The Challenge: Champs vs Stars | Season 2 Episode 6 - "Flag Poles and False Hopes"

Spoiler Alert!

Hello guys and welcome to the last rant of the year!
We are ending in the right way with a The Challenge rant and, athought not as exciting as the last one, still pretty good!
I have to start off with the fact that I was right - The Champs did win this week's challenge, once again and, I know I'm stepping way ahead in the episode but I just needed to say this.
Still, there wasn't much happening in the beginning of the episode, right before the actual challenge so I think it's fine.
Well, when it comes to the actual challenge, they made us believe that, this time, the stars were going to win, not only because they did really good in the challenge, but also because both Josh and Justina were the best guy and girl from both teams (in terms of swimming time). They weren't good enough thought, because the Champs won anyways, just like I predicted in the last rant. I mean, the previews that they gave us were pretty clear so, I don't know why they tried. I mean, they could've tried, if they didn't give us that preview last week so... It was bad from the production but well, I like to be right.
Anyway, after that, Bananas got his revenge (not on Wes though) and he picked, alone, the MVP - CT. And being a girls elimination, it wasn't the ideal scenario but yeah, liked what Bananas did. It was revenge but still funny so, it was nice (in my opinion).
Of course, because of this, not only he had to choose a girl for elimination, but also the Stars team had to choose their LVP and this is when the alliances come back again, mostly with Matt being the one 'without' an alliance and being the one to basically pick who to go to elimination.
Once again, this was already expected, because of the preview, what I wasn't expecting was what he did in the nominations. In the end, he actually choose Ariane, making it a tie between Ariane and Kim and, because of that, and because no one was going to change their votes, it was up to the Champs to choose the girl to go against Aneesa (who was the LVP chosen by CT). And, not only from the two girls that were nominated, but also from the other two girls (Michelle and Justina). Basically they could choose any girl.
They then wanted to let Aneesa decide since it was going to be her against one of the girls, and she almost chose Ariane, but they thought it was too easy so they went with Michelle, who wasn't that bad nor that great and wasn't one of the two girls so it was nice.
What they didn't know was that the actual elimination was a pretty physical one (which I really enjoyed) and it was something that Michelle was going to be good at. Still, Aneesa is pretty strong and she puts a good fight, and that was exactly what she did. She was pretty good actually, just not good enought to beat Michelle and yeah, Michelle ended up winning in the end.
It was a good episode overall, just not as exciting as the previous one (I mean, you can't beat the drama between Wes and Bananas).
The preview for next week wasn't that clear either so I don't really no what to expect. We see that they have a challenge in a swimming pool and that it's going to be the last one before the final so... Let's see what happens.
Let me know what you think is going to happen and who would you like to see in the final - you know who I wan't to see.
And I'll see you next year.
Hope you have an amazing new year's eve!
Love,
Daniela.

The Challenge: Champs vs Stars | Season 2 Episode 5 - "Playing Me for the Foos"

Spoiler Alert!

Hello people!
Here we are with a brand new The Challenge rant!
I gotta say it's nice to have at least one of my favourite series to watch during the holidays, because this time all the shows are on hiatus so The Challenge is the only one on right now and I'm pretty happy about that.
What I'm not happy about is with what happened in this episode.
Don't get me wrong, I loved how everything turned out and the fact that the Champs won (again) but all the other stuff that happened... Man, it left me so pissed off.
So, like we saw in the preview last week, some arguments happened between Wes and Bananas and it wasn't really surprise. I mean, I don't know about you but since they announced the cast that I knew sh*t was going to happen between them and since the season started that I've been waiting for that happen. I guess this was the time.
They didn't focus much on stuff before the challenge, just a conversation between Bananas and Wes (of course) setting up the tone for what was going to happen next.
We already knew that someone from Bananas' charity was going to be in this episode so that was why Bananas wanted to win. I mean, you don't know for sure if that was just it, but I feel like Bananas have been chaging a little bit in this past challenges and he hasn't been so back stabbing like he used to be so, I believe him when we says that. Besides, this is a special season, where they are playing for charity so I believe he was being true.
Who wasn't being true was Wes.
I never liked Wes. Not just because he's Banana's rival but because you can really see his dirty game and you can't really trust him. I can't say that you can trust Bananas, but at least he isn't that cocky little sh*t and he, most of the time, but he fulfills his promises.
Anyway, I don't want to get carried on with this so let's just say that they talked and they disagreed in stuff so both of them tried their best to win MVP.
Moving on the actual game/challenge, this one was the only one that the Stars got pretty close to the Champs and almost won. But, in the end, Bananas scored *wink* and they won.
Right after that that's when the shady stuff happened.
The girls gather around to decide who's the MVP and all of them agree that it's either Wes or CT and, after talking, they decide on CT. That's when Wes appears and starts talking with them, manipulating them, and they decide on Wes then. Not saying anything to the other boys (CT, Zach or Bananas).
When it comes the time when The Mizz asks for them to gather around and decide the MVP, Emily says right away that they have already decided on Wes. Of course Bananas is pissed because not only they didn't say sh*t to the other boys, but also there was someone there from Bananas' charity so he wanted to give them some money.
I would be pissed too. I mean, I am pissed! And then, in the 'interviews', Emily says that they decided on the person that they thought was the best player. Sh*t you did! You were the one to say, right away, that CT was the MVP! Seriously guys, I'm sorry if I'm swearing too much but this really pissed me off!
Of course, then, when it comes to 'deliberation', Bananas says that he knows he's the one going to elimination and then Wes just says 'Okay, then'. Like, this was his plan all along! This makes me so mad!
They don't focus much after this and just move on the the nominations.
This time everything was pretty easy. Bananas basically 'volunteered' and everyone from the Stars Team voted on Riff Raff, finally so that was it - Bananas vs Riff Raff.
For a second, I was afraid but, as soon as they started the elimination I saw that Bananas was just going to win and... That was exactly what happened.
Don't get me wrong, I liked Riff Raff, he was fun, but of course I was rooting for Bananas and I just hope he gets his revenge because Wes is really asking for it!
And, before I end this rant I just want to mention and childish games that they have been playing this season. I mean, I know that the Stars aren't really athleates but c'mon! Those aren't The Challenge games and, besides, they are so dumb, really...
Anyway, for next week I predict that the Stars Team is going to loose again (because of what Matt said in the preview) and that's basically it. I have no idea who they are going to put for elimination but I believe, for the Stars Team it's going to be Kim (because she's out numbered) and for the Champs I just hope Bananas gets his revenge on Emily and they send her in because she not only was fake af but she's been too cocky this season so... Yeah. This are my thoughts.
Let me know your thoughts on all this Wes/Bananas sh*t and what do you think is going to happen next week.
Until then!
Love,
Daniela.

The Challenge: Champs vs Stars | Season 2 Episode 4 - "When Push Comes to Shoving Stars"

Spoiler Alert!

Hello guys and welcome to the only rant that it's gonna be up this week - The Challenge!
With the holidays and everything basically all the shows go on hiatus so it's nice to, at least, have one to talk to you about.
This week the things got more interesting with the Stars Team. Still, the Champs Team rulled the challenges (I'll get on with that later) but in this episode the Stars Team had a lot of 'screen time' (I might say), which is always interesting.
So, the episode started right where the previous one left of, which the elimination - Wes against Romeo and they didn't really stay much on that, ending with Wes having a pretty easy win.
Moving on, with everything that have been happening to the Champs Team, of course the producers had to do something about it and that's when Tori comes to play (and that's why she's in the 'banner').
After that, they didn't show much more and jumped into the actual challenge right away.
This time it was some type of football challenge (or like they say in America - Soccer) with a giant ball. Like I said previously, the Champs Team dominated (once again) and won 8 against 0, which is a pretty big loss! So, of course, the Champs had to choose and MVP, which they chose Aneesa. I agreed with their decision, because she was the only girl to score but I just don't really understand why they always choose a girl when it's a girls elimination and a guy when it's a guy's elimination. I mean, I kind of get it but, at the same time, they should choose who was actually the most valuable player in that 'game' (which this time was either Zach or Bananas, since bananas was the only one that score 3 points). The only thing that could have some 'weight' is when that person has already won, so in that case they can choose another person but yeah, this is just my opinion.
Anyway so, they choose Aneesa and when they get into deliberation it was obvioust that it was going to be Tori because she was the new player so yeah, I also agreed with that. And then, that's when the Stars Team start playing a big role in this episode.
They basically split into two teams - Josh, Kim and Shawn vs Justina, Michelle and Ariane - with Matt and Riff Raff out 'on their own'. Obviouslt both Teams start talking with this last two so they would get them in their 'teams', focusing more on Matt because they already know that they can't really count on Riff Raff.
When it was time for nominations, it was clear that there were two teams because Josh's team voted for Ariane and Justina's team voted for Shawn. Then, Riff Raff just burned his vote and Matt ended up voting for Shawn, ending with being Shawn against Tori in the elimination.
They didn't waist much time and moved on to the actual elimination and, once again, it was a pretty easy one and it was obvious that Tori was going to win and guess what? That was exactly what happened.
I kind of liked it because I was rooting for Justina's team. To be honest, she's the best one out of all the Stars but, at the same time, I also kind of agree with Riff Raff's game. I mean, you kinda need an alliance to win the game but sometimes I just get fed up in the actual challenge seasons when they have to agree with someone and just not vote for themselves so, I like that he didn't get into the 'fight'.
Anyway, next episode looks like an interesting one because, for the first time, the Champs might actually loose. I mean, from that preview, we were led to believe that the Champs have an hard time with the challenge and that they are going to loose but, to be honest, I still think they are going to win and that Bananas is going to be the MVP (I just want him to be the MVP ok?) and that's why Wes is saying that you can't trust Bananas. I don't know, it might also be them talking about the fact that each of them have to vote (because they lost) but I don't believe that. But, let me know what you think is going to happen in the next episode and I'll see you next week with a new The Challenge rant!
Love,
Daniela.

Arrow | Season 6 Episode 9 - "Irreconcilable Differences"

Spoiler Alert!

Hello everyone and here's the last rant of the week (and probably the last rant this year, except for The Challenge, there's still going to be about two/three rants of The Challenge before the year ends).
So, unlike Supernatural, this Arrow episode wasn't that exciting to me. Well, maybe exciting isn't the word because it was a good episode but it was such a sad episode and it got me pretty upset, even thought I think it's going to be a great storyline so... there's that.
I didn't talk about the preview of this episode in my last Arrow rant (which was the crossover) but basically in this episode someone was going to betray Oliver and yeah. that was exactly what happened.
The episode starting great, actually, with Oliver and Felicity celebrating their wedding. This first part had a lot of little details that I really enjoyed but it also had some downs which I'm ok with but I think that's just because I'm an huge Olicity shipper. I love that they mentioned that fact that they got married without telling anyone, I think someone had to mention it and I'm happy it was Thea (even though, like I said in one of my previous Arrow rants, I didn't miss Thea that much so...) but, on the other hand, this first scenes had so many cringy moments. I mean, the whole thing was a little too cringy but I guess they did it on purpose. Also, I'm kind of ok with it because I love Olicity so, I think they can ger away with some cringy moments.
Of course something good can really last in the Arrow world so, while in the reception, Quentin learns that someone from the Team Arrow is testifying against him, to which he says to Oliver.
Oliver feels betrayed, like expected, and tracks the team to see if they have been doing something sketchy.
When I learned about this storyline, my first thought was Rene, Rene was the one testifying against Oliver - either Rene or Diggle, but I found it hard to be Diggle. There was no way it was Curtis or Dinah, that was sure (at least for me), but I guess not for Oliver because Dinah is the first person that he accuses, after finding out that she has been meeting with Vigilante.
That's when Rene steps up and says that he's the one, which got me really happy about myself, because I love being right.
Rene claims that Agent Watson cornered him with evidence that he is Wild Dog, and if he didn't testify, he wouldn't be able to see his daughter again.
Actually, that was the most logical thing to happen, because I couldn't see any other reason for him to do that.
Meanwhile, Lance is kidnapped by Laurel and Cayden James so the Team has to put their differences aside and work togehter in order to save Quentin.
This doesn't end too well. Quentin does gets out of there alive, but Oliver permanently ousts Rene from the Team because he went looking for Lance, abandoning the primary mission and violating Oliver's trust, again.
After that, things get even worse - Dinah and Curtis also get out of Team, not able to trust Oliver anymore, after he tracked them.
To be honest, I don't think the issue here is the fact that Oliver tracked them, but the fact that he tracked everyone except Diggle - which I also don't think it's right I mean, Diggle could also betray Oliver. I would be so disappointed with him but it was possible.
Nonetheless, this leaves me so sad because I hate seeing everyone mad at each other. Plus, how is Oliver going to be able to keep going with the Team Arrow (now the OTA) with Diggle not being able to go to the field and Oliver himself having the FBI after him? I mean, this is going to be pretty hard!
Well, but this doesn't end like that. There's one more scene where we see Oliver, John and Felicity being monitored through and hiddgen camera by none other than Cayden James. But not only him... Him and Laurel, Anatoli, Vincent (aka Vigilante) and Ricardo Diaz! Like, what?! I was so surprised with this!
This is like a Suicide Squad type of thing which is so different from what Arrow have been doing.
I'm really excited to see where this is going so it's going to be so painful waiting almost two months for the show to come back.
The good thing is that we have a lot of time to theoryze so let me know everything that you think it's going to happen and I'll see you next week with a new The Challenge rant!
Love,
Daniela.

Supernatural | Season 13 Episode 9 - "The Bad Place"

Spoiler Alert!

Hello everyone and welcome to a brand new Supernatural rant.
Just like almost all tv shows this week, this was also Supernatural's Midseason Finale and, of course, it had to end with a bang.
I must say that this wasn't my favourite episode this season, but I'm really enjoying where they're going with the show and I just can't wait for more.
This episode had one thing, right in the beginning, really good - Jack's comeback. I didn't want to be that type of girl but I'm really liking Jack (like I've been saying in all my rants) and I just feel like he's part of the family, like Sam, Dean and Cas, so it was really nice to have him back again.
Also, I don't know if it's just me but, in this episode, they introduced some new 'monster' or 'creature' - the dreamwalker. I mean, I feel like it's something knew but, the show is in it's 13th Season so I don't remember every single thing from the past seasons so, if they have ever mentioned the dreamwalkers before, let me know, please.
This two things are actually linked because Jack is the one searching for this dreamwalker. He finds one but we see that he ends up dead. After that, the brothers find out, through Jody, what happened to this dreamwalker - Derek - and that Jack went to see him and so go after him.
They end up finding Jack and they are pretty mad with him. That's when they tell him that Derek is dead, to which Jack has no idea.
Seriously, I doubted that it was Jack because I just couldn't believe he had turned bad just like that and thank god he didn't because I would be so sad.
Well, talking about sad, a pretty touching scene happened after that, when Jack is with the boys in the car and he just realizes that both of them thought he killed Derek. That's when the boys tell him that they thought he was looking for Lucifer, to which Jack says that the Winchesters and Castiel are his family and he doesn't need Lucifer, which was so cute! And even cuter was Dean's response, that totally agreed with him and I just loved that! Jack also says that the reason why he's looking for a way to go into the alternate universe is to get Mary back (which was actually my first thought) so that the brothers would accept him, which was also pretty cute and touching! Loved it!
Jack let them know about the fact that he needs a dreamwalker in order to access the alternative universe and so they go looking for Kaia, another dreamwalker that they discovered Derek was in touch with.
At first, Kaia doesn't want to help them, but after getting kidnapped by angels she agrees with the boys.
That scene with the angels was quite something, even though I hated the angels so much! And, because of that, when Jack is trying to access the alternative universe, Kaia keeps seeing another reality populated by monsters, which she calls The Bad Place, resulting in the worst possible scenario - Kaia on the side of the road, Jack in the alternate universe (finding Mary) and the boys in the Bad Place. It is so bad but, at the same time, it's pretty exciting and I just can't wait for the series to comeback because I would never, in a million years, think that they would go with a storyline like this so, I'm excited for that!
Meanwhile all this is happening, another tiny storyline starts (which is probably an introduction to the next episode which is also going to be the first episode of the spin-off Wayward Sisters), where Patience goes to Jody Mills because she had a vision of her gettin killed (again).
So, I guess we'll have to wait almost two months to know where this is going which is such a bummer but still, this episode got me so pumped so, I guess it will be worth it.
Let me know what you thought of the episode and I'll see you in a few minutes with a new Arrow rant.
(Oh, by the way, I did live tweet during both shows so, there's that).
Love,
Daniela.

The Flash | Season 4 Episode 9 - "Don't Run"

Spoiler Alert!

Hello everyone and here's the midseason finale rant of The Flash!
Midseason episodes are known for having a lot of information about the whole season and, mainly, ending with a big cliffhanger so that was exactly what happened in this episode.
I must say that this whole episode caught me off guard. I wasn't expecting anything of what happened and, in my opinion, this is really a good step up from last season. Last season was so disappointing, with all the secrets and the guessing who's the villain that, in the end, it was pretty bad and basically everyone 'hated' last seasn so I'm glad that the Producers realised it and changed completely.
We could already tell from the very beginning of the season but this midseason finale is just proof that The Flash can do better and that it isn't a dark show - it is totally different from Arrow and the producers should keep it that way, it works so much better.
So, this episode was the one after the big crossover so, obviously, they had to address it a little bit in the beginning. We see Barry and Iris sorting out their wedding gifts after arriving from their honeymoon.
I must point out the coment that Iris made about Oliver and Felicity marrying the same day... I just hated it! I already disliked Iris and, after that coment... Man, I got so mad. It was such a tiny detail but it messed me up so much. She seemed like she didn't like that fact that Olicity married in the same day WestAllen did and... Ugh! I thought they would like it... I mean, Barry seemed fine with it, just Iris was upset... I think that was such a disrespect to her 'friendship' with Felicity I mean... I thought they were friends! Ugh, let's just move on with the story because this is making me so mad!
Anyway, I also have to point out Barry's comment about not wanting to run anymore because that just made full circle with the ending of the episode, which I thought amazing!
After sorting out their wedding presents, they went Christmas shopping and that was when Barry is ambushed and kidnapped by DeVoe while, in Jitters, Caitlin is kidnapped by Amunet (that little biatch).
Back in STAR Labs, Iris claims they need to look for both of them, despite Wells claiming that they have insufficient resources.
We see Barry is DeVoe's lair, trapped, which is kind of knew, while DeVoe teaches him a lesson on how there's no happy endings. I mean, with all of this weddings and stuff, I almost forgot the fact that DeVoe was planning on 'attacking' after they got married so, it was a little bit of a surprise to me.
Meanwhile, Caitlin is forced by Amunet to perform surgery on a metahuman named Dominic, who can read minds. They try to escape but Amunet blocks their exit. They are forced to get back and, as she's starting the surgery, Caitlin is able to incapacitate Amunet, allowing her and Dominic to fully escape and then be 'rescued' by Cisco and Ralph, who are able to find her after Iris making the call and choosing to only look for Caitlin, leaving Barry 'alone'.
That was also a surprise to me because, since Barry is the main character of the show, and Iris' now husband, I would thought she would choose to look for him but, at the same time, it was too obvious so... I get that. Besides, looking for him wouldn't allow for the next part of the episode to happen so, she had to.
So, like I was saying... They are able to save Caitlin and, just after that, Barry is also able to escape from DeVoe. I don't know about you but it seemed a little to easy for me but, I don't know, I just didn't pay too much attention into that. Well, I should've because next, when Team Flash is celebrating Christmas at Joe's house, Dominic appears and that's basically when everything changes.
It wasn't that obvious. They invited Dominic so I didn't think something was off. But then, Barry gets an alert from his house. He goes there, just thinking that it's more wedding presents being delivered and that's when he gets a call from Dominic, making known the fact that he's being controlled by DeVoe.
And, in the very end, DeVoe not only reveals what really happend to him and Dominic (that they basically changed bodies or something like that) but also reveals to Barry  that he framed him for his own murder. The police then arrives and that's when Barry says to himself 'Don't Run' (which I think was amazing) and the police arrests him.
All of this was so unexpected to me! I never in a million years would think that Barry was going to be arrested, and I guess this is the good thing about this villain. Because he isn't a speedster, we don't really know what he's capable of, so I don't know what to expect from him, and that is kind of scary actually!
Nonetheless, this is so good and so exciting and I'm just bummed that I have to wait until January 16th for the new episode... It's going to be a long way.
Anyway, we still have one more episode of both Arrow and Supernatural so expect that in a few days! I'll see you then!
Love,
Daniela.

The Challenge: Champs vs Stars | Season 2 Episode 3 - "Slamballs and Elbow Brawls"

Spoiler Alert!

Hello guys!
Back with a brand new week of rants, starting of with The Challenge.
As usual in this brand new season, things have been pretty exciting and nerve wracking and this episode was no exception!
The episode started right where the last one ended, with the CT and To fight. They didn't show much more than what we saw in that last episode though, just some clip of Bananas 'getting' into the fight, as usual, to be honest, but not much more happened. I mean, not that night.
In the next day the scene in the picture above happens, which was pretty funny and just something light to lift everyone's mood. And then, after they arrive at the challenge, that's when they find out that TO actually quick from the show. In my opinion, that was such a dumbass move. It was so childish of him and, to be honest, pretty self-centered because not only he let his team mates down (because let's face it, TO was probably the most attletic one) but he also let his charity down (even though the show donated to his charity). But really, if I was a member of that charity, I would be pretty mad at TO because he didn't even care to win some money to his charity.
Anyway, the show went on and they moved to the new challenge - Slam Ball (or something like that).
It was pretty much a basketball game but in a trampoline 'field', which was pretty rough and physical. Just like Aneesa said, it was more like slamming bodies! Nonetheless, it was pretty exciting and, once again, the Champs Team won!
And, since they won, they chose Zach as their MVP (once again).
After that, 2 hours later, we see Ashley crying and everything and, from the previews, we already knew - her dad got worse so she had to leave he show - leaving the Champs Team with only two girls. Luckily, this was a guys elimination week so they wouldn't loose another girl. Still, it's pretty upsetting not only for Ashley but also because the Champs Team keep loosing players even after winning every single week so, I don't know, I really hope they win in this Season, because they really deserve.
Moving on to deliberations... As for the Stars Team, they all basically agree to send in Romeo, because he's just pissed at what happened with Zach, even though Zach said it was an accident. In the Champs Team, since Zach is the MVP, he's the one choosing. The thing is, he wants to win the final and Bananas and CT are basically in his way but, Wes being the smartass that he is, he basically volunteers saying that if the does something now, in the future, they might owe him one and so he could be 'free' from another elimination in the future. I don't necessarily agree with his move but he does what he thinks it's best.
So, in the nominations, this is exactly what happens - Romeo and Wes are the ones chosen and it's actually kind of funny because in the last episode we saw that they were friends and all so... It looks like things like this keep happening, which is exciting so, I'm not complaining.
Well, in the end, we only see what the elimination is going to be and the episode just ends like that.
In the preview we don't get any hints really so I have no idea who's going to win this elimination. In one hand, I want Wes to win because I'm on the Champs Team but, at the same time, I never really liked Wes and he's basically in the way for Bananas to win so... I don't know. Also, both Wes and Romeo have a pretty similar body structure so I don't know who could win that elimination.
Let me know what you guys think will win the elimination and I'll see you later with a new The Flash rant (midseason finale!).
Love,
Daniela.

Supernatural | Season 13 Episode 8 - "The Scorpion and the Frog"

Spoiler Alert!

Hello everyone!
I'm back, after a crazy week full of crossover rants with a brand new Supernatural rant!
Although this wasn't my favourite episode, this was a special one to me because I got to like tweet during this episode again! Last year I didn't have classes on Friday, so I was able to watch the episode on Thursday night (at 1am here in Portugal) but, because this year I do have classes on Friday (right at 8am) I can't watch the episodes live. But, this week (and next week as well) Friday's are day off here in Portugal so I was able to watch it live and it made me so happy!
So, like I said, this episode wasn't my favourite but I can see a lot of good things in it.
This wasn't a normal 'case of the week' episode. With everything that happened with Jack being gone, the brothers keep on searching for him and that's when a crossroad demon (aka the new Crowley) approaches them with half of a spell that can track nephilims.
Of course this is too good to be true and of course this demon wants something in return and in order to give them the other half of the spell. Turns out, this demon wants something from someone.
In the beginning, the brothers don't want do it, but the demon - Bart - says that if they don't help, he might as well give Asmodeus the spell and Sam and Dean don't want that, so they agree to do whatever he wants them to do.
Looks simplre in the beginning - enter someone else's home, go into an hidden room and steal something that is behind another door.
To this, the brothers meet Bart's 'team', which include an human girl and a demon. They all play some part in this plan and they are all needed. The boys are needed because in order to open that 'hidden room' they need blood from someone that has gone to hell and back - Dean.
This is when things get pretty funny.
Actually, the best thing about this episode was the comedy, because everything else was pretty obvious.
So, Sam is the distraction, presenting this guy (who is an assassin and that has gone to hell and back as well) something supernatural and rare, while Dean and the girl, Alice, work on finding and opening this hidden door.
Something has to go wrong, right?! So, that's exactly what happens and Sam is discovered and this guy almost kills him but he doesn't, and then goes after Dean.
In a really comic way, they are able to knock him out (since he can't die while he's in his house) and tie him up. Then, they face another challenge, getting into some type of vault which has some traps so, in order to do that, another pretty funny scene, they send the guys in and he's shot and everything but because he's in his house he doesn't die, and the guys are able to get what they went there for.
As they are about to leave, they see that the other guy got himself free but is nowhere to be seen so they just leave. They are then chased and after stopping the guy explains why Bart wants what he has and we find that inside the coffin that they stole there's Bart's bones.
Then, Bart appears an just cuts off the other guy's head, which was pretty shocking to me, and then he basically threatens Alice, who are basically doing that because she made a deal with Bart.
They are able to also trick Bart and burn his bones in the end but... The other half of the spell burns too (since Bart had it in his hand) and... The episode basically ends like that.
Alice goes away and the boys just get back to the bunker trying to find another way to locate Jack.
I don't know, but this didn't seem all bad to me... They still have half of the spell, there might be someone who knows the other half so they can always start with that. But, the preview for next episode didn't look that good to be honest. It looks like Asmodeus finds Jack and Jack starts working for him. I might be wrong but that's what it looked like to me.
Next week's episode is also the mid-season finale so it will most likely end in a shocking way so, I'm prepared for that.
Let me know what your predictions are for next episode and I'll see you next week with new rants!
Love,
Daniela.

Legends of Tomorrow | Season 3 Episode 8 - "Crisis on Earth-X, Part 4"

Spoiler Alert!

Hello everyone and here it is the fourth and final part of the biggest (and best) DCTV crossover!
Oh my god, this episode! This might have not been better that the previous part but it was for sure just as good.
I have to say that this episode was such a rollercoaster, full of emotions and, just like with the other parts, I have a lot to say so let's just get onto it.
Like it was expected, this is the episode where all the other Legends come in action. Ray appears and saves not only Kara but also Iris and Felicity while Nate releases everyone from the pipeline.
Meanwhile, on Earth-X, what I predicted was kind of what happened. Stein wasn't really dead and he is, indeed, able to activate the portal before succumbing to his injuries. That's when Jax approaches him and they 'merge' but, instead of like 'curing' Stein, it only made him live for a little longer.
They are able to go through the portal and get back to Earth-1. That's when a little bit of each team faces the Metallo while Felicity and Kara are caught by Dark Arrow while trying to get to the Waverider. Dark Arrow is about to kill Felicity but that's when Oliver appears with Dark Supergirl and also threats to kill her, that's when the Reverse Flash appears and 'rescues' both Dark Arrow and Dark Supergirl, taking them to their own Waverider (which I can't remember the name).
Leaving STAR Labs, all the members from each team gather on the Waverider, where they try to cure Stein, but with no luck, only his connectionto Jax keeping him alive, but barely, slowly killing them both.
After that, the saddest scene in this crossover (and probably the saddes on Legends) happens. In order to save Jax, Stein takes the serum that Cisco developed, cutting Jax and Stein's connection. And without the connection, Stein ends up dying.
Although we already knew that Victor Garber was going to leave the show, it was still sad, very sad, and when Jax delivered the news to Lily and Clarissa it was even more sad. But that, brough even more purpose to their 'fight' and that's what motivated them for what happened next.
They find out that Dark Supergirl not only is dying but, when she does, she will 'explode' and create some type of Supernova so, not only they have to stop the Nazis, but also make sure Dark Supergirl doesn't die in the planet. And that's when the big fight happen.
This was probably the biggest fight we ever had on the four shows and it was amazing! Most of it was done with Special Effects so props to the SFX Team because it was great! I can actually imagine all the work you had (I myself did some 3D projects and I know how much work it's put into that) so it was absolutelly amazing!
In this fight we basically see each character fight their doppelganger so Oliver against Dark Arrow, Supergirl against Dark Supergirl and Barry against Reverse Flash. Barry is the only one not killing his enemy but I can understand that. Not only it isn't part of Barry's character but it would probably also mess the timeline so, it was better this way.
Apart from that, they got to distroy the Waverider from Earth-X and Supergirl took Dark Supergirl to space and the latter died there. Oh and yeah, Oliver did kill his doppelganger.
In the end, Ray got back to Earth-X, while Snart chose to stay (I'm curious about that, though), they attend Martin's funeral, the legends get back to their work and Kara and Alex get back to their Earth.
And, the very end, my favourite part!
Remember me complaining about Diggle? Well, we did get Diggle in the end (I would be mad if we didn't) just marry Iris and Barry right in that moment and, as Diggle is about to say they were married... Felicity says she wants to marry Oliver as well! Heck, she even asks Oliver to marry her, which was so cute! And yes, they marry right there, along with Barry and Iris and, although I wanted like a big wedding, both of the couples kind of already have a wedding party and such so, it was beautiful nonetheless and it was just so sweet that both Barry and Oliver got married in the same day! I just loved it! And, once again, I would be mad if by the end of the crossover Felicity and Oliver didn't, at least, get engaged so, I was even happier when they got married!
It was an happy ending for such an amazing crossover!
So, my last thoughts on the whole crossover:
Loved the fact that we had Winn and Diggle (the ones that I was more afraid we wouldn't get) still, we didn't have Winn like I wanted to have him. We didn't have Mon-El, which I really wanted as well, I'm dying to have Chris Wood and Grant Gustin interact more. I wanted a little bit more of Black Canary in this, we barely saw Team Arrow, though. But I loved everything with Barry and Oliver together and, most of all, Olicity was strong in this crossover so, thank you writers for that!
Overall, I don't think they will ever be able to top off this year's crossover but I'll be waiting. As long as I have Barry and Oliver together, it's fine by me. I just love them together! Now, I just can't wait to see everyones reactions to Olicity being married as well and WestAllen (but mostly Olicity).
I'm sad it ended but next week we will have more, not togehter though, of each show so, I'm excited for that! It's the mid-season finales so, don't miss them!
Let me know all your thoughts on the episode, I would love to know everything and I'll see you Friday with a new Supernatural rant (actually, I'm going to live tweet tomorrow so @danixinhahhh if you want to live tweet with me).
Love,
Daniela.

The Flash | Season 4 Episode 8 - "Crisis on Earth-X, Part 3"

Spoiler Alert!

Wow! Wow! Wow!
Hello guys and here's the third part of the DCTV crossover rant!
I have to start by saying that this was, by far, the best episode until now (I know there's only one more but you never know, it can top this one, even though I doubt it). This episode got me on the edge of my sit during the 45min and I just found myself saying 'Wow' like out loud and really getting surprisd by everything that was happening. Plus, I take back what I said about the Supergirl characters (aka Winn) because he was in this one, alongside with a bunch of other characters. Still, it wasn't Winn Winn (it was the Winn from Earth-X) but it was still nice.
Well, with how the previous part ended I really had no idea how Barry, Oliver and the others were going to get away from the Nazi concentration camp so how everything happened was really a surprise to me. Props to the writers and producers because they had such great ideas for this!
They basically were saved by none other then Snart! Ok, not really Snart, but Snart from Earth-X (Citizen Cold), right when they were about to get killed.
So, with this reveal, the episode was already great, but Snart wasn't the only character that basically had a 'new character' on Earth-X. Before they were saved, we also see that  the leader of the concentration camp was Quentin Lance's doppelganger from Earth-X and, after they get rescued, we also see, like I mentioned before, Winn - who is the general of the resistance fighters.
We are also introduced to a brand new character (well, I think it is a new character because I don't really remember him) - Ray Terrill - who is not only a meta from Earth-1 but is also Snart's boyfriend, which is kind of cute.
While in the resistance bunker, they find out that the only way back to Earth-1 is through a breach in a Nazi facility which Winn plans to blow up.
After talking to Winn, who doesn't want to give our heroes a chance, he agrees to let them try to 'get away' and basically gives them one hour to infiltrate de facility and just try to get out before blowing it up.
They start thinking about a plan but, of course, there's a bunch of obstacles. In the end, Oliver disguises himself as his Earth-X doppelganger but is discovered by Quentin, who is suspicious and then asks Oliver to kill Felicity's Earth-X doppelganger. Of course Oliver doesn't kill her which ends in a fight. Obviously Oliver manages to kill everyone that was in the room and disables whatever they had to in order for metas to get into the facility.
By that time, Winn doesn't want to wait anymore and so sends the robot that is going to blow up the facility, called Red Tornado. So then, they have split up. Barry and Ray go deal with the Red Tornado while the rest gets into the facility and tries to make the breach work (I'm sorry if I don't get everything right but there's a lot of science things involved and I'm just not good at that).
Meanwhile all this is happening in Earth-X, in Earth-1 Iris and Felicity have to come up with something in order to save everyone that is locked up as well as Kara who is basically about to die.
I really liked this part because it showed like a lot of Girl Power. Although this is a superheroes show, it is till important to show that you don't need superpowers to make a difference and help, and that was exactly what Iris and Felicity did in this episode.
A lot of things did go well, actually. They get to the vault but weren't able to open it, so they decided to send an alert (or something) to the Legends (which will get there in the next episode) and then move on and try to save Kara. They almost get to, by shutting down the electricity, but they are caught and Felicity is forced to put it back up.
And yeah, in the very end, another shocking thing happen - Stein is shot!
Remember on my last rant when I said I was curious about the repercussions? Well, this never crossed my mind and I really don't know what they are going to do about this. My first thought was that if Jax and Stein touched hands they will get into their meta form and would 'cure' Stein but I don't know. I mean, he can really die since they were looking for a way for him to get out of Legends but what about Jax? I don't know so I just can't wait to watch the next and last episode.
So, this is it!
I really wanna get to the next episode because this one was so good. Although, I'm kind of sad this is already ending.
Anyway, let me know your thoughts and keep an eye on the blog because there's going to be a new rant in a few minutes (maybe an hour).
Love,
Daniela.

The Challenge: Champs vs Stars | Season 2 Episode 2 - "Parkour All Obstacles"

Spoiler Alert!

Hello everyone!
So, taking a break from the DCTV crossover, here's a new The Challenge rant - and a pretty juicy one.
I just can't believe the difference between last week's episode and this week's! The difference is huge!
So much went on this episode that's actually unbelievable!
The episode started out pretty normal, to be honest. Just seeing the contestants getting along and just talking about who they are more friends with. Actually, during this 'scenes' that's when we get a glimpse of what is going to happen later... We already knew that TO wasn't a big fan of the Champs when he through that ball at Cory last week but, this week, he said that it was just to 'help him' and that Cory was rude with him and, because of that TO doesn't want to have anything to do with the Champs.
Moving on to the actual challenge, it was like a parkour one, like it's said in the title of the episode. To be honest, I think it was a pretty 'easy' one, with not much going on, but I guess they are going like challenges more related to the Champs and others more related to the Stars, which was this one (the Stars one).
After introducing the challenge, things started happening. Right away, TO was rude to CT but, like CT said, he already knows better so he didn't say anything.
The Challenge started and the Champs were doing pretty good. And they were down two players so, that's remarkable. Then, a little bit out of nowhere, Jenna falls while she's going after Shawn and she injures her ankle. The Champs keep on playing and, in the end, they actually win, choosing Emily as their MVP (which, in my opinion, should've been Bananas... Just Saying).
Getting back to the house, Jenna is not doing that well and, since we've already seen that in the Reunion of last season she was still injured, we basically already knew that she wouldn't be able to keep on competing, which then was said to us (and to then) when it was time for nominations.
Still, a little earlier, something also happened to Ashley's dad and she was pretty sad but not much more than that happened. Still, there wasa chance she could go home (which in fact happens because it is shown on the preview for next week).
So, taking everything in consideration, it really looks like the Champs team are cursed or something because everything have been happening to them. Still, they have been winning so, I'm really happy and proud about them.
But that's not all! Then, at nominations, that's when things really escalate!
The Mizz tells them about Jenna's condition and that she won't be able to compete anymore but that she show must go on and the Stars have to choose a LVP. To that, CT gets a little mad. I mean, not actually mad, he just doesn't understand, like us (the audience). He then asks about what's going to happen to the Champs Team because they are down three players already and who is the LVP from the Stars Team competing against because the only have two girls left.
To that, TO starts mocking and of course CT gets mad and then a fight/argument started and things don't seem to go well because of the way it ended in this episode. Things are really going to end in the next episode so, let's see.
From this, I can already tell that this season is way different from the Champs vs Pros one, in a good way though. This is way better and I can't actually wait to see more.
That's it for today's The Challenge rant.
Next is coming the last two parts of the DCTV crossover so, stay tuned!
Love,
Daniela.

Arrow | Season 6 Episode 8 - "Crisis on Earth-X, Part 2"

Spoiler Alert!

Hello everyone and here the second part of the DCTV crossover!
Just like I was expecting, this had pretty much a feeling of an Arrow type of episode, although still not enough screen time of the Arrow characters.
I feel like because the initial 'theme' of the crossover was Barry's wedding, a lot of screen time is going to be on The Flash's episodes, apart from the main three characters, of course.
Nonetheless, it was another great episode and I'm seriously loving this crossover! I might even watch everything in a row when the next two episode air (which is basically right now). Still, this episode had some issues.
Actually, this episode had my biggest nightmare - one that I didn't even know I had - Oliver and Kara together! Ugh! Just like Kara said "So gross!". That's exactly what I felt when I saw Dark Arrow and Dark Supergirl kissing! That was seriously so disgusting and I just can't, I just can't with that. I already don't like Kara and with this character... No! Plus, I don't think Melissa Benoist makes a good villain so... But let's focus on the storyline of the episode.
So, like I thought, Prometheus from Earth-X wasn't Adrian and was, indeed, Tommy. I was already expecting this so it wasn't a surprise. Still, I really wanted it to be Adrian so I was a tiny bit disappointed. And, althought it was a good throwback (even though Tommy wasn't my favourite character) it didn't last long because he killed himself.
Talking about 'predictions', I guess I went a little too overboard with my Felicity theory because, turns out, she's just afraid of marrying. She's afraid that what happened last time would happen again and that's basically the reason why she doesn't want to get married.
She only tells this to Iris but then Oliver talks with Barry and Iris about how much he loves Felicity and how he thinks she doesn't love him as much as he does and she hears it so I think Felicity will tell Oliver everything and it would just be great to have them marry in the end of the crossover instead of Barry and Iris! I would love that! I don't it will happen, not that way, but this makes me thing that it might be Oliver/Felicity and Barry/Iris the two weddings that happen because there were some rumors about that so, I really hope so. Plus, they have been focusing too much on Felicity and Oliver's issues in the crossover so, I do really think they're going to marry.
Getting back to the whole Nazi thing... The 'Dark Team' steal a power source called 'Prism' and our Team of heroes believe that Team Dark seeks to build a neutron bomb with it.
They discover where the Nazis are and the 'main team' goes after them, leaving Felicity, Iris, Caitlin and Rory in STAR Labs.
Then some cool fight scenes happen, like it is usual on Arrow episodes and there were some pretty cool parts! I always love a good fight. Unfortunatelly, in the end, Dark Team (apart from Dark Arrow) win.
Meanwhile, in the STAR Labs, that's where Dark Arrow is. He fights both Killer Frost and Rory but no luck, that's when half of the Team Arrow appears (Dinah, Curtis and Rene) but with no luck either and, in the end, we see the Nazis take them and lock them up.
Dark Arrow gets back to the Dark Team and that's when we learn that Dark Supergirl is actually dying and that they want to replace her hear with OG Supergirl's heart. After that, our team gets unconscious and later wake up on Earth-X; all of them appart from Kara.
And, in the every end we see Nazis taking over STAR Labs and Felicity and Iris there, by themselves, which means we're going to have some girl power, which I can't wait!
This episode was mainly focused on the 'real talk', we had like a lot of important conversations between characters, which reminded me a lot of Arrow so, overall, I'm happy with it.
I still wanted more character from Supergirl though, although that's my least favourite DCTV show... But I really wanted Winn, Cisco and Felicity interacting but there's still next year, right?!
I also hope we get to see a lot more of Team Arrow in the next two episodes and, of course, I know we are going to see more of the Legends of, I also can't wait for that.
We know that they are going to win but I'm really curious on how it's going to end and if there's going to be some repercussions.
I'll see you tomorrow with the last two rants of the crossover!
Love,
Daniela.

Supergirl | Season 3 Episode 8 - "Crisis on Earth-X, Part 1"

Spoiler Alert!

Ok guys, prepare yourself, because I have a lot to talk about!
Hey everyone and welcome to the first part of the big DCTV crossover!
You have no idea how I excited I've been about this crossover! I mean, I'm always excited for this big crossovers so expect like tons of talking, starting out with a little critique.
This episode is supposed to be a Supergirl one, right? I know that, specially this crossover, isn't meant to have a proper series but there's still people that don't watch all four series so, to them, this is a Supergirl episode and, in my opinion, for a Supergirl episode, this had like basically no Supergirl characters, only Kara and Alex. Ok, we had James in the very beginning of the episode, but only that. I was expecting to see a lot more of Winn, Mon-El and J'onn. We still got to see them, that's right, but I wanted them to be part of the fighting and all and, mostly, I wanted to see two things - all the geek team (Felicity, Cisco and Winn) because Winn wasn't in the last big crossover, and I wanted to see Grant Gustin and Chris Wood act together. I know they did the Duet episode, but they barely interacted there, so I wanted more action. I think at least J'onn is still going to be part of the team but, I don't know.
Anyway so, I didn't see any previews before this so I had no idea what they were going to be up against. I supposed it was going to be something about something happen in Earth-X, since it is the name of the episode, and that's it. In that, I was right and, we find out that basically in Earth-X, a Nazi regime rule the planet where a Dark Arrow hunts the Americans loyalists.
They made like a 'big reveal' in the end of the episode about who was under the mask, both the Dark Arrow and the 'Dark Supergirl' but it was pretty obvious, right away, that it was Oliver and Kara. The only thing that I wasn't expecting, and I'm stepping a little ahead, was Harry being the Reverse Flash, that was surprising.
We also already knew that the episode was going to be about Barry and Iris' wedding and that was also what happened.
Actually, most of the episode was just getting ready for the wedding and all that stuff and it had quite some moments! I can't go deep in every one of them, but I have to mention some. First, Barry and Oliver's 'moment' while trying the suits was quite something! I always love to see them interact and, to be honest, they're the main reason why I watch/love this crossovers - I just love Oliver and Barry 'together'. I guess that's because they have such different personalities and that works so well! Seriously, I love it!
Then, I have to talk about the Sara and Alex thing. I just knew that was going to happen! I don't know... I just could see them getting along and since they're both lesbians (I mean, Sara is bi but yeah) I just had a feeling something was going to happen between them. And it was so funny!
And lastly, I have to talk about the 'not so good' Oliver proposal to Felicity. That made me sad! You know I'm an huge Olicity shipper and I even said in my last Arrow rant that I just wanted them to marry in this episode too so I really wanted Felicity to say yes. And, because of that, I feel like she's hidding something. I don't know what... Maybe she's married to someone else?! Is she married to Ray?! I mean, that's the only thing I can think about... Something tells me that we are going to find out soon so, let's see!
Oh, and just one last little thing - loved that Kara sang Barry's song! I mean, I would so much prefer Barry/Grant to sing it but still, I love that song and it was such a nice touch.
Of course then something had to happen and the Dark Arrow and Dark Supergirl invade Barry's wedding and they end up not marrying (which I kind of liked it, to be honest).
The Dark Arrow and 'his Team' have then to retreat after Supergirl injured Dark Supergirl and our team capturing Prometheus, which got me so excited! I really wanted this Prometheus to be Adrian/Josh Segarra but I kind of saw a spoiler earlier and I think it's Tommy so... That is kind of sad. Still, that was my theory last season so, does this count like I'm right?!
And well, I guess that was it for this episode. This has barelly started to I expect really cool things in the next episodes!
The next one is going to be the Arrow one so I hope I get to see a few more Arrow characters like Diggle, Black Canary and Curtis. I mean, I've seen in the promo pictures that Dinah, Curtis and Rene are there so, I just want Diggle to be there too (although I don't think so).
So, expect a new rant really soon!
Love,
Daniela.

Supernatural | Season 13 Episode 7 - "War of the Worlds"

Spoiler Alert!

Hello everyone and here is the new Supernatural rant!
Wow! This episode! I told you that this episode, directed by Richard Speight, Jr., was going to be insane and it really was!
Right at the beginning it left me speechless with all the Lucifer stuff at the alternative universe and then all the stuff that hapenned after that! Wow! Seriously, Supernatural is stepping up it's game. Although, there was something in this episode that I didn't like one bit and I guess you already know what (or who) it is but, let's start with the beginning.
Like I said, the episode starts (not exactly, but still) with Lucifer in the alternative universe, with Michael basically torturing him. It was something that left me really surprised because you think of Lucifer like being the second most powerful being (after God) and then he's tortured by Michael (from the alternative universe)? That's kind of messed up. And then, something else that blew my mind was Kevin being back! I mean, he's not really really back but he was back in this episode (and I believe we will be in the future). Well, and basically Michael is using them in order to open u a breach to go to the 'real world' which, after taking most of Lucifer's grace, he is actually able to, which was another really incredible thing that I wasn't expecting at all!
After doing that, Lucifer is actually able to escape and go through the breach and get back to the real world. The only thing that went through my mind in that moment was Mary like, now she's in the alternative world alone and, although being with Lucifer wasn't that great, it was better then her being alone... Besides, I was (and I kinda still am) shipping them so...
This episode then keeps surprising me. So, Lucifer is, indeed, back at our wold but he barely has powers, which is something really odd. I always see Lucifer like being really powefull (like I said previously) and now he's so weak. It's quite something!
Meanwhile all this is happening, because Castiel went to talk to some angel and they don't have any other lead about Jack, Sam and Dean decide to work a case - one in which a bunch of witches have been killed.
That's when they run into a survivor (fun fact: she was called Daniela, just like me) and that's when they find out that the killer looks like Ketch and has been asking about Rowena. They set up a trap and are able to capture him, who then tells them he's actually Arthur's twin brother, Alexander, and that he turned his back on the British Men of Letters. The boys check the papers and Sam finds that what he's saying it's true, but Dean still doubts it.
While Dean and Sam are dealing with that, Castiel meets with the angel, Dumah, who tells him that they don't have Jack and that, if they did, they would be using him to create more angels, since the angels' population is very low. Castiel doesn't like that and that's when the angels try to capture him but Lucifer appears and, even without powers, he scares the other angels and, in a way, he kind of saves Castiel (which was kinda cute).
At first, I didn't understand why Lucifer went to Castiel but he then let us know. Lucifer tells everything about the other Michael to Castiel and says that they need to combine both their powers (Lucifer and Castiel's) with Jack's power in order to defeat this Michael, who is planning on 'rulling' the real world.
Of course Castiel doesn't know what to do about that, but he decides not to tell the Winchesters anything, not yet, which wasn't that smart, to be honest.
Then, Asmodeus appears and I kind of have forgotten that Lucifer and Asmodeus don't get along. I would assume that they would be great friends but then I remember the whole thing about the Shedim and yeah, I get that now. And well, with Lucifer not having his full powers and Castiel now being powerfull enough, Asmodeus is able to capture both of them.
Tracking Castiel, the brothers get to the place were Lucifer and Castiel were but are met with only demons who attack them. That's when Alexander appears and help them but that's also when Dean really realises something is wrong and Alexander admits that he's in fact Arthur Ketch. He tells them that he made a deal with Rowena, years back when she was captured by the British Men of Letters. She would give him a spell to cheat death and in exchage he would allow her to escape, which was what happened. But then, he says that the spell needs 'recharge' so that's why he must find her, insinuating she's still alive (which I believe). And then, Dean attacks him but Ketch is able to escape.
This whole thing with Ketch just made me really angry! I didn't like last season's storyline, the BMOL one and I though we were free of them right now and having him back now?! Ugh, this leaves me really angry and I just hope they get kill him soon!
And then, to make everything even better, not only Asmodeus locks up Lucifer and Castiel, and tricks the Winchesters into believing that everything is fine, but we also see that Ketch have been working with Asmodeus all along so... Ugh! Seriously, so tired of him! Can't he just die?!
So, as you can see, an episode full of emotions!
This episode also made me re-think my prediction that we would be dealing with the Shedim. Right now, I think the end goal of this season is defeating Michael from the other universe and probably deal with the Shedim next season. I don't know, I just think the Shedim seem like a cool storyline but I don't think they're going to use it this season. I think what we saw was only to let us know and understand the whole story between Asmodeus and Lucifer so, yeah.
Let me know what you think about my prediction, which other predictions do you have and what you thought about this episode overall! For me, it was such a roller coaster!
That's it! I'll see you next week with a lot of new rants!
Love,
Daniela.

Arrow | Season 6 Episode 7 - "Thanksgiving"

Spoiler Alert!

Hello everyone!
First of all I wanna say I'm sorry for not being able to post this (and the Supernatural) rant yesterday. I got caught up with the Black Friday shopping and I arrived home pretty late so I just couldn't.
Anyway, today I stayed at home and took some time to watch the episode and Oh My! This was a really different episode in my opinion. When the producers said that this episode was going to be something else they weren't kidding, it really was!
This episode got me feeling all the feels, starting right in the beginning of the episode with the FBI Agent arresting Oliver in front of William. Not only the last part make me really mad but just everything about here! She his really messing with my nerves and I just can't wait for her to die or something. Seriously, she left me feeling so pissed of this episode! Plus, she doesn't have any proof that Oliver is the Green Arrow (although she says she does) so can she just piss off?! I mean, from the end of the episode, it looks like she is going away for a while, or just during the crossover... Maybe after the crossover she will be back but, at least, she won't be boring us next week, which is nice!
So, back to the episode... Not only they had to deal with this but, at the same time, James and Black Siren started messing around again this time stealing some stuff able to make some type of bomb.
Diggle then, trying to stop James and Black Siren, gets injured and that's when Felicity, and then Oliver, find out about his injurie and Oliver and Diggle exchange some pretty harsh words, which left me pretty sad. Luckily, things ended fine with them, making me happy again. Unfortunately, things didn't end well when it comes to Diggle's injury because if he keeps doing what he's doing, he might get paralysed. That's when Oliver steps out as the Green Arrow (finally!) and go after Cayden and the bomb that he has in the stadium. They then discover that the bomb is fake and that the cops guarding the stadium aren't cops. They also find out that Cayden James only wanted to talk with the Green Arrow/Oliver to basically 'warn him' that when the city burns, that it's because Oliver did something to Cayden's son. That left a lot of question marks on our heads as well as in Team Arrow's heads so, I'm curious about that.
And, in the very end of the episode Thea wakes up from the coma, which was nice but, to be completely honest with you, it didn't really matter to me. Actually, I didn't even miss her in this last episodes. This might sound harsh but she could've just died in Lian Yu. Well, she should've died there. I mean, the only person that really died was William's mum. That made the ending of last season a little pointless. Ok, a lot of stuff happened to most of the characters but it made us think that a lot of them would be dead when, out of 10 (more or less) only 2/3 died, which isn't that exciting.
Anyway, apart from that, something else that I noticed about this episode was that we didn't have any flashbacks! I mean, the thing with the ending last season was that the flashbacks were going to end, but only the Lian Yu flashbacks, which meant there was still going to be some flashbacks and, until now, there was always some type of flashbacks - from the explosion last season, from Diggle, from Slade - but this episode there wasn't any flashbacks and, surprisingly, I was ok with that! When I first noticed it, it felt weird but I got used to it and I can deal with some episodes with no flashbacks. Of course Arrow won't be the same thing without flashbacks so I still want some from now and then but I'm ok with some episodes without flashbacks.
Well, that's pretty much it.
I really liked this episode overall, what did you guys think? Let me know everything and stay tuned because I'm still going to post the Supernatural rant today.
Love,
Daniela.
