know, they're kind of annoying at the same time. Also, I like Lily from last season way more than I like this Lily. Lily seemed a pretty interesting character last season but this season... She's kind of annoying.

Something they said they were going to do this season was bring back the 'feelings' from Season 1 and I feel like they're actually doing it. I'm loving the Salvatore Brothers scenes and what they are planning to do and they are bring back the stone storyline. It's not the same stone, of course, but I always like when they had a stone involved in the story so... Let's see what happened. I'm really excited about it!

Jeez, I have so many more scenes that loved in this episode!

Let's just talk about Enzo like... OMG! I don't know, but he seems to get hotter and hotter in every episode (even in every scene, I would say) and I'm loving his scenes. The Guitar scene was just.. WOW and, is he in love with Lily?! Like, what?!

Also, the flash forwards with Caroline working in a television show! Those were just amazing! Those flash forward scenes make me want to watch more and more and, who the hell is her fiance if it isn't Stefan?! I mean, I don't like Steroline but... That's what I was expecting... I wonder if its Enzo... OR KLAUS! That would be so amazing. Anyways I'm rambling now, let's continue with the episode.

Something that I also wonder about is who is the sixth heretic... I'm betting on Lucy, just because I read all the producers talking a lot about Lucy on twitter so... There's something special about her, I feel it!

Oh, and let's not forget about Bonnie and Matty-Blue-Eyes! Loving them and really excited to see what they are also up to.

The Vampire Diaries | Season 7 Episode 1 - "Day One of Twenty-Two Thousand, Give or Take"

After 5 (racking) months my favourite show of all time is back! My opinions may be doubtful since, like I said, this is my favourite show, but I'll try to be the truest possible and kinda 'forget' that this is my favourite show.

So, I've been so curious to know what they were going to do with this season, since Nina Dobrev left and Michael Trevino isn't going to be on it as much as he used to. Also, because they killed Kai and, if you follow me on other social media, you know Kai is my favourite character from all time. They had an amazing storyline with the Parker family and all the Kai stuff, but instead of going on with it, they decided to kill them all and start a new storyline which, in my opinion, isn't as good as the Parker storyline but, anyway...

The episode started with some scenes that I've already seen in some previews, so it wasn't anything new for me. I liked the fact they came back with the diaries which is the main thing in the series. In  this episode we see Caroline and Bonnie writting what have been happening to them, just like Elena asked them, which is a good thing in this episode. On the other hand, no one seems to be actually fine in Mystic Falls, which makes me kinda sad and kinda annoyed, to be honest. I'm already over Elena, and the fact that they keep mentioning her kind of pisses me off. I understand that she was the main character in the series and, somehow, they wanna keep her the main character but... Without Nina, there's now Elena so, just stop mentioning her and keep on with your lives!

Something insteresting about the episode is the fact that they are aroud world. Damon, Alaric and Bonnie are in Amsterdam, Enzo in New York and Stefan, Caroline and Matt in Mystic Falls (along with the newbies, the heretics). In the end of the episode they come back to Mystic Falls but yeah.. that was cool.

Enzo for me is the best character in this season. I think now he has a porpuse in this storyline and that makes me really happy, because Enzo is one of my favourite characters and also, Michael Malarkey is an amazing actor and amazing person so, I'm happy to see him more involved with the storyline.

But, to ruin everything, they can't shut up about Steroline. I know I'm not the only one (which is cool) to hate Steroline! I will always be Team Stelena and it just annoyes me so damn much to see Steroline happen and, apparently, that's the main thing in this season (along with the heretics). I just wish they would change Steroline with Carenzo because I would SO MUCH prefer Caroline with Enzo then with Stefan.

And, talking about the heretics... So, they are the main villains in this season... I still don't know what to think about them... The two lesbians really piss me off, that I know! But still, the others really get on my nerves too so... I seriously don't know what to think about them. Let's just wait for the next episode and see if I can have a proper opinion about them.

In this episode, we also get to understand that fast forward that happened in the end of last season, and something interesting about this season is that they keep bringging more fast forwards. I think that's the only thing that is keeping the series interesting because all the heretics stuff kind of bothered me, to be honest. 

And yeah... As you can see I have really strong opinions about everything in this series, which is kind great for me to do this rants.

I just hope they come up with something better than this heretics because if they don't, I think this is the last season of The Vampire Diaries. It really makes me sad to say this, but it's true. I don't want this series to ever end but... Julie Plec just keep ruining the storylines so... There's not much we can do.
