Arrow | Season 8 Episode 1 - "Starling City"

Spoiler Alert!

Hello guys!
Arrow is back for it's final season and, just like with Supernatural, it's a bittersweet feeling. I'm super stoked with this season (and after this episode I am even more) but it's the last one and I've been reviewing the series since season 4 (since I started following it properly) - that is a long time and seeing everything end always makes you a little sad.
But before it ends we have 10 episodes, starting with this one so let's get into it!
This season is all about the Crisis that is going to happen on episode 8 (at least, for Arrow is episode 8) and there's no real villain this season, which is a huge change! Personally, so far, I think it's turning out great! Also, alongside with that, this season is also a love letter to the fans and just a walk through memory lane with references to previous season and the come back of a lot of characters. This particular episode is all about Season 1 and we see come back not only Moira and Malcolm (as we see in the picture) but also Tommy, who has been in previous seasons, but just as an illusion inside Oliver's mind, and, my personal favorite, Adrian Chase is also back in this episode, with a great entrance, to be honest!
It took me a little to understand where all this fits in and what really was happening but turns out Oliver went to Earth-2 to get something that The Monitor wanted in regards to the Crisis - something that was only on Earth-2. The thing is, Oliver ends up in Lian-Yu and he has to do the same trajectory he did in Season 1, where he is found and goes back home basically to the same moment that was in the first season. The thing is, some things are different - Moira and Malcolm are married, Thea is dead and Adrian Chase is the Hood (aka Green Arrow). Also, Adrian is working with Laurel (aka Black Siren) who knows right away that this is Oliver from another Earth and, just like in Season 1, there's a Dark Archer but this time it isn't Malcolm, it is Tommy. The fight between Oliver and Tommy is pretty great as well as all the other fights in this episode, as they always are to be honest.
There was not much to it, to be completely fair, but this whole memory lane thing was so great and I truly loved it.
Unfortunately they had to mess it up with flash-forwards which were completely useless and I really believe they could've cut them of and just focus on the 'present day' and everything to do with the Crisis.
Anyway, this are my thoughts on Arrow's last season premiere. Let me know what you thought of it and I'll be back soon with The Flash's rant (which kind of ties to Arrow, as all this series do this season).
Love,
Daniela.

Arrow | Season 6 Episode 18 - "Fundamentals"

Spoiler Alert!

Hello people!
I know, a little late once again but better late than never right?!
I'm not taking too long and jump right away to my thoughts on the episode.
Overall, this was a pretty good episode and yes, you already know why - Prometheus!
Luckily, I was able to not see any spoilers so I had no idea that he was back for this episode. Obviously, as soon as I saw 'Josh Segarra' on the Special Guest Star I got so hyped! Seriously, you have no idea how excited I was! Plus, I was also really curious to see how they were going to bring him to life. I have to admit that I was a little disappointed when I realized he was just an hallucination but, trully, there was no way he was alive. Yes, someone could have take him to one of the many Lazarus Pits that we now know exist but that was highly unlikely. Well, writers, if you happen to read this, here's an idea, I would love to see Adrian back. Anyway, he was still a big part of the episode and I'm still happy that he was in it. I have to thank the producers and everyone in the show because they clearly saw that a lot of people love Josh and Adrian and they had to bring him back for something so, Thank You! Also, really good make up team because, I don't know if you noticed, but he even had a scar of where he shot himself and that was what made me believe that he was actually back and alive. That was great so congrats on that.
Well, getting past this, which was, obviously, one of my favourite parts of the episode, it also focused a lot on Oliver and Felicity's realtionship and, for a moment, I really thought they were going to break up or something, since the overall theme of this season is 'how to get everyone to leave Oliver' but, to be honest, I've seen somewhere that Marc Guggenheim said that Felicity going to prison was a likely thing to happen and, since she just went to the police station to save Oliver, they might have something on her. I actually thought that last scene with Diaz and Black Siren was actually going to be them finding something that Felicity might have dropped or something but it wasn't so, I'm curious to see if that's going to happen and if it, how they are going to do it. They might still find something from her in there, who knows?!
And, to finish this rant, I just need to mention two things. I like that they are bringing this back to Season 1, which was a season that everyone loved, and they are making Oliver go 'solo' even thought I predict that he's going to find out that that's not going to work so that's when the team is going to get all back together and maybe even ask some other people to help, like Sara, since we know Caity is going to be in the last episode of the season. The second thing that I liked is that Quentin is now Mayor which is huge! He's a character that have been there since day one and he's seriously so unappreciated. It's nice to see him have more recognition and have a new storyline. I doubt he'll stay that long as mayor but maybe the producers find another nice storyline for Oliver and Quentin does stay as Mayor. Let's see what happens.
I guess that's pretty much it guys.
This episode, although really good, didn't have much happening, apart from all the Vertigo thing.
I still don't know how Oliver is going to take down Ricardo Diaz plus, I don't even know how Diaz got so powefull?! I think they didn't make that clear but, if you understood, please let me know because I seriously don't know how Diaz has all that power over Oliver.
Anyway, I'll see you guys next week with new rants!
Love,
Daniela.

Arrow | Season 6 Episode 8 - "Crisis on Earth-X, Part 2"

Spoiler Alert!

Hello everyone and here the second part of the DCTV crossover!
Just like I was expecting, this had pretty much a feeling of an Arrow type of episode, although still not enough screen time of the Arrow characters.
I feel like because the initial 'theme' of the crossover was Barry's wedding, a lot of screen time is going to be on The Flash's episodes, apart from the main three characters, of course.
Nonetheless, it was another great episode and I'm seriously loving this crossover! I might even watch everything in a row when the next two episode air (which is basically right now). Still, this episode had some issues.
Actually, this episode had my biggest nightmare - one that I didn't even know I had - Oliver and Kara together! Ugh! Just like Kara said "So gross!". That's exactly what I felt when I saw Dark Arrow and Dark Supergirl kissing! That was seriously so disgusting and I just can't, I just can't with that. I already don't like Kara and with this character... No! Plus, I don't think Melissa Benoist makes a good villain so... But let's focus on the storyline of the episode.
So, like I thought, Prometheus from Earth-X wasn't Adrian and was, indeed, Tommy. I was already expecting this so it wasn't a surprise. Still, I really wanted it to be Adrian so I was a tiny bit disappointed. And, althought it was a good throwback (even though Tommy wasn't my favourite character) it didn't last long because he killed himself.
Talking about 'predictions', I guess I went a little too overboard with my Felicity theory because, turns out, she's just afraid of marrying. She's afraid that what happened last time would happen again and that's basically the reason why she doesn't want to get married.
She only tells this to Iris but then Oliver talks with Barry and Iris about how much he loves Felicity and how he thinks she doesn't love him as much as he does and she hears it so I think Felicity will tell Oliver everything and it would just be great to have them marry in the end of the crossover instead of Barry and Iris! I would love that! I don't it will happen, not that way, but this makes me thing that it might be Oliver/Felicity and Barry/Iris the two weddings that happen because there were some rumors about that so, I really hope so. Plus, they have been focusing too much on Felicity and Oliver's issues in the crossover so, I do really think they're going to marry.
Getting back to the whole Nazi thing... The 'Dark Team' steal a power source called 'Prism' and our Team of heroes believe that Team Dark seeks to build a neutron bomb with it.
They discover where the Nazis are and the 'main team' goes after them, leaving Felicity, Iris, Caitlin and Rory in STAR Labs.
Then some cool fight scenes happen, like it is usual on Arrow episodes and there were some pretty cool parts! I always love a good fight. Unfortunatelly, in the end, Dark Team (apart from Dark Arrow) win.
Meanwhile, in the STAR Labs, that's where Dark Arrow is. He fights both Killer Frost and Rory but no luck, that's when half of the Team Arrow appears (Dinah, Curtis and Rene) but with no luck either and, in the end, we see the Nazis take them and lock them up.
Dark Arrow gets back to the Dark Team and that's when we learn that Dark Supergirl is actually dying and that they want to replace her hear with OG Supergirl's heart. After that, our team gets unconscious and later wake up on Earth-X; all of them appart from Kara.
And, in the every end we see Nazis taking over STAR Labs and Felicity and Iris there, by themselves, which means we're going to have some girl power, which I can't wait!
This episode was mainly focused on the 'real talk', we had like a lot of important conversations between characters, which reminded me a lot of Arrow so, overall, I'm happy with it.
I still wanted more character from Supergirl though, although that's my least favourite DCTV show... But I really wanted Winn, Cisco and Felicity interacting but there's still next year, right?!
I also hope we get to see a lot more of Team Arrow in the next two episodes and, of course, I know we are going to see more of the Legends of, I also can't wait for that.
We know that they are going to win but I'm really curious on how it's going to end and if there's going to be some repercussions.
I'll see you tomorrow with the last two rants of the crossover!
Love,
Daniela.

Arrow | Season 5 Episode 23 - "Lian Yu"

Spoiler Alert!

Oh my god, I'm still shook with this season finale.
This week, I got to watch the episode live and live tweet and I'm so glad I did, even thought it didn't really end like I wanted to.
A little bit like yesterday, this things didn't go my way and yes, I'm just going to get straight to it and say that Adrian died. You know I've been loving him (and I still do) and I really didn't want him to die but, in the end, he really did. But, before that, a lot of other things happened, which I quite enjoyed so let's break the episode down.
So, it started right where the last episode ended, with Oliver recruiting Slade to help him take down Chase. In that moment, we also learn that Slade no longer hates Oliver due to the Mirakuru completely out of his system.
Then, we see that Oliver also recruited Harkness and we also see both Slade and Harkness, with Oliver, Merlyn and Nyssa talking about weapons and stuff, when a missile hits their plane which destroys basically all their weapons.
With this happening, they decide to just start looking for Chase and all the people that he kidnapped.
They find Felicity, Curtis, Thea and William's Mother and, in that moment, Talia and Evelyn appear and we find out that it was actually a trap.
We also find out that Harkness was alread working for Chase and he tries to get Slade on his side too. Then, while I was watching live, it cut to commercial break and I really thought that Slade was going to turn against Oliver but, luckily, he didn't and he helped take down Evelyn but Talia and Harkness are able to escape.
Anyway, they get to free Felicity, Curtis, Thea and William's Mother (Samantha) and they lock Evelyn where they were.
With that, they decide to slipt up and, I don't really like when, in series, they split the team, but in this case I think it was good so Oliver tasks Malcolm to take Felicity and the others to Adrian's plane in order to escape Liam Yu. And here starts all of my favourite scenes, beginning with an Olicity kiss!
You know I love Olicity as much, or maybe even more, as I love Adrian Chase so this moment was huge! Mostly because it was Felicity that kissed Oliver and this means Olicity is about to become real again so I can't wait for that!
After that, Malcolm leaves with Felicity and the others, while Slade, Oliver and Nyssa go find everyone else.
This was when something happened and it looked like Slade had turn on Oliver again but... it was just another part of their plan!
They find John, Rene, Dinah and Quentin and Oliver is able to give Dinah the device that Curtis made for her (I don't really remember what it was for) and she's able to 'scream' and free everyone.
Then, Quentin is able to knock out Black Siren to save Dinah while Nyssa defeats Talia, which was another of my favourite parts of the episode. I was really looking forward to this fight between the sisters and it was seriously really cool!
Meanwhile, Thea sets foot on a landmine and they have to come up with something. Malcolm wants to take her place but she's just stubborn, so Malcolm is forced to push her and take her place. He tells the others to leave and that's when Harkness finds Malcolm and we just hear the bomb go off.
I assumed Malcolm did something and that Harkness was the only one to die, but today Jonh Barrowman (who plays Malcolm) posted on instagram that Malcolm really died and that he no longer will be on the show, which is pretty sad. I wasn't expecting that at all!
Felicity and the others find the plane but that's when they find out that the whole island is rigged with C4, which will explode upon Chase's death. Because of that, I really thought that Adrian wasn't going to die, and it really seemed like it because while Adrian and Oliver were fighting, Oliver said that he wasn't going to kill him, but that was also the moment when everything started to go downhill (for Chase).
He eventually gets to escape so Oliver just tells Diggle to go meet Oliver and the others to help them get out of the island, since it would be Malcolm to fly the plan and he's no longer alive. So, Diggle does that and Oliver goes after Chase.
That's when he sees him in a boat (and that's when I understood what Adrian meant when he said, last episode, 'I'll see on the boat'). They have kind of a fight, but Adrian takes William and threatens Oliver, saying that he basically has to choose bettween William and everyone else because, if he kills him, everyone else will die but William will be safe, but if he doesn't kill him, he will kill William.
In that moment, I really thought that Oliver was going to choose everyone else, but that's when he shoots Adrian on the foot and takes William into his arms. And this is when everything happens.
We learn that the plane have been sabotaged by Chase, so they are not able to leave the island and, in that moment, Oliver tells everyone to run to a ship on the eastern shore but... Chase kills himself in that moment.
I just couldn't believe. I was (and still am) really sad. I really thought that he wasn't going to die because Oliver wasn't going to kill him but... He killed himself. And that isn't the only thing. Because he killed himself, all the C4 in the island explode and the episode ends with Oliver and William watching it in horror and we don't know what happened to everyone else!
I didn't take that that serious because we know they won't kill off Felicity, Diggle, Rene and Dinah (at least) because their series regulars and they didn't say anything about leaving the show, so they didn't die but still, it was a pretty shocking ending! So much better than The Flash's!
And, to end the rant, I need to talk about the last of the flashbacks. So, Oliver gets to kill Kovar and his men and reach the boat and time and call Moira saying that he's going home. And yeah, this is the end of the flashbacks.
I don't know how I feel about that. I was never a fan of the flashbacks but they were part of the show so... Let's see how the next season will be without them.
And this is the end of Season 5.
For me, this was one of Arrow's best season, if not the best one! I'm still sad/mad about Adrian's death but I was kind of expecting it, althought I had hope.
Besides that, everything else was perfect and I just can't wait for Season 6!
Let me know all your thoughts about the season finale and I'll see (probably only next week), with a new rant!
Love,
Daniela.

Arrow | Season 5 Episode 22- "Missing"

Spoiler Alert!

Hello everyone!
Here I am with a brand new Arrow rant. A little bit late, but it is here.
This is the penultimate episode of the season and, although I think this was just a set up for the finale, and there wasn't much about it, I enjoyed.
I'm going to 'cut the crap' and just say the truth. You already know that I freaking love Adrian Chase, so basically everyone episode that he's in is going to be a good one for me, and this one was the case.
The episode didn't have much but I just love Chase and I can't help it but mainly be into the episode because of him.
Of course there was a lot of other moments that I enjoyed like the beginning of the episode with Oliver and Felicity in Oliver's Birthday Party and all the cute stuff. And I liked specially the fact that they are in fact trying to get back together, so that fills my Olicity shipper heart.
Like I said, the episode start with this but soon everything turns upside down when we see Curtis being kidnapped and find out that Rene and Dinah were kidnapped as well. Which means that Rene didn't go to the meeting with the judge because he was kidnapped, which is already better than he just not showing up.
Obviously they find out right away that this was Adrian's plan all along (just like I said in my previous rant) and that's when Oliver goes talk to him and we see that scene that was released earlier with Chase actually 'pretending' to be Oliver and actually knowing what he was going to say. I gotta say that I really enjoyed that scene. Josh Segarra is really good as Adrian Chase! Love it!
After that, Thea and Quentin are also kidnapped, this time by Black Siren and Evelyn (that bitch), still following Adrian's 'orders' and that's when Malcolm Merlyn shows up to Oliver wanting to help him, because Thea was kidnapped.
That was actually a surprise for me because I've seen him in the previews for the finale and such and I really thought that he was going to be on Adrian's team. But, to be honest, this makes sense. Only because of Thea though, but yeah, I kind of liked that.
Oliver and Malcolm try to kidnap Chase but that's when he reveals that he also kidnapped William, Oliver's son, and because of that Oliver is forced to free him.
Felicity and Diggle are also kidnapped, by Talia and the League of Assassins, which leads to Oliver recruiting Nyssa to help him and Malcolm fight Chase 'and his friends'.
This is when we get to the end of the episode.
Oliver than finds out that Adrian took everyone that he kidnapped to Lian Yu, to which, of course, Oliver flies there, with Malcolm and Nyssa and, the last scene we see, after Oliver arriving is him going to Slade and asking for his help.
We already knew that this was going to happen though. We knew that he was coming back and it wouldn't make sense to have Slade on Adrian's team, so it was obvious that he was going to be on Oliver's Team. Nonetheless, it was exciting and now it's when the fun is gonna start!
I'm seriously really excited for the last episode of this season! This is going to be an huge episode, with basically all the characters on the show (and even previous ones) and it's going to be an epic battle! I just hope they don't kill Adrian. I mean, Oliver said in this episode that he wasn't going to give him that satisfaction so... I assume he won't kill him?! I'm seriously praying he won't kill him because I love Adrian and I think he's such a good character! Besides, Josh is really good (and really hot) and I want to keep him around!
Besides, we know that Black Siren is going to be on the Team so, I'm also curious to know how they are going to do that. Although, I'm not really happy with that decision. I feel like they just can't let an actor go... I'm tired of this 'storyline' and I think they just did this to make Laurel's fans happy. Anyway, I can deal with that...
Before I end this rant, I need to talk a little bit about the flashbacks, which weren't amazing, but were interesting enough.
We saw Oliver with Kovar, after he kidpanned him. Kovar injects a drug on Oliver that makes him suffer with flashbacks to times he killed or watched others die over the last five years. After everything, he still manages to escape.
I don't know if we'll have flashbacks in the next episode, but I'd like to see some parts of the very first episode of Arrow. I think that would be cool.
That's it guys.
Overall, it was a nice episode. Not my favourite, but Adrian makes everything better (I'm sorry to keep mentioning him, I just like him too much).
Let me know your thoughts and predictions for the season finale and I'll see you in my next rant!
Love,
Daniela.

Arrow | Season 5 Episode 21 - "Honor Thy Fathers"

Spoiler Alert!

Just like promised, here I am with a new Arrow rant.
And it is back a another great episode!
Lately I've been loving Arrow's episodes. Last week it was mainly because of Felicity but, overall, I've been loving basically every episode and, this one, I must admit, I loved having Adrian back!
Actually, we start the episode right with him. Not exactly him, but mentioning him and the fact that his proscutions were discredited, which means a lot of criminals on the loose (a bit like The Flush, huh?). After that, we move to a scene that I've already seen in a preview with Oliver receiving a box in his Mayor's office that came from Adrian, which has a body in it, identified as Henry Goodwin.
We then find out that Goodwin was killed by Oliver's father, shocking Thea (who is back from this episode) and Oliver, who decides to tell the press.
Meanwhile, one of the criminals that is on the loose is working on something a bit shady, which them Team Arrow deduces that he's working with Adrian in order to release Claybourne's weaponized tuberculosis in Star City.
Then, comes my favourite part of the episode - Oliver/Adrian.
Team Arrow finds where Sampson (the criminal) is keeping that bomb and, while Diggle, Dinah, Curtis and Wild Dog deal wit Sampson, Oliver encounters Chase and starts a fight between them.
Sampson is captured and Curtis defuses the bomb.
In the mean time, Oliver is still 'fighting' with Adrian and then seriously comes my favourite part.
Oliver tells Adrian that his father was about to disown him due to his mental condition, which switches somethin in Adrian that he basically just gives up. Although I do think that was just a plan (maily because of how the episode ended), I loved seeing him a bit vulnerable. What can I say, I love a 'bad boy' in his vulnerable state so... Yes, I liked that scene mainly because I just that's cute/hot and I don't feel ashamed to say that I was (and kind o still am) rooting a little bit for Chase... At least, I hope they don't kill him off.
Actually, I didn't want to jump this ahead but heck yeah, I'm just going to do it.
So, basically Adrian tells Oliver to kill him, to which Oliver refuses and instead just puts him in prison, in an Argus prison.
And here comes my thought...  I seriously wouldn't mind if this was really how the Adrian storyline 'ended' because this would mean that he was still alive and in ARGUS, which also means that they could bring him back for some other episode. I just don't want him dead so I like this ending.
Also, I think that this could be how it ends because of the flashbacks that we had in this episode and how they ended, with Kovar being alive and basically 'kidnapping' Oliver. So, this might mean that the Adrian Chase chapter is closed and that the last two episodes are going to be about Kovar... I don't know, this are just my thoughts, but that's a possibility.
Anyway, but because this episode wasn't just about Oliver and Adrian, we also had two other storylines, Thea being back and dealing with what his father has been doing, which I think was a bit unnecessary and also Rene's storyline, who refused to testify in Zoe's court in order not to upset her, leading to the judge dismissing his claim.
And yeah, that was basically it.
In my opinion, it was a pretty good episode and I seriously can't wait to see what's going to happen next.
I'm expecting a big thing in the final episode (which I know isn't next week) so I don't know what it is going to be about. Part of me wants Adrian to get out of ARGUS and have a thicker plan, because this was a bit too easy and I also want to see more of him but other part of him just wants him being in ARGUS and not dead so, I don't know. Let's see what happens.
Let me know your thoughts about this episode and which are your predictions for the final two episodes.
I'll see you guys in my next rant!
Love,
Daniela.

Arrow | Season 5 Episode 20 - "Underneath"

Spoiler Alert!

Oh my god, this episode was everything that I could ask for! Except for the final... Yes, we did have my baby Adrian Chase back in the end of the episode but... It didn't end quite well... But I'll get into that in a minute.
So, as anticipated, this was an Olicity focused episode, and you know I'm a sucker for Olicity so, everything that includes them, in a romantic way, (and even in a not romantic way) is fine by me.
Also, as they said in the interview for this episode, this was kind of a bottle episode, but it was so good! Even with the 'not so good' ending, it was fantastic and I wish more shows could pull this off! Seriously, this season of Arrow have been amazing, probably one of my favourites, if not my favourite!
Anyway so, the episode started off right where the previous one ended, with the EMP 'exploding' (or whatever, I don't really understand much about that), deactivating all the equipment in the bunker as well as trapping Oliver and Felicity there and making Felicity paralysed again.
Meanwhile, outside the bunker, Curtis figures something is wrong and informs Rene and Dinah. Of course they tell Diggle as well, who's still having issues with Lyla, but they decide to put them aside in order to help Oliver and Felicity.
As you can imagine, a lot starts happening inside the bunker.
Not only they keep trying to find a way out of there, but also they start talking about their issues with themselves and with eachother and those were the parts that I really enjoyed!
Overall, this episode was really slow, but all the interactions between Felicity and Oliver were so beautiful and so genuine that I just melted, really!
And, on top of that, they kept showing us some flashbacks of Oliver and Felicity before the new team. I never liked the flashbacks this much!
They showed us one day that they're still 'mad' at each other but they end up having sex in the bunker and... God! It was so sweet! Really, I can't get over Olicity! They're such an OTP!
Anyway, back to the storyline...
A lot of problems happen, one of them being the methane gas that will start leaking when the backup generator comes back on after a period of time, so that have to sort that out or Oliver and Felicity will die. And, on top of that, Oliver is already injured for trying other ways to get out of there so... It doesn't look good for them. (Obviously we know that they aren't going to die because we already know Stephen Amell is going to be in the next episodes but yeah, it was scary anyway).
In the end, Diggle manages to get them pull them up with a little help from Rene and Dinah. Also, earlier, Oliver and Felicity have alreay apologized to each other for their actions so, looks like everything's good!
Wrong!
In the very end, Felicity goes to talk to Oliver after he had surgery, and tells me really stweet things about understanding why he kept he's son William a secret and all (and I should've realised what was coming in the very very end of the episode because they kept mentioning William throughout this whole episode but no... Didn't realise one bit. As usual.) but... They didn't get back together! That was the only bad thing about this episode! I really thought we were going to have Olicity back in this episode but no...
I seriously hope they get back together by the end of the season because I need them together!
Anyway, moving to the last scene of the episode... Yes, you guessed it... Adrian found William and... We didn't really see what happened but I suppose he will kidnap him or something... For sure... Adrian has a plan!
And that was a good thing.. I mean, Adrian is finally back and you know I love him almost as much as I love Olicity so I'm always glad to see him. Even if that means bad things for Oliver... I just can't get over Adrian...
Well, that's it guys! Overall, it was a great episode and althought it didn't have the ending that I wanted, it was still good and it made up for the Olicity that we didn't have this season! Hopefully that will change next season.
Let me know your thoughts about the episode and I'll see you in my next rant!
Love,
Daniela.

Arrow | Season 5 Episode 19 - "Dangerous Liasions"

Spoiler Alert!

Damn, what an episode!
Ok, yes, unfortunatelly, we didn't have Adrian Chase in it (which I really looking forward to), but we had so many good stuff anyway!
And, in this episode, I feel like Arrow swap with The Flash, because this episode felt a lot more emotional and sentimental. It still had the Arrow 'darkness' feel, but we had so much development of relationships (any kind), which I loved!
I already knew what was going to happen in this episode.
I knew this was going to be a Felicity centred episode, which I liked, but I'm not a big fan of Felicity going dark or being part of Helix, so I was curious to see what they were going to do.
So, basically the only way to find Chase is with a device that Helix's former leader Cayden James developed. The issue is, he is in Argus costudy so you see where this is going... They have to free him.
Obviously there was going to be some conflit here between Helix and Team Arrow and, this time, Felicity chose to be on Helix side.
Also, before we get deeper into this, I need to say that I don't ger Felicity's obsession with getting Adrian Chase. I mean, I know that she's broken and mad because of Billy's death but, we're so over that already! That was so long ago that I don't even care! But I get Felicity's motivation, I just don't buy this 'obsession'. This doesn't seem like Felicity at all but yeah, hopefully after this episode this will change. Anyway, back to the episode...
Lyla then takes advantage of the fact that Helix is going to attack Argus in order to get Cayden and plans a way to get Helix, the thing is, Helix is smarter and doesn't get caught and gets to rescue Cayden in the end.
Then comes probably my favourite part of the episode, Helix leaving Felicity behind.
You already know what I didn't like this Felicity storyline but, even if I liked, I always wondered how they would end this because, in the end, Felicity had to be 100% Team Arrow and I was seeing her getting more and more into Helix. But then, this ending I thought it was Perfect!
Helix getting Cayden out of Argus and back to 'them' is a perfect excuse to leave Felicity behind.
Obviously Argus is going to be on the look for him so Helix has to be on the run so it made perfect sense (to me, at least) for them to leave her behind. The only thing was, in that moment, I really thought they were just going to leave her and that's it, no device no nothing.
Luckily, they were better than I thought and Cayden left the device to track Chase for her.
The next thing we see is Felicity going to the bunker and put the device in action, while she had a little talk with Oliver.
Oh, also, I need to talk about Olicity in this episode. We had a lot of Olicity moments in this episode, but they were all so sad... The only thing making me happy about all of this was the outcome of this episode.
After putting the device to action, Felicity sees that Adrian is in the build and that's when he starts and assault, and basically the episode ends like that.
And, because I already know what the next episode is going to be about, I got really excited about everything, because we are going to get Olicity back next week! I seriously can't wait!
I also can't wait to see Adrian back because I just love him! I don't care, I really like his character and I seriously hope they don't kill him.
Anyway, and just to finish this rant, I need to talk about the other main part of the episode, which was about Rene and his daughter.
They talked about this a few episodes ago and we all have been waiting to see when this information was going to come in play and it finally did! I guess they decided to show this now because the actor who plays Rene was added to the main cast so this is going to be an huge story for next season.
I don't know if they're going to do more things with it in this one but I don't believe so because next season is about Olicity and, after that, we need to focus on getting Chase and all of that so, I don't think this will come up in this season but it will next season for sure, and I'm excited about that!
Rene was a character that I didn't really like but this past episodes made me like him more and I'm actually enjoying to see him.
And yeah, that's basically it guys!
Overall a pretty good episode and I can't wait for the next one!
Let me know your thoughts about it and I'll see you tomorrow with a new Supernatural rant!
Love,
Daniela.

Arrow | Season 5 Episode 18 - "Disbanded"

Spoiler Alert!

I don't know what is up with me, if I'm just in a good mood or if this episodes have really been great but, damn, this Arrow episode was so good!
I felt kind of 'meh' about this episode because of how the last one ended but then I saw the previews I saw something and my hopes got a little higher and yeah, this episode was seriously so good!
I have a lot of mixed feelings about a lot of things in this episode so let's get right into it.
So, the episode begins right where the last one left of and we see both scenes that were shown us in previews - Oliver telling the Team that basically everything is done. Obviously the Team wouldn't be done, and something similar have already happened to Oliver before so Diggle just says to let Oliver come to his senses and keep on with the Vigilante work because the city still needs them and, at the same time, they can work on trying to catch Adrian 'the right way'. To achive this, Felicity starts working right on it and goes to Helix, which is already not a good sign.
Meanwhile, Oliver didn't really 'give up'. Instead, he tried to handle things in a different way. He calls Anatoly and asks for the Bratva to kill Adrian Chase. And this is how everything from the flashbacks tie with the present, which I really enjoyed.
Unfortunately, Diggle doesn't really like this plan and tries to talk Oliver out of it. To be honest, I think it was a smart idead. Yes, it could make Oliver go back to how he was but I trully believe that his plan was going to work because Adrian wasn't expecting it at all.
Anyway, at the same time this was happening, Felicity is at Helix and ends up finding a pixelated footage of Chase taking off his Prometheus mask so, the next step is find a way to see Adrian's face.
Back to Diggle and Oliver... Diggle finally gets to change Oliver's mind and that's when he joins the team again and go after Anatoli and the Bratva because, although Oliver called the deal off, for Anatoli a deal is a deal and, even though Oliver don't want his part of the deal (Adrian dead) Anatoli still wants his part, which is some medicine to create a drug, and so he's going after it.
At this point I'm seriously really disappointed at Anatoli. I really liked him and I thought he was a nice guy but it seems like, after Oliver left Russia all those years ago, he changed and he's not the same anymore, which makes me sad.
Anyway, the Team get to stop everything. Also, Felicity and Curtis manage to decode Chase's device of covering his face with pixels, revealing Chase as Prometheus to the police. And this is where my mixed feelings come in place.
I've always had a thing for Chase and you know I'm into bad guys but, in the beginning of this episode I really thought he was being really 'nasty' like showing to Oliver's office and all. But then, they find a way to reveal him as Prometheus and, as much as I want him to be caught, I also don't want it because I just think he's a really cool chracter!
And then comes the final scene where Chase's guards try to arrest him and he just kills them and leaves his safe house, all covered in blood and, for some odd reason, I really liked that scene! I guess I'm really into psycopaths.
So, that's basically it... Unfortunatelly he are going to have to wait about a month for the next episode because, just like The Flash, Arrow is going on hiatus. Now that I'm really into this season! Seriously, I can't wait to see more! Also, I really hope Adrian doesn't die because he's such a good character! Or, somehow, he can go to Legends who knows?! Anyway, let me know what you thought about the episode and please tell me I'm not the only one with this mixed feelings because I already feel weird enough.
Yeah... I'll see you guys tomorrow with a new Supernatural rant!
Love,
Daniela.

Arrow | Season 5 Episode 17 - "Kapiushon"

Spoiler Alert!

Hello guys!
Once again, I'm sorry for the delay of this rant. Personal life have been crazy and I only got time to watch the episode today. Anyway...
This wasn't my favourite episode. To be honest, I think it was a little bit boring. The episode was basically all about flashbacks, we barely had any 'present day' scenes, besides, it was all pretty confusing. Yes, we had a lot of Adrian Chase/Prometheus scenes, which you know I love him despite everything, but it was all too confusing.
Like I said, we see a lot of flashbacks, starting with Anatoli becoming the new Pakhan.
I love Anatoli so it wasn't that bad but I've never been an huge fan of the flashbacks, although this season they have been pretty good. Anyway, so having an episode all based on flashbacks was a little bit 'off' for me.
The good thing is, we had a special appearance of Malcolm in this flashbacks! I've missed him on Arrow! I know he's all busy in Legends of Tomorrow but I kind of want him back on Arrow... But, him being on Legends makes a good way to do a crossover so... I'm not too mad about it.
And yeah, has you can imagine something has to come up, this time being Kovar planning a coup against the Russian government and, obviously, Oliver had to stop it.
Like I said, it was all a little confusing to me and, if you can tell me how this is all connected with the scenes of the present day, please tell me because I would seriously like to know.
Anyway, in the end, Oliver 'kills' Kovar and Anatoli appoints him as a Bratva captain, and this is how Oliver got that Bratva tattoo.
And, I said 'kills' because, the truth is, by the end of the episode, we see that Malcolm helped Kovar's operatives revive him, which means, Kovar is still alive. Which makes me believe that Kovar is going to be the 'big bad' by the end of the season. Either that or he's going to be the villain next season, because it's a little late to introduce a new villain.
In the present day, we see Adrian torturing Oliver with the purpose of him confessing something, which we just realize what it is by the end of the episode.
Turns out Adrian just wanted Oliver to confess that he killed people because he liked it, which, to be honest, wasn't a surprise to me. We've kind of known this since the beginning, he just never really said it with those words so, I don't know, this was a little bit off to me.
Besides that, we also see Evelyn back in this episode, which I couldn't care less, to be honest. Adrian might be the big bad but I seriously hate Evelyn. She has been a bitch since the beginning and I never really liked her and, in this episode, I liked her even less!
In the very end of the episode, since he got what he wanted, Adrian lets Oliver go.
Oliver returns to the hideout and that's when he reveals to the team that he decided to end his vigilantism.
I don't know how I feel about this...
I understand that it must really mess up with your hed admiting that you liked killing people, but you're not that person anymore. This should make Oliver want to be even a better person and do everything that he can to help people.
Let's see where this goes.
Overall, I think this was a poor episode. I'm sorry, but I really wasn't into it. Hopefully the next one will be better.
Anyway, let me know what you guys thought about the episode and I'll see you in my next rant!
Love,
Daniela.

Arrow | Season 5 Episode 16 - "Checkmate"

Spoiler Alert!

Oh My God guys, this episode! I loved it!
This week's episode was everything that I was hoping it would be and more!
We had a lot of Prometheus and, I don't know, just the feeling of it. I have to give some props to the writters Beth Schwatz and Sarah Tarkoff, as well as the director of the episode, Ken Shane, because this episode was seriously so god!
I'm still a bit bitter about the whole situation of Adrian Chase being Prometheus but I can work with that.
In last week's episode I didn't think this would make a good storyline, I thought Prometheus should be someone else but, in this episode, I changed my mind. I'm still not that happy about the fact that he is Prometheus, but I can see so much potential in this.
Besides, was it just me or Adrian's character got so much more interesting in this episode? I mean, I always thought he was interesting and there was some mistery about him but in this episode he was so dark and I loved it! You know I love me some psychopaths so... obviously I was going to love Adrian Chase, specially right now. And I even got conflicted about who I was rooting for! I mean, obviously I want Oliver to 'win' and stay alive but... I like Adrian so I don't want him to die either, unlike Damien Darhk, who I hated!
Anyway, let's get into the specifics because there was a lot going on in this episode and there was so many things that I want to talk about!
We start the episode with Oliver going 'after' Talia in a way to find out who Prometheus is. She ends up telling him not only that, but also that she's Ras' Al Ghul daughter and that's why she helped Adrian/Prometheus, because Oliver not only killed Adrian's dad but also killed her dad, so she also kind of wants revenge.
Knowing this, Oliver then confronts Adrian and that's when we find that the he has kidnapped Susan Williams, which to me, wasn't a big deal since I don't really care about her.
In an attempt to find her, Oliver breaks into Adrian's house and finds just Doris there' Adrian's wife, and that's when the police arrives which foreces Oliver to escape.
Meanwhile, Felicity is kind of working with Helix and, I got to be honest, I don't like this at all! Ok, yes, they were the ones to help free Diggle, and yes, they were also the ones that, in this episode, find out about where Adrian was keeping Susan but... Felicity also had to do some things for them, which was expected, and that is breaking, in my opinion, Felicity's character. Like Diggle said (and I said) in my previous rant, Felicity is known for being the loving one, the one that doesn't really have a drak side and this is making her have one, which I'm not really a fan off... But anyway...
Like I said, they do find where Susan is so, obviously, and unfortunately, they go there to find her and although Oliver do find her there, and she does escape, Oliver also meets 'face to face' Adrian in Prometheus mode.
They fight and all because, afterall, this is an Arrow episode, and then Diggle brings their 'secret weapon' - Doris, Adrian's Wife - In a way to convice him to surrender.
Right in that moment, when she hugs him and all I thought this wasn't going to end well. It was pretty obvious that he was just going to stab her and kill her and, guess what he did? Yes, exactly that. They still got her in an ambulance, but in the end we find out that she died on the way to hospital.
Then, Talia appears and overpowers Oliver and both her and Adrian abduct him and later Adrian tells Oliver that he isn't planning on killing him. Instead, he wants to help him learn who he really is.
And yeah, that was basically it.
We also had flashbacks, obviously, but they weren't that important, in my opinion. They just helped us know a little bit more about Oliver and Talia's relationship, although she wasn't really on the flashbacks,
Anyway, overall, like I said before, a great episode! Loved the dark tone of it and it reminded me a lot of the first seasons, which I loved! Also, I love a good villain and Adrian/Prometheus is, for sure, a good one, so I'm excited to see more of him.
Let me know what you thought about the episode. Did you like it? Which are your feelings about Adrian? Tell me everything.
I'll see you tomorrow with new rants!
Love,
Daniela.

Arrow | Season 5 Episode 15 - "Fighting Fire with Fire"

Spoiler Alert!

I know, once again, super duper late with this update, so let's not talk about it and just move on to the actual episode.
I gotta say that I have so many mixed feelings about this episode.
Overall, it was great, but I think it was a bit anti-climatic. At least, for me. And, I also think they are 'playing' us, but I'll talk more into depth about that later.
So, we basically begin where the last episode left off, with Oliver's impeachment process beginning and with Adrian serving as his attorney.
Right away I got happy with this episode because it was obvious that we would have a lot more of Adrian and you know, I just love him and, to be completely honest, I can't get over how hot Josh Segarra is (sorry not sorry).
Then, comes the 'juicy' part of the episode - Vigilante and Prometeus.
That's right, we had both in this episode! Basically Vigilante is trying to kill Oliver because he's corrupted, but then Prometheus tries to stop because he wants to be him to 'kill' Oliver/Green Arrow and that's when the big reveal (or so we think) of the episode happens - We see that Adrian is Prometheus!
I gotta say, I has half shockec and half in denial.
I was in shock because I always thought that Adrian was Vigilante, just like most of the fans, and I was also in denial, which I still am, because Adrian just can't be Prometheus. He just can't! Sure this was a surprise for most people, but it doesn't really make sense and, if they keep going with it, and he is in fact Prometheus I'm going to be so disappointed.
I predicted something really big like Tommy was Prometheus or something like that, so this was disappointing to me.
Moving on... In this episode we also see a lot of the 'bad side' of people, such as Felicity and Thea who try to blackmail someone, again, to stop Oliver's impeachment.
But, on the other had, we had Curtis, who has a really good storyline in this episode, not only with his technology and all, which helped to track Vigilante and almost get him, but also with his husband, Paul, which was pretty sad the ending. I felt really bad for Curtis... He's for sure one of my favourite characters on Arrow.
And that wasn't the only sad part of the episode. I also felt really bad about Oliver talking 'shit' about the Green Arrow so he could change people's mind and the council to vote against impeachment.
Although the council voted against impeachment, Thea resigns from Oliver's administration and this, to me, looks like two things. One, she really needs some time because, to be honest, I haven't been liking her character like I used to, and two, she might be Prometheus. I know that it was 'revealed' in this episode who Prometheus is but... I don't buy it! I just don't! And to make me feel even more like that was just to trick us (viewrs) the next scene happens, when Adrian goes to Susan Williams saying that he needs an interview and that's a life or death thing. This, to me, seemed like someone threatened him and made him 'be' Prometheus or something, so it isn't really him. I might just be really in denial but... I don't like this. But one thing is for sure, Adrian isn't Prometheus, which is also a bummer.
And, to finish, I need to talk about Felicity, who finally agrees to join, secretly, the Helix, which I didn't like one bit! I don't like what Felicity is becoming. Sure she's a stronger character but, just like Diggle said, I liked the 'caring' and 'loving' Felicity and I'm not liking where they are going with her character.
Ok, that's it guys...
As you can see, a lot of strong feelings about this episode. But this kind of means that the episode is good, right?!
Also, I didn't say anything about the flashbacks because I don't think they really mattered. They were a bit pointless in this episode, although I do like to see Anatoly's story and all.
Anyway, let me know what you thought about the episode. Do you really think that Adrian is Prometheus? Tell me everything!
I'll see you tomorrow with a new rant!
Love,
Daniela.

Arrow | Season 5 Episode 14 - "The Sin-Eater"

Spoiler Alert!

Back for another (really late) Arrow rant.
This was actually a pretty good episode. Not my favourite, but really nice because we had a lot of girl power in this one.
We have already seen by the previews that we would have three female bad guys back for this episode so this was already a sign of real girl power, but it wasn't just that. We also had some action with Susan Williams, Thea and Felicity. And I guess a little bit from Dinah as well.
The episode started with Oliver finding Prometheus's alleged mother, who refuses to help him. We don't touch more on that subject this episode and move on to a scene where Chien, Carrie and Warner, during a prison transfer, kill the guards and escape. And then we see Oliver appointing Dinah as an SCPD Officer.
Then, we start getting into the real episode, who had two major problems, the three women that escaped and the fact that the police discovered that the Green Arrow killed detective Malone and go after him.
The Green Arrow does found the three woman but they get away because of the ACU. Oliver then assumes that it was Prometheus who gave the information to the police.
Then, we move on to another girl power moment of this episode. So, turns out Susan confronts Oliver about being the Green Arrow, to which he denies. Thea gets still a bit suspicious so asks Felicity for help and so they insert in Susan's computer some proof that she commited plagiarism. Susan gets angry and confronts Oliver who confronts Thea.
Then, Oliver reveals the cover-up of Billy's death to Pike who then helps him, as the Green Arrow, to catch the three women that are still on the loose.
But then, we finish the episode with the media finding about the cover up leading to Oliver's impeachment.
And yeah, that was basically it for this episode.
Like I said, not the best one, but it had some cool episodes and I'm actually pretty curious to see what's going to happen next with Oliver.
Anyway, that's it guys.
I know, another really short rant but I'm kind of in a hurry so yeah.. I'm sorry.
Still, let me know your thoughts about the episode and I'll see you later with some more rants.
Love,
Daniela.

Arrow | Season 5 Episode 13 - "Spectre of the Gun"

Spoiler Alert!

Like promised, here I am with the new Arrow rant!
I was actually thinking about rewatching the episode because there were some things that I didn't quite understand but, because I promised you guys a new rant today, I decided not to.
Anyway, like I said, there are still some things a little 'messed up' in my head about this episode. As you know, english isn't my first language, so there's some things that I don't quite compreend and, when it comes to specific terms, like in this episode, there's some things that were hard to understand. I'm going to do my best but if there's something that I said that wasn't what really happened, please tell me, I would really appreciate it.
Ok, passed that, I have to say that I didn't really enjoy this episode.
The main topic of it was gun control and, although it was 'nice' I just think it was too much... Like I said previously, too much terminology and some things didn't really fit in Arrow's universe. But I kind of get why they did this episode.
And, although I didn't really like the episode, there were some pretty interesting things in it like Thea is finally back and, that leaves a lot of suspicious thoughts in people's head.
I'm not going to say this is my theory, because it isn't, but there's some people that think Thea might be Prometheus. I can't disagree with them. The truth is we have never seen Thea and Prometheus in the same room and all this time that Thea was gone, Prometheus was 'gone' as well... Besides, we don't really know if Prometheus is a guy or a girl so... It might be her. I just don't see her purpose so, I stick to my theory - Tommy is Prometheus. I can't really go on with this theory because I haven't really thought about it, I just think it would be a good plot twist.
Then, the next cool thing about this episode was that, instead of Oliver flashbacks, we had Rene flashbacks! It was pretty nice because we didn't really know much about him and how he became Wild Dog, and now we know. We even know that he had a wife and (still) has a daughter, that he just can reach. Which is going to be one of the plots for next episodes, finding Rene's daughter. It's going to be cool.
And, finally, not that important, but something that I liked, Vigilante was back in this episode. Shortly, but it was in it. I haven't been thinking about who Vigilante is, but the other day I came across some 'spoilers' that said that the DA, Adrian Chase, is Vigilante and, looking back, it is so obvious that's him. I mean, people that read the comics already guessed it's him and they are 100% sure. I haven't and I haven't really been thinking about Vigilante, but now that I 'know' this, I payed more attention in this episode and it's so obvious it's him. I'm actually happy it's him because I really enjoy Adrian. I don't really know why but I'm happy that he isn't just a DA and that he might end up be part of Team Arrow, who knows?! I know that somehow Oliver is going to find who he is that it's going to offer him that so.. Yeah, excited for that.
And well, I guess that's pretty much it. I'm not going to get too deep in the 'gun control' storyline because, like I said, there were some parts that were a little bit confusing to me and I don't have a really deep opinion about it, apart from the fact that I didn't enjoy it that much, but I liked the fact that, in this episode, it was Mayor Oliver Queen who handled things and not the Green Arrow. It was nice to have a change.
Hope you guys liked the rant. Let me know your thoughts about the episode and tell me your theories on who's Prometheus.
Love,
Daniela.

Arrow | Season 5 Episode 10 - "Who Are You?"

Spoiler Alert!

Finally up to date with the rants!
So, yesterday Arrow came back after hiatus and I got to watch it live, which means I can do this rant on time.
Overall, I don't think the episode was like wow. It had it's moments but the main thing, which was Lauren coming back, was pretty obvious... I knew right away that it was Black Siren. Even before the midseason break, I knew this wasn't Laurel so when they finally said in this episode that it was Black Siren, I wasn't surprised at all. But, there were some stuff that I really enjoyed about the episode, such as Felicity!
I think this was an amazing episode to show who Felicity really is! She's one of my favourite characters on the show and she's one of my favourite character overall because I can just really relate to her, and the fact that, in this episode, she was the only one that thought something was wrong with Laurel being back, it made me really happy!
Then, after Felicity makes everyone realize that this isn't Laurel, but Black Siren, that's when things start to happen.
At first, Oliver is kind of in denial. He keeps trying to make Black Siren 'good', that she can become a better person and all, and again, that's when Felicity brings him to his senses and tells him that he's just in denial and that he feels responsible for the real Laurel's death. Oliver then realizes that Felicity is right and then they start thinking of a plan to get Prometheus (since Black Siren is working for him).
I think I might add that that scene between Oliver and Felicity just brough back so many Olicity memories that I just want them together again. I know this is such a bad timing, with Billy being dead and all but... Felicity and Oliver were made for each other so, can they just be together already please?
Anyway, back to the plot...
They then get to 'meet' with both Black Siren and Prometheus but Prometheus gets to escape. Luckily, the geeks, Curtis and Felicity save the day with a device that Curtis built to stop Black Siren's powers and are able to catch her.
Meanwhile all of this is happening, the Team also had to deal with Diggle being in prison, again. Luckily, Oliver gets Adrian, the DA, to represent him. The General arrives and wants to assume Diggle's cutody and that's when Adrian has to come up with a plan to stop that from happening. He manages to bring him into his own jurisdiction which I really liked. To be completely honest, Adrian is a character that I'm really liking! I know there's something sketchy about him but I just can't help it. He's a strong character and besides, he's pretty hot so...
And, in the flashbacks we see Gregor, the Bratva traitor, to attempt to force Oliver's obedience, when he's rescued by Talia, Talia Al' Ghul. Oliver doesn't know yet that it's her but we, audience, know so it's going to be fun to find out more about her.
That was basically it guys. Like I said, not the most exciting episode but still a pretty good one.
Let me know in the comments your thoughts and I'll see you tomorrow with a brand new Supernatural rant.
Love,
Daniela.

Arrow | Season 5 Episode 9 - "What We Leave Behind"

Spoiler Alert!

And, another Mid Season Finale.
That's right, all of my series are going to hiatus and, just like The Flash, Arrow is one of them. That might be a good thing because it means we get an awesome episode, full of revelations and plot twists. And that was what we got with this episode!
My review last week, with the crossover, wasn't the best, but this episode make up for the previous one.
So, just like on The Flash, we get back to our 'usual' storyline, barely mentioning the crossover but mentioning it more than what was mentioned on The Flash. He saw a lot of comments about Barry messing up the timeline and all but that was not what really mattered on this episode, Prometheus was!
Just like in previews seasons, I was hoping to get a big revelation in the mid season episode, but this year it wasn't the case.
Anyway so, we start the episode with a scene that I had already seen before on CW's youtube channel (a tip for you, if you want to see exclusive scenes or behind the scenes things of the episodes before they come out, subscribe to CW's youtube channel, they always put online one or two scenes two days before the episode airs), with Evelyn telling more stuff about Team Arrow to Prometheus.
After that, on the Queen's Christmas Party, Prometheus attacks Curtis injecting him with an tuberculosis drug made by Justin Claybourne, a name on Oliver's previous kill list.
This leads me to tak about the flashbacks. That's right, I'm talking about the flashbacks right now instead of in the end of the rant like I usually do, and that's because they are major in this episode! This week the flashbacks are not from a few years ago, when Oliver was still missing but they are about Season 1! Yes, Season 1! In this episode we see some scenes that we didn't see on Season 1 of things that happened. We also see some that appeared on the episodes, like the first time Felicity and Oliver interacted. That scene... It was really nice to see that flashback. But, let's get back to Prometheus...
So, the Team tracks Prometheus and that's in that moment that Evelyn reveals her real allegiance with Prometheus and gets to escape with him.
Meanwhile, Billy, Felicity's boyfriend and the lead agent of the anti-crime team, starts digging on Prometheus and send Felicity some intel before Prometheus captures him.
This information is about Claybourne's illegitimate son, who might be seeking revenge (aka be Prometheus).
After this, Oliver remember that scene with Felicity and remembers about Claybourne's former office building and thinks that Prometheus might be there. He goes there and, apparently Prometheus is there, but... Not! He staged everything and Oliver ended up killing someone else.
Well, but not just someone... Billy! That's right, Oliver ends up killing Billy thinking that it's Prometheus. Prometheus then says, through a pre-recorded track that he did this to show Oliver that everything he touches dies.
Oliver gets back to the Team and tells Felicity about Billy. Luckily, Felicity didn't react that badly. I mean, she is upset but didn't bame Oliver for it. Then, Oliver says that Prometheus is right about everything around him ending up dying and tells the Team to leave him, which, obviously, don't do.
As the episode ends we see everyone fallin apart. Curtis really upset because his husband, Paul just left him after finding out about Curtis working with the Green Arrow, Felicity sad about Billy's death and Diggle is set up and captured by the Army.
And, the biggest scene of the episode, Oliver gets back to the lair and finds Laurel alive and well. And, like that, the episode ends!
I have so many questions, oh my god! I bet it really isn't Laurel but you never know. And, to be honest, I don't really want it to be Laurel because it just gets boring the fact that characters keep dying but not really so... I hope it's an hallucination or Black Siren.
Anyway, we'll have to wait about two months for the next episode so... A lot of theories will come out until then.
In the mean time, let me know your theories and keep an eye on the blog because, although it's Arrow's mid season finale, there's still going to be a Supernatural rant tomorrow and a TVD one on Saturday so, I'll see you tomorrow!
Love,
Daniela.
