Supernatural | Season 13 Episode 20 - "Unfinished Business"

Spoiler Alert!

Hello everyone!
I know I promised you this rant for yesterday but... I just couldn't. I really thought I was going to be able to watch the episode and write about it but you know, life happens and it was impossible for me to do it. But, I'm here today and I have so much to talk to you about!
With only three episodes left, it was kind of obvious that from now on the episode were going to be major and that's exactly what this episode was. I mean, we focused a lot on Gabriel in this one, which I'm completely fine with, but in a way, this kind of looked like filler but I know it was not. It was essential for the boys to find Gabriel and it was important for us, audience, to find out what was so important that Gabriel just said no and left the boys. This also filled some blanks on the whole story how Gabriel survived and how he got captured by Asmodeus. It's just amazing that all that happened season ago, like in season 5, when the boys were fighting Lucifer for the first time. Also, this episode brought back Jack and I missed him so much! I guess the major things happened in this AU this time and, I might say, my favourite scene this episode was when they showed Jacks wings protecting Mary! That was so beautiful! Anyway, I've talked about the whole thing but now, let's talk about specifics.
Like I said, the AU was major in this episode and, right in the beginning, we find out that Jack and Mary have been fighting some agels and have been winning, making Jack a little overconfident. Then, they find out that Michael's fortress has been cleared out so they go there to search for clues and that's when they find Kevin Tran in the dungeon. Kevin reveals that he has perfected the spell from the angel tablet to open the rift and that Michael moved to another place, some place where the spell will work better, and that he has an army to go into the Winchester's world. Later, Kevin also reveals that he was left behind as a trap by Michael and then he kills himself in an explosion that kills everyone but Jack and Mary (that beautiful scene with Jack's wings protecing Mary).
At the same, in the 'real world' we see Gabriel fighting some monster and then getting really injured. That's when he goes look for the brothers saying that he has known all along about Rowena's tracking spell. He then tells the boys the whole story about going to Loki and his sons after faking his death and later them selling Gabriel to Asmodeus.
With the help of the Winchesters, Gabriel kills Loke's sons before facing with Loki himself who is revealed to have made a deal with Gabriel for Gabriel to assume his identity and, in exchange, Gabriel would leave Loki's family out of the angels' business. Loki also reveals that he's furious because Lucifer killed his father, Odin, and he blames Gabriel for his death.
In the end, the brothers help Gabriel kill Loki and, in exchange, Gabriel agrees to help them with the Michael business.
And, the last scene of the episode shows Sam and Dean waiting for Gabriel to recharge and then haveing a little argument about Dean overprotecing Sam out of fear of losing him again to which Sam says that they have to do it together and if they die, they'll together, which was something really beautiful!
So, this episode didn't really move things forward that much it got us closer to the final battle. We have a lot of people on our side now and the only thing left is the fight. From the looks of it, and from the title of the next episode, it looks like we're going to deal with Lucifer next and then Michael. I don't know if they're going to kill Lucifer for good this time, I kind of wish they don't because I kind of like Lucifer but... I don't know. I've read somewhere that Lucifer and Jack are going to meet in one of the next episodes so... Is Jack the one to kill Lucifer? Or is he the one that is going to 'protect' Lucifer from being killed? I would say that the second option is more likely because not only he's his father but also because they're setting it up as Gabriel is going to be the one to kill him so... Let's see what happens. It looks like there's still so many things to deal with and so little time so I'm really curious for the next episodes.
Let me know which are your thoughts and predictions and I'll see you either today or tomorrow with the Shadowhunters rant that I still owe you!
Love,
Daniela.

Arrow | Season 6 Episode 20 - "Shifting Allegiances"

Spoiler Alert!

Hello everyone!
First of all I just want to say that I'm really sorry that I haven't update in the past 3 days. I've been really busy and I just didn't have any time to watch the new episodes. I know I still have to post the Shadowhunters and the Supernatural rants and I will post them today, I swear, right after this one. Still, I wanted to say sorry because I really am.
Now, onto the actual episode!
We are approaching the end of all this seasons and so I've been really excited about the new episodes and this new Arrow episode didn't disappoint me one bit! It caught me so off guard! Well, the whole season have been caught me off guard because it seems like none of my predictions have become true which, in a way, is good! I still have a few more predictions for the rest of the season though, but I'll let you know about them in the end of the post. Let's break down the episode now!
The episode started with some scenes in Russia and, right away, I realized that this episode was going to be mostly about Anatoli and not about the teams getting back together as I predicted it would be. Well, I could've seen this coming really, but I never thought as Anatoli changing into Oliver's side but, not that I've seen the episode and really think about it, it is a really good storyline because, in the end, Anatoli has never really been a 'bad guy' and he was just mad at Oliver. Both of them have been friends for a long time so it makes a lot of sense for Anatoli to change his allegiance from Diaz to Oliver.
Anyway, so Oliver goes to Russia to pay his debt and make it possible to Anatoli to get back to Russia. Obviously there's more to it. Oliver asks Anatoli to help him, reminding Anatoli of his honor and their friendship. For a moment I though Anatoli was going to say 'Ok' but obviously it couldn't be that easy. Anatoli ends up betraying Oliver, chaining him and then taking him to Diaz.
We don't really know what Diaz was planning to do to Oliver but, after Anatoli's comment, he's able to convince Diaz to fight Oliver in a fair one on one fight, with the loser to leave the city. I had really high hopes on Oliver, I gotta be honest with you. Mostly after a theory that I saw on a group chat but I guess everyone was wrong. Oliver didn't win, mostly because Diaz doesn't play fair and ended up stabbing Oliver.
After the fight, Anatoli takes Oliver to a room so that he can kind of heal and that's when he let's Oliver know that he suggested the fight mostly to find out which one of the two (Oliver and Diaz) had honor which, we know isn't Diaz. Anatoli also says he has a way to get Oliver out of there but that's when another guy shows up and says that Diaz wants to see Oliver. Diaz then tells Oliver he's having his trial moved up and that he's basically going to jail and that he can't do anything about it because he has everyone wrapped around his fingers.
Meanwhile, this episode is also the return of Rene but, from the looks of it, not for long. We learn that he kind of has PTSD and, when it comes to the main mission of this episode, he says he's better at home because he's going to be no good with them in the field.
For that mission, Dinah and Curtis team up with John and ARGUS to stop a shipment of weapons by The Quadrant and, in the end, they are successful and just blew all the guns. That's also when Curtis says he's pun and asks Diggle if we doesn't want to leave ARG and join us aka the NTA, which I thought was pretty funny and, ultimately, another 'shifting allegiances'. He says no in the end but I guess this was just a hint. Well, overall, this episode had a lot of hints, to be honest, but I'll talk more about that in my 'predictions' sectiong.
Well, the last main storyline in this episode was the Quentin/Laurel/Diaz storyline. Diaz, with the help of Lauren, sets up a meeting with the new mayor, Quentin, so he can sign some paper to grant him some property in the city. This sets up a lot of things, one of them being Laurel open up about her fear towards Diaz, to which, in the end, she and Quentin promise to protect each other and, because of that, Quentin does sign the papers. In the end, we actually find out that Diaz doesn't want any property, he just wanted to test the new mayor.
So, has I said before, this episode hints a lot of things. One, the ending which Marc Guggenhei, has already said that is going to be so different from everything they ever done. Well, first, I thought this was going to mean that Diaz was going to win which, it might still happen but, from the look of this episode and the name of the last episode of the season - Life Sentence - it probably means that Oliver is going to stay in prison or he's going to prison (again) after everyone finds out that he's the real Green Arrow. In both scenarios Diaz win so, yeah... Two, this episode was pretty clear, in my opinion, that Rene is not going to stay for the next season. He's PTSD plus the fact that Colton Haynes is going to return to the show is pretty clear that they are going to replace Rene with Roy which I don't really mind, to be honest.
And three, either Black Siren or Quentin is going to die in the end. You know I'm all for Black Siren dying and it's pretty clear that she's changing so she might try to stop Diaz and get herself killed but a lot of people are saying that Quentin is the one to die which I don't like at all so... Let me know what you think.
This are my thoughts and predictions on this episode and the rest of the season. Let me know yours and I'll see you later with new rants!
Love,
Daniela

The Challenge: Champs vs Stars | Season 3 Episode 2 - "Over the Edge and Under a Bus"

Spoiler Alert!

Hello guys!
As usual, here I am with a new The Challenge rant.
I don't know what's up with this series today but it seems like none have been good enough for me. Just like The Flash, this episode of The Challenge wasn't bad, it just wasn't as exciting as I thought it would be. I liked who everything turned out in the end, though, but the overall feel of the episode was very poor.
It began with the usual 'set up' that they always do on the challenge where they show some people that are going to be relevant in the episode. In this one was Kam and Booby, who kind of had 'feelings' for each other and that said they were never going to say each others name in the nominations. Of course this is a set up for something, right?
After that, they moved on pretty quickly to the main challenge which was just boring. The challenges in this spin off are always a bit 'dumb' but this one was just really boring. In the end, the red team won, dispite of all the drama that went on before between Selita, Brooke and Kailah.
Obviously, because they won, they had to choose their MVP and, since there were more champs in the team, they went with Ashley, since this week was girls elimination. I was quite mad at that, to be honest (Ashley being MVP) because it was so obvious that they were playing Champs vs Stars all along. Mostly because then Ashley chose Brooke as their LVP, which made it even more obvious.
If it isn't clear, this time I'm so on the Stars side, and that's mainly because I basically hate everyone from the Champs team so...
Anyway, then the blue team had a pretty interesting game. Since there was the same amount of Stars as of Champs, Louise basically turned on Wes and made the stars all vote for the same person and make it a tie. This is when all the Booby/Kam thing is 'important' because, in the end, since everyone voted for Kam, Booby had to vote as well and that's when drama started.
Since they made it a tie, the one to choose who was going against Brooke was the person that won the last elimination - in this case, Casper who is obviously a Star and, of course, chose Kam to go against Brooke.
This was pretty obvious to me to be honest. Brooke was going to win and in the end, I was right. Kam basically gave up, but I don't care really. I like Brooke and I'm happy that she won.
Then, they had the chance to take Kam back with that new thing that they let us know in the last episode but, once again, since the champs were out numbered, Kam went home anyway and yeah, that's pretty much it.
I liked how it all turned out, to be honest, but it wasn't an exciting episode.
The next one looks cool - at least, the main challenge seems more like a The Challenge challenge and not just some childs game.
Let me know what you thought about the episode and which team are you rooting for.
I might not be able to post the Shadowhunters rant today. I'm going to try but if I can't, I'm sorry. I'll post it as soon as I can.
Until then...
Love,
Daniela.

The Flash | Season 4 Episode 19 - "Fury Rogue"

Spoiler Alert!

Hello people!
Here we are with a brand new The Flash episode and, this time, I got to watch the episode live and tweet while watching it, which is something that I always like to do but I don't get the chance that often because of classes.
Unfortunately, I didn't choose the right episode. Don't get me wrong, the episode was fine but... I don't know if I was too excited about it or what was it but I just think this episode was a little meh. It had Leo aka Snart from Earth-X which is always nice but it also had Siren X, the black siren from Earth-X and she's the same annoying b*tch as the Black Siren from Earth 2 so... Yeah, you get it. Overall, I didn't think it was a big episode but it had some nice things which I will get into in a minute.
So, the main concern in this episode is keep DeVoe from getting Neil Borman, the radiation guy. In order to do that, Team Flash has to come up with a plan that DeVoe isn't expecting although, we then learn that he already knew about their whole plan apart from one thing but let's not jump too ahead.
In order to catch Neil and do something that DeVoe might not think of, Barry and Cisco go to Earth-X to recruit Leo Snart but, in doing so, they are followed by Siren X, Laurel Lance's doppleganger from Earth-X, which causes some trouble as the episode goes on.
Team Flash plans to deliever Borman to a safe ARGUS facility (since they finally realize that STAR Labs isn't the safest place and that basically everyone can get into it) with him using a suit to contain radiation and with Leo as a backup in case something happens.
Of course something happens and that's when DeVoe shows up saying that he knew about this whole plan. What he didn't know wasn't really that Siren X was going to show up, more like that Barry wasn't going to do anything about her. That happened because Barry finally felt something about Ralph's death, which is something that is major in this episode.
Basically Barry is in denial and he just won't grief. I mean, the whole reason is because he feels guilty, which he kind of is responsible for Ralph's death. Not wanting to be mean to Barry, I get where he comes from but Ralph wanted to kill DeVoe and Barry was the reason why he didn't do it so... Ralph shouldn't have listen to Barry.
Anyway, a lot happens but, in the end, they kind of win and DeVoe doesn't get Borman. As well as Siren X is captured.
Meanwhile, Cisco and Wells come up with a plan to boost Wells' thinking cap, and that's when Cisco learns about what happened to Harry. Also, Marlize finally realizes (again) that DeVoe is manipulating her and I'm almost 100% sure she's going to be the one to defeat him. Or, at least, she's going to be a big part of it.
Also, before I end, I just need to mention that Ralph isn't dead, okay? I mean, he might be but, somehow, they are going to get him back because there's photos from the cast filmin the last episode of the season and Ralph is there fighting DeVoe alongside with Barry so... He have hope! I'm seriously really happy about that and I know (I mean, I didn't know this before yesterday but it seems like) a lot of people don't like Ralph but personally, and you know this, I love him and I really hope he stays as a regular!
Okay, I guess that's it for this episode.
Not the best one but I'm going to be able to watch the next one live again so hopefully it will be better.
Let me know your thoughts and predictions and tell me if you like Ralph or not and why? I would love to know that!
Love,
Daniela.

Supernatural | Season 13 Episode 19 - "Funeralia"

Spoiler Alert!

Hello people and here we are with the last rant of the week.
I gotta be honest with you - I left this one for last mainly because I was really excited for it and I thought it was going to be so good but... Guess I was wrong.
I mean, it was still a great episode, like Supernatural always does, but I just think it was a bit underwhelming. I don't know why, I was expecting more out of it and, to be honest, I'm just tired of not having Jack around. It's bee so long since he last appeared. Plus, in this episode there was no Gabriel nor Lucifer, which made it a little bit worse. Yes, we had Rowena, which made up for it... Kind of. She was a little bit annoying in this episode but it ended in a good way so I can't wait to have her around because we are going to have her around for, probably, the rest of the season.
So, besides the Rowena storyline, which I'll get into in a bit, we also have Castiel's storyline - who decides to go to Heave looking for help to find Gabriel, which is the main concern right now. Castiel goes there and, for everyone's surprise, he is greeted by Naomi (yes, that bitch that we all hated from seasons ago). Naomi reveals she survived (obviously), but her injuries were such that she faked her death in order to recover - which is what she have been doing for all this years.
Castiel notices something wrong in Heave and that's when Naomi revelas that there's less than a dozen of angels left, in the whole world, including her and Castiel. Heave is soon crumble and release it's souls on Earth and burning all the angels, and that's why Heave also needs Gabriel. Castiel agrees to go find Gabriel and Naomi tells him that, if he does, they'll help with the whole Michael issue. After that, Naomi seals the portal until things are resolved.
Now, back to the Rowena stuff...
Also while trying to find Gabriel, the brothers call Rowena for help, finding out that she has killed someone. They go after her and that's when they are met with the reaper Jessica who tells them that Rowena have been using her powers to kill both humans and reapers and alter fate. As you can imagine, a lot happens and actually Jessica reveals that only the brothers can stop her since he only way Rowena will die is killed by Sam, according to the 'death archives' or something that tells the various death that a person can have.
Rowena eventually kidnaps Sam and that's when she reveals that she's trying to force Billie to bring back Crowley due to her remorse for the life he had. Rowena tries to kill Sam but is unable to, ending up fighting Billie and weakening her power. Billie offers sympathy but still won't bring Crowley back.
The brothers believe she can redeem herself while helping them and so she agrees to do so. And that's how the episode ends.
I have a feeling this season finale is going to be epic, with loads of our favourite characters. We're not only going to have our main three guys but, obviously, Gabriel is going to be there to help, Rowena is gonna be there, Charlie is probably gonna be there as well, even though the alternative universe Charlie, but that's still good, Jack and Mary are obviously going to be there and maybe Lucifer will also be there, who knows?! I guess this is going to be something like season 11 finale, with basically all of our characters helping the brothers and, to be honest, I can't wait for that.
Also, next episode is going to be directed by Richard Speight, Jr. so, you know it's going to be bomb!
I haven't seen any previews so I have no clue what is going to happen so, let me know your thoughts and predictions and I'll see you next week with more rants!
Love,
Daniela.

Arrow | Season 6 Episode 19 - "The Dragon"

Spoiler Alert!

Hello guys!
Damn! Wow! So, here's the brand new Arrow rant!
I gotta tell, I'm so surprised at myself, seriously! I started this episode like really annoying that this was going to be all about Ricardo Diaz. I mean, I new the name of the episode, but I always thought we were going to see some stuff from Team Arrow and the others but, as soon as I saw Dragon's logo in the initial titles, I knew that this was going to be mainly (if not only) about Diaz, and that got me really pissed but... I changed my mind. A few moments after it began, I started to really enjoy the episode and I actually think it was one of the best this season. Yes it was weird barely not seeing Oliver in the episode but I don't know, Diaz have something about himself that just made the episode really dark and seriously, for some moments, it really looked like something out of a really good Thriller movie! Seriously, I'm so surprised at myself for liking it this much!
And I get it now, all the hype around Diaz.
Truth be told, I never understood why Diaz had so much power over Oliver and over the city and I never really understood him but this episode made me understand like a lot, and I've started liking him more as a villain. Besides, was it just me or he looked pretty hot in this episode?! I don't know, I never realized that but this episode jus really made him shine! Really good job from Kirk Acevedo, he did a wonderful job in this episode!
Oh, and since we're on the topic of 'hotness'... Did you guys got the some vibes from Ricardo Diaz and Laurel aka Black Siren?! I mean, I still dislike Black Siren, but I kind of ship them. I can't really remember if they're really together of they have shown that they have some type of romantic relationship (now that I think about it, I think they have kissed in a previous episode, but I might be wrong, please let me know) but I seriously ship them right now. Also, it's so clear that they are trying to do some type of redemption arc for Black Siren, which I don't like at all! I guess there has to be some type of balance in their 'relationship' but, like I said before, it takes away the meaning of what happened to Laurel in the past so, I don't like this.
Anyway, I guess I rambled a lot about the overall look of the episode and didn't really talk about the events. Well, there's not much to say really... Diaz is trying to get into a super secret club that not only will give him more power but also prove wrong someone from his past, which we see in a little flashback in the beginning of the episode. Of course a lot goes wrong but, in the end, he gets his place in this club and also kills the guy that have messed with him in the past. Actually, we find out about the 'Dragon' story, which is, in fact, the fear that Diaz has had for this guy for all this years. I guess he's free from the Dragon now...
Well, overall, I really liked this episode. Heck, I loved it! And I can't wait to see how all of this will turn out. I've heard some people say that, this season, the villain might actually win and, from the looks of it, I think that's really going to happen. I have no idea how Oliver is going to take him down plus, it would be so different from everything they've done and from every show really. The villains always loose in the end so winning would be really a plot twist. And before, I didn't like that idea at all, but now, I kinda like it.
Just one more thing before I wrap this up. We also saw a little bit of Felicity who's trying to cope with not knowing about what Oliver have been doing. Also, we saw a little bit of Felicity and Curtis working for their company as well as Felicity telling Curtis about what is happening to OTA which, from the name of the next episode, will make both teams get back together (since the next episode name is "Shifting Allegiances".
Let me know what you thought on this episode and which are your predictions, since we are getting really close to the Season Finale.
Love,
Daniela.

Shadowhunters | Season 3 Episode 5 - "Stronger Than Heaven"

Spoiler Alert!

Hello people!
A little later than what I expected but here it is, just as promised, the new Shadowhunters rant.
I don't know if that's because I already have so low expectations about the show but this episode was surprisingly good! That's right, I said good. It wasn't like the best episode I've ever watched but, unlike in the previous ones, this had a good storyline, with not many things going on, but still with three different things happening and just really good character development which is something that I quite enjoy.
So, like I said, this episode focused mainly on three things (four if you count the Izzy mini storyline). I'm going to start with the easiest, which was Malec. Nonetheless, it was great and, as always, some of the best parts of the episodes. In this episode they just dealt with some jelousy and the fact that Magnus has some type of box with stuff from his previous relationships as well as he doesn't want to rush things up and move on with Alec, which was what Alec wanted. I gues there's going to be more problems with those two, since that's what happens in the books but, for now, they are 'good'. Not great because in the end of the episode we see Alec still down about the whole thing so that's kind of a hint that more stuff is about to happen but, since we're already on episode 5, I don't know if they're going to focus a lot on that. I mean, the truth is, Malec has been a big part of this season and they have been huge in every single episode so, I might be wrong. Who knows?
Anyway, the second main storyline in this episode was the whole Simon thing. Jace goes to him for some odd reason and they find out that Kyle isn't who he said he was and that he's in fact a wolf, which we already knew, but not just a random wolf. A wolf that protects others or something like that. They didn't explain it that well but I guess it's pretty simple. Of course Simon is mad about that, with reason but in the end of the episode he takes Kyle's apology and they are kind of fine. I'm still pretty confused about Kyle because I actually thought he was Maia's ex-boyfriend, even though I'm pretty sure she said his name was Jordan. I don't, I'm really confused. If you know anything about this or have any predictions just let me know, please.
And lastly, the main story of this episode was Clary trying to talk to Ithuriel. In order to do that, she goes to Luke asking to talk with his sister Cleophas and, in doing so, she tells Luke about everything that happened to Jace. It was about time she told someone, right? Anyway, they go to Cleophas but she says that she can't really talk to the angels since what happened with Valentine. But Cleophas thinks Clary can talk to Ithuriel since she has his blood in her veins so they do some type of ritual or something and Clary is, in fact, able to talk to him. The angel tells her that Jace isn't like that because of what she did but, because of that, he's vulnerable to a lot of things. Clary thinks right away about the Owl and that's when Ithuriel says that the Owl has a master and, as he's about to say it's name, Lilith kills the angel and takes a scratch of Clary's soul in order to put it in a anti-love spell to give Jace.
In the end, Lilith give it to Jace and that's it. Jace no longer loves Clary.
Like I said, overall, this episode looked good. It was interesting and it kept the story going without mixing too many things, which is what I've complaint in the past episodes.
Let me know what you thought about the episode and I'll see you tomorrow with new Arrow and Supernatural rants!
Love,
Daniela.

The Flash | Season 4 Episode 18 - "Lose Yourself"

Spoiler Alert!

Hello and here we are with the final rant of the day (Shadowhunters is coming tomorrow because it's already pretty late).
Oh my god, you guys! This episode wrecked me!
I knew this whole Ralph thing was gonna be a major plot in the future but, as I've been saying in the past rants, I always thought Ralph was working for DeVoe or something but... I should have known... I've this episode title it was obvious something was going to happen to him. I wasn't prepared at all and I'm so sad right now. You know how much I love him and I've been loving Hartley as Ralph and I'm just not prepared to not have him around anymore. I mean, I wouldn't like to see Hartley as DeVoe, that's for sure and thank god they changed it back to the other actor but I just didn't want him dead. They keep doing this, I swear. For some odd reason, they got rid of Julian, which I loved and now Dibny. I still have hope that they will find a way to get him back but... I doubt it to be honest. Anyway, I've ranted enough about my mourning about Dibny so let's go through all the events in this episode.
This whole episode starts off right away with them finding the last bus meta - Edwin Gauss. At the same time, they are met with the Samuroid who injured Caitlin. They get back to STAR Labs to heal and later Caitlin revelas to Iris that Killer Frost is activated by her adrenal gland, and that she is working on a way to seperate them.
At the same time, Harry also comes up with a tuning fork that can mimic Izzy's abilities in order to defeat DeVoe. This brings a whole argument between Barry and Ralph, because Ralph says that they need to kill DeVoe in order to end all this while, Barry being the superheroe that he is, says that they don't need to kill, they always find another way.
Later on the episode, after them really finding Edwin and taking him back to STAR Labs, Edwin reveals to Dibny that he can go to DeVoe's pocket dimension and that's when Ralph tries to go after DeVoe and Barry stops him. After that, Dibny reveals that he isn't afraid of losing his own life, but of Team Flash losing theirs, as they are his family.
Meanwhile, Wells is shown to be addicted to the Thinking Cap, which Joe helps him deal with.
After all that 'fight' between Barry and Dibny, Barry decides that Ralph's plan is half good so him (Barry), Cisco and Killer Frost, with the help of Edwin, go to DeVoe's pocket dimension in order to stop him. That's when DeVoe gets to go to STAR Labs and his abble to take over Edwin's mind, as well as take the abilities of Janet Petty and Matthew Kim.
Ralph tries to stop DeVoe and that's when the later tricks him and they both go to DeVoe's pocket dimension, while Team Flash gets back to STAR Labs. Dibny fights DeVoe and almost has him. Barry appears and, in that moment, I really thought they were going to win but something happened and DeVoe is abble to transfer his mind into Ralph's body. And that's the end of our dear Dibny.
The team try to stop him, but DeVoe incapacitates them, and seemingly removes Killer Frost from Caitlin.
In the end, DeVoe gets back to his 'real' form and him and Marlize plan their next move which, somehow, is linked with the dark matter from the Thinking Cap that Wells over used while they were trying to stop DeVoe.
I don't really know how this is gonna play out but, truth be told, I just want Dibny back. I mean, not just that but, after hearing some rumors that, in Arrow, Diaz might win, made me think that they might do that on The Flash. What if DeVoe wins in the end?! I mean, he already has all the metas. What is Team Flash gonna do now? I seriously have no idea. I still stick to my plan that Marlize is gonna find out, again, about DeVoe being playing her and she might be the one to take him down alonside with Team Flash so, let's see if that happens.
Let me know your thoughts and predictions, and please tell me I'm not the only one really sad about Ralph's 'death'.
I'll see you guys tomorrow with that Shadowhunters rant!

The Challenge: Champs vs Stars | Season 3 Episode 1 - "Stairing Down the Competition"

Spoiler Alert!

Hello people! Here's the brand new season of The Challenge: Champs vs Stars!
Ok, I have to start by saying that I was wrong.
This season is starting to look really good and really crazy! It's just a bummer that basicaly the only good person in the Champs Team is CT... For the first time, I'm rooting for the Stars Team and, althought this time, they mixed the Teams (I'll get into that) it is pretty clear that the Champs vs Stars is still pretty strong so, the Teams are going to turn on each other and that's really what's going to make this season great!
So, the episode starts with the usual introducing to the players, mostly the Stars, since they're the 'new' ones and the ones that we might not know. From this, and from the first challenge, I gotta say that they look pretty strong and mainly the girls can really take down some of the Champs girls, which I'm all for! Can't wait to see Brooke Hogan go against Kailah and just smash her!
Anyway, they are introducing themselves and everything that pretty soon The Miz arrives and starts explain the season and the first challenge. This first challenge looked really easy - just climbing some inflatable stairs - but the issue was, they were going to be covered in lube, what was going to make everything harder. They played it in two rounds and in the first round Tony was the first one, with Selite and Jozea not making it and adding some time penalty to their teams. In the second round CT was the first one to climb everything but, this time, everyone was able to make it.
With this, that's when The Mizz tells them about mixing the teams and, because they were the first ones, Tony and CT were the ones to pick teams, which was nice in my opinion because I didn't want CT and Tony in the same team. The thing is, Tony's team looked better, to be honest, but I prefer CT so... I'm really torn here. Plus, like I said in the last post, I'm mostly here for Drake Bell and he's in Tony's team so... I don't know.
After that, they saw their scores again and Tony's team won, which lead them to choose the MVP, which would pick the LVP of their team and, with a plot twist, every week they could get a power move or something like that. This time they got Protect, and they could protect anyone from the other team from going into elemination. The other team just had to pick the LVP.
After the challenge, that's when they start talking about  'not caring' about their teams and still playing Champs vs Stars and that's when we see it in the nominations.
Tony's team choose him (Tony) as the MVP. CT's team choose Arion and LVP and Tony decides not to protect him. Then, he makes a fool of himself and almost throws himself in, full of himself, but then decides to go with Casper. So two Stars against each other. Their plan all along.
In the Elimination Casper wins, in a challenge like really easy, like they usually do in this spin off but then, another plot twist happens. The teams can save one person that lost. As in, they can only save someone once and that's it. CT's team chooses not to save Arion, although he's one of the best players. I just thing they were dumb with this move because they are clearly showing that they are still playing Champs vs Stars. They could usue this opportunity to save him, since he's not that bad, and not be so open about their game.
Anyway, the episode then doesn't end there.
After the elimination, they go have dinner or something and that's they some argument happens between Selita and Kailah. Selita just doesn't take when someone curses around her and just left. Brooke go to see if Selita is okay and, of course, Kailah being Kailah, has to say some stupid ass coment and Brooke just doesn't take sh*t and just talks right back at her. Seriously, I just can't wait to see Kailah take a beat from Brooke! Kailah has been asking for it for so long! And this Stars Girls don't take any sh*t so, I can't wait to see where this is gonna go.
Okay, I guess that's it for this rant!
Overall, it was a good first episode and I just can't wait to see more of this drama. That's the best part of this season, I can tell.
Let me know what you thought about it and I'll see you next with a new The Flash rant!
Love,
Daniela.

The Challenge: Vendettas | Season 31 Episode 16 - "Finale Part 2"

Spoiler Alert!

Hello people!
Here we are with the final episode of this season of The Challenge.
Unfortunatelly, we are ending on a not so good note because this episode was basically the same as the last one. Okay, we had some news and gossip that we didn't know about but, overall, it was a poor episode that only made me hate more the people that I already hated. Luckily, the outcome of it all was good and about that I am happy. The thing is, I saw some spoilers before watching the episode, so this wasn't exactly a surprise to me so it wasn't that exciting but I was glad anyway. Heck, I guess I should just start with the person that won, right?
Thank god I was right and that my prayers were answered and Cara Maria won! I would still like to see Kyle win, just for the sake of a rookie winning (plus, I actually like Kyle) but Cara Maria was the person I was hoping would win and, overall, I just didn't want Kailah to win and yeah, she ended up in 4th which is even better! You could totally see her fake smile in the end of this episode.
Well, since we're on the topic of Kailah, I should just point out that this episode made me hate her even more with the whole Kayleigh's bed thing and just overall the sh*t she said through out the whole episode! Even Jemmye apologized for what she did but not Kailah, she's too good for that! And then, tells Cara that she basically wants everyone to kneel before her and 'kiss her ass' because she thinks she the best! Heck, Cara Maria won! Kailah didn't so, who's the best?!
That argument, the one that made Cara Maria cry even made me dislike Jordan even more, starting an argument with Derrick... Who does he thinks he is?! Ok, Jordan might be good and all but Derrick men! He not only is good on the game, he doesn't give up and he's actually a good human being! And Derrick was just right! Cara Maria has been on tons of challenges and have won now 3 of those so she has the right to think she's better than those girls, because she is! Even though, she doesn't even think that so those girls, Kailah, Marie, Kam and all those b*tches are just wrong! I'm sorry if I'm coming a little hard on this rant but I just really dislike them! They are the ones that think are better and, on top of that, they aren't even good people, which makes everything worse! It's not just spreading rumors because, just like Bananas said, that's part of the game, it's the bullying that is completely wrong and not part of the game! I'm just going to end this part here because I've just said enough.
Anyway, the rest of the episode was mainly about hookups and who did and didn't hook up with other people. There was this rumor that Bananas and Melissa had hook up and they didn't deny it so... I guess they really did. I mean, Melissa was with someone but Bananas wasn't so... Bananas is the only one that matters to me so I don't have much to talk about. They are adults and they know what they're doing. Oh, and since we're talking about Bananas, of course they had to give Devin some air time with all the vendetta with Bananas and he still insists that, if it was physical, he would still beat Bananas so... He's delusional, for sure! I'm not going to talk more about that because I don't want to give Devin the 'air time' here on my blog so, there's that.
Well, I guess I covered all the topics in this episode.
Overall, it was a little poor but I liked that Cara Maria won so, that's great!
I wasn't aware that the new Champs vs Stars season started yesterday as well so there's going to be a new Challenge rant right after this one so, double dose of challenge! There's no Bananas in this season though so, it's not going to be good... I'm just curious to see Drake Bell, like really curious and excited about that!
So, that's it! Let me know your thoughts on all of the topics above. Are you happy that Cara Maria won? Who would you like to have won? Let me know everything and I'll see you in a bit with a new The Challenge (and then The Flash) rant!
Love,
Daniela.

Arrow | Season 6 Episode 18 - "Fundamentals"

Spoiler Alert!

Hello people!
I know, a little late once again but better late than never right?!
I'm not taking too long and jump right away to my thoughts on the episode.
Overall, this was a pretty good episode and yes, you already know why - Prometheus!
Luckily, I was able to not see any spoilers so I had no idea that he was back for this episode. Obviously, as soon as I saw 'Josh Segarra' on the Special Guest Star I got so hyped! Seriously, you have no idea how excited I was! Plus, I was also really curious to see how they were going to bring him to life. I have to admit that I was a little disappointed when I realized he was just an hallucination but, trully, there was no way he was alive. Yes, someone could have take him to one of the many Lazarus Pits that we now know exist but that was highly unlikely. Well, writers, if you happen to read this, here's an idea, I would love to see Adrian back. Anyway, he was still a big part of the episode and I'm still happy that he was in it. I have to thank the producers and everyone in the show because they clearly saw that a lot of people love Josh and Adrian and they had to bring him back for something so, Thank You! Also, really good make up team because, I don't know if you noticed, but he even had a scar of where he shot himself and that was what made me believe that he was actually back and alive. That was great so congrats on that.
Well, getting past this, which was, obviously, one of my favourite parts of the episode, it also focused a lot on Oliver and Felicity's realtionship and, for a moment, I really thought they were going to break up or something, since the overall theme of this season is 'how to get everyone to leave Oliver' but, to be honest, I've seen somewhere that Marc Guggenheim said that Felicity going to prison was a likely thing to happen and, since she just went to the police station to save Oliver, they might have something on her. I actually thought that last scene with Diaz and Black Siren was actually going to be them finding something that Felicity might have dropped or something but it wasn't so, I'm curious to see if that's going to happen and if it, how they are going to do it. They might still find something from her in there, who knows?!
And, to finish this rant, I just need to mention two things. I like that they are bringing this back to Season 1, which was a season that everyone loved, and they are making Oliver go 'solo' even thought I predict that he's going to find out that that's not going to work so that's when the team is going to get all back together and maybe even ask some other people to help, like Sara, since we know Caity is going to be in the last episode of the season. The second thing that I liked is that Quentin is now Mayor which is huge! He's a character that have been there since day one and he's seriously so unappreciated. It's nice to see him have more recognition and have a new storyline. I doubt he'll stay that long as mayor but maybe the producers find another nice storyline for Oliver and Quentin does stay as Mayor. Let's see what happens.
I guess that's pretty much it guys.
This episode, although really good, didn't have much happening, apart from all the Vertigo thing.
I still don't know how Oliver is going to take down Ricardo Diaz plus, I don't even know how Diaz got so powefull?! I think they didn't make that clear but, if you understood, please let me know because I seriously don't know how Diaz has all that power over Oliver.
Anyway, I'll see you guys next week with new rants!
Love,
Daniela.

Supernatural | Season 13 Episode 18 - "Bring 'em Back Alive"

Spoiler Alert!

Hello everyone!
So, first of all, I wanna say sorry for posting this a little too late. I told on my twitter but yesterday I arrived home kinda late and I was pretty tired so it was impossible to watch the episode and write about it, as well as for Arrow, that's why both rants will be up today, starting with Supernatural!
I have to say that this episode has barely everything! It is pretty clear that we are getting to end of the season because not only basically all characters were in this episode - such as Gabriel, Lucifer, Jo and Cas - but also we are wrapping some things up. Plus, we had another guest start - Charlie! We've know for some time that there was going to be another special guest star that had died in the previous seasons and that was going to be part of the alternate universe and all bets were on Charlie (at least, I knew mine were) and we were right! So much happened in this episode so I should get really started.
The episode starts with a scene that we've seen already on the CW's youtube channel with Dean and Ketch arriving in the alternate universe and starting to look for Mary and Jack. That's while they are looking for them that they witness a group of angels holding the alternate reality version of Charlie captive and then, Dean's main concern is to find her and save. I mean, he is still worried about Mary and Jack, but after finding out that they aren't with Michael anymore and that Charlie might know where they are, he decides to first find Charlie and then, with her help, look for Mary and Jack.
While on the look for Charile, Dean gets shot by some guy and that's when Ketch helps him and they have kind of an heart-to-heart conversation where Dean reveals that he still holds guilt over his Charlie's murder, and that's after that that Ketch agrees to help him look for her. Well, with this, we learn that Ketch can be redeemed, which I never though could happen. I'm starting to be okay with Ketch around, even though I wouldn't be too sad if he died. I guess he's tolerable now.
Anyway, together, Dean and Ketch liberate Charlie who reveals that Mary and Jack are leading a resistance in Ohio. As they learn about this information, they are faced with the fact that the rift is closing so Dean decides to go back, leave Ketch and Charlie in the Apocalypse World looking for Mary and Jack for when Dean come back to finally deafeat Michael.
Meanwhile in the real world, Sam and Castiel are trying to help Gabriel, learning then, through some things he wrote in the walls, that he faked his death when Lucifer 'killed' him, back in Season 5, in order to escape all responsability again. I guess this was a good things writers did because, althought I didn't really mind why and how he was back, I can see that some people might wanna know and, overall, it's just nice to know how everything played out in Season 5 so, this was a nice touch.
So, eventually Gabriel gets a little better and, when that happens, Asmodeus is able to locate him and that's when he calls Sam telling him to give him Gabriel back or he'll attack them. Obviously Sam doesn't do it and yeah, Asmodeus attacks the bunker.
That's when he's about to take Gabriel out and almost kill Sam and Castiel that Gabriel gets his full force back and yeah, he just kills Asmodeus.
I can't say that was an huge surprise to me because I did see some spoilers online (you can't go to the internet before you see the new episodes, right?) but it was surprise anyway. You know that I've told you that they were going to use Asmodeus' storyline for next seasons but I guess they have other plans and them killing Asmodeus was really a plot twist for me! I wasn't really expecting it! Of course, now, I have some other theories like Lucifer might stay a little longer in the show and he might get tired of being 'God' and get bak to being the Kind of Hell and really rule Hell this time, since there's no Kind of Hell right now. I just think killing Asmodeus is a bummer because he could set free those Shedim, which looked really nice for villains or half-villains (yes, I still think about those) but who knows?! They might be able to get them back with some other way, right? Anyway, I'm not mad that he's dead. He was a pain in the ass so, overall, I liked how things turned out. Well, at least, for him, because I didn't like that, after that, and after telling Gabriel what was happening with Michael in the alternate universe, that Gabriel just said no to helping them and just vanished.
I know the's coming back eventually but still, he should've helped them right away. Plus, now that Dean's back, they don't even have grace to open the rift again so, they really need to either find Gabriel or Lucifer.
And talking about Lucifer. We also see a bit of him in this episode. We see him struggle in his new role as 'God' and ultimately alienating Anael with his behavior. I guess this part of the episode was just to be funny, with all the exorcism thing and to show that Lucifer can't be 'God'/good and that his place his in Hell so someone else might have to take his place (maybe Gabriel? This is a long shot but, you never know.)
Well, overall, this was a great episode and I just wanted to see Jack for it to be better.
I kinda predict that the next episode is gonna be them looking for Gabriel (keep in mind I haven't watched the preview yet) and maybe stumble upon Lucifer and finding out that he's in heaven now. Maybe even Jo will get to the Winchesters and tell her herself but, I don't know. Gabriel and Lucifer are gonna be back, for sure, in the next episode and, obviously, I guess we will see a bit more of what's going on in the alternate universe, since it is a big part of the season right now. I don't know what else to say, apart from that I guess Lucifer will give up is place in Heave and get back to Hell and, I don't know... I guess that's it.
Let me know your thoughts and predictions and I'll see you later with the new Arrow rant!
Love,
Daniela.

Shadowhunters | Season 3 Episode 4 - "Thy Soul Instructed"

Spoiler Alert!

Hello everyone!
Just as promised here I am with the Shadowhunters rant.
Well, you might have already guessed what I'm about to say - yes, this wasn't a great episode.
I know I keep saying the same damn things but, the truth is, they keep getting it wrong. Just like in the last episode, this one had too much going on and some stuff weren't really that well explained. This time, I gotta say, the only thing that I kind of liked was Kyle who, I don't know if I'm wrong but isn't him Maia's ex-boyfriend? I don't know, I'm a bit confused. Let me know what you know about that.
Well, overall, I feel like all the characters have been really bad this season, apart from Alec and Magnus. I feel like Maled is the best thing in Shadowhunters right now. Not only their relationship is so beautiful and pure but also Matt and Harry's is the best of all the cast. I might also say that I've been liking Luke, athough he's not really that major right now. But I feel like he does what his character is supposed to do and, from the ending of this episode, is seems like something major is happening/going to happen between him, Kyle and Simon so, let's see where this goes.
I would also say that Dominic has also been doing a great job with this Jace, I'm just not a fan of how everything is going with his character and the storyline. Like I said in my previous rant, I feel like they're going too fast with this storyline and, once again, I know that they have to move on with the story because in episode 10 Sebastian/Jonathan is reborn but... They could spend more time devolopping the storyline, instead of filling the episodes with other not so important and not well written stories like, for example, Raphael's story.
Raphael's story was the worst thing in this episode! Besides it being like completely out of nowhere, they didn't explain it at all! I was so lost when that girl was talking about what he did to her because they never really explained or showed it. This was probably an editing mistake but it was an huge mistake and maybe that's the reason why, in the end, the girl just left and Izzy just told Raphael to go away.
Oh, talking about Isabelle... I'm also really disappointe with her character. Not that it's Emeraude's fault, it isn't! She's an amazing actress but the way the writters are writting her character is just wrong! I didn't read the books but, from what I've seen people talking about, Izzy in the books is way cooler and more badass and this Izzy is just dull. Plus, where is Sizzy?! I have no idea where they come up in the book but everyone is waiting for it and I feel like the writters just don't want to give it to us so... Yeah, this writters are awful!
Well, I guess that's pretty much it. Simon is also one of those characters that I'm enjoying, alongside with Magnus and Alec and, I know I didn't mention Clary but don't even get me started! I feel like she was better on Season 2 but in this season she's back to being annoying... I'm sorry, that's just my opinion.
Anyway, let me know your thoughts on the season so far and I'll see you tomorrow with new Arrow and Supernatural rants!
Love,
Daniela.

The Challenge: Vendettas | Season 31 Episode 15 - "Finale Part 1"

Spoiler Alert!

Hello people!
So, as promised, here I am with the Part 1 Finale Review of The Challenge.
Unfortunatelly, I don't have much to tell you. Truth is, I didn't really like the 'episode'. I mean, the reunion episodes aren't really that interesting. They are good to know more gossip and where things are at now and maybe that's the reason why they have been saying the winners in the reunion - so more people watch it - but the truth is that they didn't say anything knew in this first part. The only thing that was a surprise to me was the Jemmye and Nicole hook up, that I had no idea that happened. Apart from that, this reunion was pretty dull.
Overall, they talked about the injuries, mostly Leroy and Veronica's but, apart from me already knowing most of it because of the After Show that I watch which Bananas went to and basically said everything that happened to Leroy, they didn't really say much. Bananas said a lot more in that After Show than they did in this reunion, which is a bummer.
They taled a little bit about the hook ups and the real realtionships, like Brad and Britini which, once again, I already knew they were still together, again, because of that After Show because Britini got on the phone with them once and said that they were together and that she had met Tori and the kids, just like she said in this reunion. Apart from them, other couples that they mentioned were Cara Maria and Kyle, the latter was video chatting alongside with Kayleigh and Melissa, who were all in the UK, Kayleigh and Nelse were also mentioned as well as Melissa and Nicole.
Of course they had to talk about Bananas and Devin but still, not much happened. There's more to come in the Part 2 so, let's see what happened. There was also some things between Bananas and Tony but, overall, this was a poor Part 1, with basically no fight which, to be honest, is the only thing why most people watch the Reunion.
And well, I don't really have much to say. I don't have high hopes for the Part 2 but I will watch it, of course. At least, to know who wins. Oh, and about that, I have a prediction that Zach is actually the one that wins. I'm almost 100% sure it isn't Kailah because Bananas said something about her not winning the show and she doesn't really said anything about it so... She could've said something like 'You don't know yet' but of course they already know so... I doubt she's the winner. Thank god, really, because she was the only one that I didn't want to win. My bet is on Zach now even though I would prefer Cara Maria to win.
Let me know which are your predictions!
Unfortunatelly, I won't be able to post the Shadowhunters rant today. It will be up tomorrow, I promise!
Until then...
Love,
Daniela.

The Flash | Season 4 Episode 17 - "Null and Annoyed"

Spoiler Alert!

Hello everyone!
The Flash is finally back and, obviously, I'm here to talk about the new episode.
I have to say that I quite enjoyed this episode. Hell, I don't think there's any flaw in this one! I mean, Caitlin was kind of on the side, which was a bummer, and Barry kind of pissed me off but he got to his senses, as he usually does so, I guess it's all good! I'm not going to be long with my overall view of the episode because I have too many predictions and stuff that I want to point out through out the episode so, let's jump right into it.
The episode begins with Barry and Ralph training and Barry being annoyed at him because he keeps making jokes and not taking the training seriously. With this, was pretty clear that this episode was going to be a lot centered on Ralph (as the episodes have been lately) and, althought I loved it, it got me thinking if this is some type of way to send us a message or just to get us to like Ralph more and more and then be like really surprised that he has been on DeVoe's side all along. I don't know... I seriously hope Ralph is a good one and truly, I hope he stays in the show but... I have my suspicions. And, not wanting to jump too ahead but that scene when DeVoe tells his wife that there's only two to catch and then she says three that got me thinking. First thing I though she meant Dibny but we then found out that she was talking about the Weeper so I started wondering, has been Ralph on this all along? Does DeVoe already have an hold on Dibny and he's the way DeVoe knows all Team Flash's plan? Or even if there's something bigger behing him being on the team? Well, like I said, I seriously hope I'm wrong with all my suspicions but something tells me I'm not. Let me know your thoughts on this.
Anyway, the episode then goes on was usually.
The find one of the two remaining bus metas and keep trying to get her. The first time they attempt, that's when Dibny's plot thickens and that's when Barry gets mad at him and doesn't want to work with Ralph anymore. Obviously, after that, that's when Ralph tells the truth about why he's joking all the time. Once again, making us feel more connected to his character, just to, maybe, trick us and leave us speechless in the end.
They attempt to get that meta again, Janet Petty, and that's when she sends Barry into atmosphere and when Ralph gets 'in charge', after Barry telling the Team to trust Ralph.
That last thing that Ralph does was actually pretty funny. I'm seriously praying they keep his character that way, because I love him too much and I will be so disappointed if he turns on Team Flash.
Meanwhile, like I mentioned previously, we find out that DeVoe has been drugging his wife so she will continue to assist him. We also find out that she has find out about this like a hundred times and everytime DeVoe does the same and 'erases' her memory. We are led to believe that he did it again but I predict that she still remembers everything and I think she's the one that's going to help Team Flash take down DeVoe.
Also in this episode we have a little visit from the Breacher who has lost his powers and wants Cisco's help to have them back. But the issue is that, the Breacher is too old so he's powers have vanished because of his age. In the end, Cisco tells him the truth and the Breacher offers Cisco his place, to do what he did and therefore spend more time with Gypsy. To be honest, I doubt he'll take it, mostly because I haven't heard anything about Carlos Valdes wanting to leave the show and I doubt the producers would get rid of him unless he wanted to leave so... I doubt he'll take the place but, you never know.
And, the very last scene let us know that Harry still has access to the Time Vault, and that he uses it to recharge the thinking cap as well as to talk to Gideon. I don't know where this part of the story is gonna go so I'm really curious to see your thoughts on this.
I guess that's pretty much it.
I'll see you guys later with a new The Challenge rant!
Love,
Daniela.

Arrow | Season 6 Episode 17 - "Brothers in Arms"

Spoiler Alert!

Hello everyone!
Prepare yourself because I have a whole lot to talk about this episode!
Unlike I was expecting, this was a pretty good episode! Hell, I even liked it better than the previous one, which I wasn't really expecting. Truth be told, I thought this was going to be another filler type of episode, with that whole fight with Diggle but, in fact, I really enjoyed all of it and I liked that the story is tighting and I can see this ended with a Bang! Not like in the previous season but still, it is looking like it's going to be quite something.
Well, the episode started really nicely with Dinah get Anatoly. Of course this couldn't end well because all Star City is corrupted by Diaz so Anatoly went free and killed one of the officers that arrested him. Because of that, Dinah and Curtis moved all the other cops, including Curtis' new boyfriend, Nick, while OTA started looking for the place where they were keeping/making the Vertigo. At the same time, Oliver as mayor, cut the crap and approached Detective Hill and the DA Armand and told them he knew that they were working for Diaz. They told Oliver why to which Oliver responded he could protect them and such. Obviousy they didn't accept so Oliver just fired them. I was actually really glad about that! I mean, Oliver is Mayor, he can do it so he just did, even thought that bite him in the ass in the end but anyway, I still agree with his call (I guess I'm not Diggle, right?).
Until now everything is pretty calm, just with Felicity telling Oliver to just tell John about the hood. Oliver eventually tells him and Diggle doesn't take it very well. He then goes to Lyla, which was nice, she hasn't been on the show for a long time so I liked it. Well, she also said that she's been away since before December so, it's nice when the writers include those little things that sometimes leave us asking.
Anyway, Lyla give him some advice and, when John goes to Oliver, that's when Oliver appologizes and it looks like everything is okay but then they go into the field and things don't go very well. Diggle does to Lyla again and that's when Lyla tells him that maybe he's mad not because of the 'suit' but because Oliver haven't been making good calls.
Diggle goes to Oliver (again) and that's when things go sour. But one good thing came out of that - the writting. That argument between the two was really well written and I just loved it. Well, I didn't like that they started fighting and that they said some pretty nasty stuff and that it had to be Felicity to stop the fight (always my girl) but, overall, this was a great scene though.
Then, they went to the field again, and it was pretty nice and they destroyed all of Diaz's Vertigo which was nice!
Unfortunatelly, things didn't end that well because Diggle left the Team. That was a pretty sad moment because I love OTA and now it's just Oliver and Felicity (Olicity Forever) but not for long though, because from what we've seen in the preview for next week and from what the producers have been saying, Felicity is also going to 'leave' Oliver because this season is about Oliver loosing everyone so... That is going to be pretty sad.
And then, the episode ended with two things - Nick and Curtis talking about the first finding out about the second being a vigilante, as well as Nick letting Dinah know that they were all 'fired' and that last scene with Diaz and Black Siren. Wow! I wasn't expecting that! I still don't know if she's like a double agent but... I don't like her and I hope she dies really. I'm rooting for it!
Okay, I guess that's pretty much it.
Let me know what you thought about the episode, I'm really curious. I'll see you next week with brand new rants.
Love,
Daniela.

Supernatural | Season 13 Episode 17 - "The Thing"

Spoiler Alert!

Hello everyone! Here I am with the rant of the brand new Supernatural rant!
And Oh My, I'm so excited and happy about this one!
This episode was (almost) everything that I wanted (well, we didn't have Jack nor Castiel, but that was all) and, this my be a bit controversial but I liked this episode better than the previous one. Ok, that's probably because we finally saw some more of Gabriel and you know how much I like him so, that's the main reason but not just that. This episode had action and at a pretty nice concept and, better of all, it got the storyline moving and we are so close to get Mary and Jack back now so, I'm really excited about everything!
The episode began with what I was just talking about - the boys already having half of the ingredients so they move to the next one, the one they think it's easier - the Seal of Solomon.
After looking into the archives of the bunker, again, (surprisingly) Dean finds some records showing that the Men of Letters found King Solomon and the Seal, and that they had it stored in their seventh chapter house in Portsmouth, Rhode Island.
They find the chapter house and, while looking for something, they find a girl named Sandy who has been there since 1925 and hasn't aged a day. Then, they get her out of there, along with some papers about Solomon and start thinking about who is she and what happened to her.
That's when the action starts when they are attacked by a mysterious group. After taking Sam, the latter finds that in 1925 a rouge Man of Letters named Diego Avila opened a rift into another dimension letting out some type of monster named Yokoth. Sam also learns that Sandy is in fact Yokoth and that the group are Men of Letters, who have been keeping the monster locked ans starving.
After killing most of the Men of Letters, Sandy aka Yokoth takes Dean back to the chapter house with the intention of bringing her lover to the world and into Dean's body.
With the help of Diego's great-grandchildren, the Winchesters banish Yokoth back to her dimension and get the Seal of Solomon, now already having three out of the four ingredients.
Meanwhile all of this is happening, in Hell, Mr. Ketch sees Asmodeus using Gabriel's grace to power him up. Then, Asmodeus recognizes that Arthur seeks redemption and brutally beats him. After being beaten, all alone in 'Asmodeu's room', Ketch decides to retaliate and so rescues Gabriel and steals the archangel blade, bringing both to the Winchesters.
For once, Ketch did something good and was honest about what he wants back - protection because Asmodeus is probably going after him.
Also, the brothers face when they saw Grabriel was just like mine when we first saw him. But poor thing is so scared and so afraid of everything and everyone... I was so sad for him. When the boys mentioned his grace.. Damn! Luckily, Ketch had already some so he just gave it to them.
With that, they already had the four ingredients and Dean didn't wait any second and started working on the spell right away, saying that he was going alone, well then Ketch said he was going with him, which Dean said it was fine but, obviously, Sam didn't like.
Well, I have to say that, in this, I kind of agree with Dean. I mean, I understand where Sam's coming from - they are better together - but in this I think it's best for Dean to go with Ketch because 1) They can't leave Gabriel all beaten up alone, 2) If something happens to Dean in there, Sam has to be the one to go rescue him and 3) Dean can't be there worrying about Sam so, with only Ketch, like he said, he doesn't care if he dies so... Yeah, I'm with Dean on this.
And well, with this, they do the spell and Dean and Ketch go to the alternate universe rescue Jack and Mary.
I can see that the next episode is going to be pretty good! I mean, it's only episode 18, but I feel like from now on we are only going to worry about Michael and I'm pretty sure that, while Dean does get Jack and Mary back, Michael gets out anyway so... Yeah, this is far from over! Also, I've seen some set photos of Dean, Sam and Gabriel outside the bunker so... Something else is gonna happen. We still have to worry about Asmodeus and Lucifer but I think they are going to use one of those storylines for the next season which, by the way, Supernatural was officially renewed for Season 14 so, really happy about that!
I guess I'm going to leave it here because I've talked enough.
Let me know what you thought about the episode and which are your predictions for the next episodes!
Love,
Daniela.
