Spoiler Alert!
Hello people!
Here we are with the (now) usual The Challenge rant!
Truth is, this season is almost over - this is actually the second to last episode. The good thing is that Season 32 of the 'normal' The Challenge will premiere in the beginning of July so we won't have to wait that long for it. Anyway, this was a pretty good episode actually so let's jump right into it.
The episode actual began the next day after everything that happened in the last one. We see a bit of talking between all the teams, mostly Kailah and Drake and we know, since we've been watching The Challenge for a while, that this is foreshadowing the events that are going to take place in the end of the episode - this can either be good or bad, it is always foreshadowing something.
After that, they move on to this week's challenge which is kind of an intellectual game, which is nice.
I was pretty happy with the result of it because CT and Tony won and that meant that they were going straight to the finale.
A big part of the episode, after the challenge, was politics - Wes trying to be safe from elimination as well as Kailah trying the exact same thing, since both of them were friend with either CT or Tony. Afraid of what might happen, Wes actually comes up with the plan to send Kailah and Drake to elimination, making a deal with Casper to do the exact same and so in the actual eliminations they do that, leaving no room to CT and Tony to have to choose between Wes and Kailah.
Kailah and Drake go straight into elimination and of course, Tony chose Casper and Louise to go into elimination, since Tony was the MVP - also winning a vacation for two people, to which he said he would propose to his girlfriend, which was actually pretty cute.
Then, it was elimination time. This was actually a pretty good elimination because it was challenging and not just one of those lame games. They basically had to jump 1000 times to push a button then a block of ice with frozen clothes inside would fall to the ground and they had to smash it, get the clothes out, unfold them (which turned out to be really difficult because they were frozen), put them on and then jump 1000 times more.
Of course we didn't see the end of the elimination. For now, Casper and Louise looked like they were winning but Kailah and Drake were doing better at unfolding the clothes so... You never know. It can be anyone winning this and, to be honest, I want Kailah and Drake to win. I don't like Kailah at all but I don't like Louise and Casper either and I've said since the beginning that the reason why I was watching this season was because of Drake so... I would love to see him go into the final.
Well, we'll find out next episode who's going to the final. Until then, let me know your thoughts and predictions.
Love,
Daniela.
